I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.
Amiclubwear has some awesome clothing especially their swimwear. This will be my 5th swimsuit that i purchased and I loveeee their awesome sales
I needed to upgrade to 2nd day air to get my dress for a wedding so i called and spoke with George and he made sure my order shipped same day.
I received a defective item so I contacted them, sent a picture as requested, sent a second request for a rma number and never got a response.
I love this company iv been a loyal customer over 10yrs& I'm always satisfied & if& when I'm Not customer service is awesome

I placed an order on December 16,2015 11:43:58 PM PST. I purchased two dresses for two of my friends as a Christmas gift. I even paid for fast shipping to make sure it arrived before Christmas although their website already guaranteed it will. Christmas came and there was nothing in the mail for me. Turns out the package didn't arrive until a week later after Christmas. When I opened the package, there were only one dress. The dress was wrapped so horribly. It was rolled up and they just taped a whole bunch of bubble wrap around it. Anyway I looked at the email they sent me and it says anything that is backordered will be sent separately. I was already annoyed by that time but I waited patiently anyway hoping the other dress will show up so I can give it to my friend. Well it's February 3rd, 2016 already and the other dress never came in! They don't answer any of our emails or phone calls, so my husband and I had no other choice but to make a complaint to paypal. Paypal got back to us and said that Amiclubwear claimed they sent both dresses WHEN I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF THE DRESS! Paypal is still in the middle of figuring this out! There's proof from the email they sent us that they only sent one of the dresses too. My husband, my friends, and I are very angry! I had to purchase something else for my friend! We will never order from Amiclubwear again! They're scammers and irresponsible! This is the first time I ever had to write something bad about a company but I felt I had to because I wouldn't want someone else to go through what I had to go through.

Just an update to my original review. After two months, I finally received a partial refund for the items that I ordered. AMI however DID NOT refund me the money I paid for the freight for the item that THEY sent me THAT WAS WRONG! I guess AMI just expects me to eat the cost of the freight even though it was their screw up in the first place! AGAIN, if you want to get screwed, ignore all the negative reviews of AMI CLUBWEAR and place an order!
I ordered two swimsuits online from AMI and they were both in stock. 10 days later I finally received shipping confirmation and they advised me that one of the swimsuits was backordered. They second suit arrived a week later and it was not what I ordered. I contacted the company and they said just keep the one that they shipped in error and asked if I wanted a store credit. When I told them no, I wanted a full refund, their tune suddenly changed. They advised me that even though they screwed up the order, I would have to ship back the item, AT MY EXPENSE, in order to get a full credit! Even though I used Paypal, I was not protected. The companys name is DESE Enterprises and if you look at the complaints on the BBB they are famous for ripping off their customers this way. They have a F rating with the BBB.

I'll be COMPLETELY honest. I've ordered from amiclubwear last year and like many of you, i was very excited to find such cute clothes for a decent price. Immediately after I placed my order, I began to see TONS of bad reviews such as the ones I've seen on here. I was afraid of what could happen to me and I immediately wanted to cancel my order. But I decided to give them a chance. Well, almost a week and a half passed by and I still hadn't received any email about whether by packaged had shipped or not so i emailed them... they didn't reply. So i called them and after being on hold for nearly twenty minutes, they finally picked up and told me that my item had already shipped and it was on its way to me. (yeah, right). So, before i got off the phone with them i DEMANDED that they email me the shipping number and they did and my package was delivered to me about a week later. I ordered two dresses. Both were to my liking when i received it but one ripped as soon as i put it on but the other one was fine. Fast forward to a year later, i decided to order from amiclubwear again. This time i ordered shoes. Again, like the first time when i ordered, they didnt send me any details about my shipping number or anything until i called. I got the shoes about 10 days later after i placed my order. Now, about the shoes. Some are VERY cheap looking. Others look GREAT. However, ALL of the shoes with the exception of the wedges, are NOT true to size. They are about a whole size too small. I ordered 13 pairs (i sell shoes) and i only received 12 BUT they refunded me for 3 pairs. O_O
So, my conclusion about amiclubwear? If you're willing to take a chance, go for it. But stay on top of them! If 2-3 days have gone by and you havent received an email about tracking your package, CALL THEM. This isnt a company like Forever 21 or Love Culture. It's a very cheap store where you get what you pay for and sometimes you may luck up and get a hell of a bargain and sometimes you just get hell... hope this helps!

I HATE THIS COMPANY! Talk about a total rip off. I purchased a $10 dress January 10th and got smacked with a $15 shipping charge even though I deliberately chose the $4.95 option. After I questioned a representative she said she could do nothing for me. I assumed this would just result in quick shipping, WRONG! I got my package January 30th. 20 Days to ship?! I was furious, on top of that, the dress must have been produced for an infant bc it clung to me on an immeasurable level (mind you I'm only 115 lbs) I immediately requested a return number and sent the dress back (another $8 in shipping paid by me) I received a damaged package about 2 weeks later that had tons of stickers replacing holes, rips, etc which my mailman told me were there via the company itself. When I contacted the company via email they said my RMA# had expired and they wouldn't take it without a current one.
Since then I have spent days upon days waiting on the phone to get a hold of their customer service department. THEIR PHONE HELP SURPASSES THE STANDARDS FOR WORST SERVICE EVER, if even humanly possible, exceeding the poor status of the company as a whole.

I bought 3 dresses (Size S/M) from this company, despite all of the negative reviews I saw about them and never received them. Instead I received about 12 dresses that aren't even on their website, that they ordered From China (because all the tag say from China with terrible quality) all in a size 2 XL.
I called them they were absolutely no help, they couldn't explain what happened or where these dresses even came from they just kept asking me to return them.
I checked their website for about three hours and didn't find one of the dresses that they sent to me or even the brand name that's on the dresses even on their website.
Complete fraud. They took my money and sent me dresses from somebody else's company from China. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Very unethical. I have reported them to the BBB and plan to continuously leave negative reviews so nobody else has to deal with that and until I get my money back.

Good quality but some shoes are not true to size and then the customer has to pay for returns
AMI Clubwear offers free shipping if you spend over $50. As I was finalizing my purchase, I had a little over $60 in my cart. I entered the free shipping code and it went through saying I had free shipping. When I hit "confirm", I received a confirmation email saying I had only spent $48.94, and I was charged $22.37 for shipping on top of that. I noticed one of the items I had in my cart was not on this confirmation. I immediately contacted AMI Clubwear and they said they could not cancel the order but they would put in a request for me to talk to a supervisor.
ALSO, when I received my items, one of the items was wrong(shoes) so I requested an exchange, and AMI Clubwear agreed to exchange for the right item and refund my shipping. I sent the the original shoe box unharmed in another shoe box (why would I want to pay for a box when they messed up), and AMI Clubwear sent the package back without opening it because they thought the original box was damaged and I did not end up getting my money back for shipping or I didnt get the right item. They do not state that the item will be refused if sent in a shoe box, it obviously made it fine to their warehouse but they did not bother to open the package.
I have called customer service well over 10 times, each time requesting a supervisor, and it has now been 6 weeks since I made a complaint and I still have not heard from them. One of the customer service ladies even hung up on me once.
This has been such a hassle for me and I wouldnt want it to happen to anyone else. It would have been an even bigger hassle if my bank account only had enough for $60, because I ended up being charged $75 and it could have caused an over draft and then a $30 fee from my bank which im sure AMI clubwear would not pay for.
AMI Clubwear may have cute clothes for dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for and they obviously do not invest in their customer service or quality.
I ordered a pair of leopard pink bottom boots that were absolutely darling on the site. I've been regularly checking my emails to acquire tracking information. Never got that email or even received a "delivered successfully" email. I began to research the reviews for the site. They were absolutely friggen terrible, you could point out the fake ones that the employees of the site wrote to upkeep their star rating so customers aren't deterred from shopping. So, this scared the crap out of me. I've always windowed-shopped their site, but never bought anything. I would of never known how pissed off they made people. So I tried to cancel and acquire a refund without any back response via email from them, as so true in the many reviews. I went to their site and signed in and after digging found a tracking number discovering my order was delivered, would of been nice to of known my order was sitting in my apt office for two days. I've taken pix of the unveiling of my package, I've heard that the products are damaged and worn upon receipt from the reviews, there were a few loose strings on my boots hardly noticeable and the sole in one boot was peeling and loose at the heel. I've walked around my apt to see if they would instantly fall apart, as so in the reviews, and nothing malfunctioned so far. The final stage is taking these puppies out for Halloween bar-hopping downtown to see if they will then fall apart with walking and dance, as so in the many angry reviews. I adore them thus far and will update with positive or negative results. Oh yea and received them standard mail in less than a week, good job amiclub or ups!
Think of it like this: You're a guy who's ahead of the game and order a slug of slutty gift items for Valentine's Day on their website 10 whole days before Valentine's Day. All is good! You've examined other sites, but were able to get it ALL on this site. You get email confirmation about the order that same day. So, the arduous task of shopping for Valentine's Day is DONE--- way in advance! YES!

You don't think too much about it cause you're a busy person and your past online transactions have been delivered like clockwork. However, you hear nothing from the very local AMI Clubwear for a week. Hmm. You decide to call on Wednesday morning, 3 days before Valentine's Day to see what's up. A rudely lackadaisical woman assists you and tells you the main item in your order is unavailable. She issues you a store credit refund, but you insist on a credit to your personal account. She tells you the rest of your order will ship soon. There is no apology.
OK. BIG letdown. This sucks! No red, chunky-heel strappy plats to go with the lacy red corset and garters. Boo. At least those sexy black, ankle-strap Mary-Janes will be coming to go with the lacy red and black Babydoll!
…You wake on Thursday morning trying hard to contain your excitement. You have your routine cup of coffee while examining your email. There's an email from AMI. Yippee!
You read:
"We regret to inform you that we were not be able to fulfill the remainder of your order. A refund has been issued back to the original form of payment and an email confirmation has been sent to confirm the refund issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show back onto your original form of payment…."
And with that, my readers, AMI Clubwear, The San Gabriel Valley's only stripper supply house has proven to me that they are a VERY BIG joke!

I have be very satisfied shopping with AMICLUBWEAR. My first purchase was the Fuchsia black lace trim sexy 2pc pucker back bikini UPC *******. The swimsuit looks great on, I love it!
My second purchase is a pair of Machi Taylon-5 black boots UPC *******! Again very happy. Third purchase was a pair of Machi Carison-7 boots black UPC *******! Love them to. Forth item purchased was the black buckle strappy combart boots UPC *******, only complaint with these is that they run very small. Normally I wear a 5.5 but these are a little tight wish I would've got a 6! Fifth purchase was two pairs of boots, one was the black star studded thigh high platform boots UPC *******, I love these boots they are super HOT on. Second pair I ordered was the black lace up studded boots UPC *******, unfortunately these were on back order and probably never coming in stock again, I really liked the way these looked wish I could've got them. But I ended up with a pair of another Dollhouse boots, black UPC ******* their ok really haven't worn them yet! I just got my order today for my Mark & Maddux Travis01 UPC *******, they look super cute an I can't wait to wear them! I really like the fast shipping never takes over a week to get normally have in 3 days tops, but that could be because I'm kinda close to their where house! Overall I'm very happy shopping here, now I know what brand to order in a size 5.5 and a size 6! I just called to the *******327 and spoke with a Caroline. She refused to give me her last name and stated she was a supervisor. She told me it was no one above her, no manager. She was very rude. She informed me that I ordered a Large and she was going to provide me with an invoice. In which, I have yet to receive. I explained to her that I never wore a Large and that I ordered an X-Large. I never tried on the item on period, it is still in the package it came from. She have placed me on hold and then came back and informed me she was transferring me to a manager. Which she hung up on me. I will be sending a formal complaint to the company, this is poor customer services. This is my first and probably my last time purchasing from this company. Then a someone name Tiffany to call me back and leave me a message. The swim suit never made it out of the package. IIII WWWIILLL NNNEVVEERR OOORRDDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM HIS COMPANY. I am a tax auditor, think I have some of my people to start looking into this company, ripping people off based on the reviews.

I ordered a pair of shoes and some dresses last Sunday in hopes of receiving them by this Saturday for a night out. I know that is cutting it close, so I thoroughly reviewed the Shipping policies and FAQ. The website said the items ship in 2 days after ordering, so I knew I would be fine because I live literally 30 min. Away from their warehouse in CA (they don't allow you to pick up your items, they have to be shipped).
When I checked on my order on Thursday (4 days), it still hadn't shipped. When I called their customer service, I was able to finally speak to Yadira. She told me the items hadnt shipped yet, and I told her I'd like a refund since I needed the items by Saturday. She puts me on hold, and then tells me the items DID ship out. I was skeptical after reading all of the horrible reviews and learning they had an F on the BBB, so I asked for the tracking number, and she provided me with one.
Fast forward to today. I get an email saying my order was only partially shipped. And of course, the shoes werent shipped out (which is the whole reason i ordered from them in the first place). I am so disappointed, and will never order from this site again. Not only did they not follow through on their shipping, but the customer service representative lied to me to keep me from getting a refund after I explained my situation. This is the worst experience I have had buying from clothing websites, and I have purchased from many, including overseas.
I hope someone reads this before making and order, instead of having to find out the hard way, like I did. And if you did already make an order, CANCEL it before it is shipped! I feel like a sucker.

SHE ACTUALLY DIDN'T PUT IN A RUSH OR CALL ME BACK, I RECCEIVED THE EMAIL TELLING ME THEY HAD BEEN SHIPPED GROUND. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MY CONFUSION. I SURPRISINGLY GOT A CALL BACK TELLING ME THAT SINCE IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO HELP ME OTHER THAN REFUND MY SHIPPING COST THAT WAS A MEASLY $13. I ALSO ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK. THAT OBVIOUSLY DIDNT HAPPEN AND I GOT NO RESPONSE TO A FOLLOW UP EMAIL I SENT. THIS PLACE IS VERY SHADY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM HERE AND GET YOUR HOPES UP. YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
