I have had 5 seperate orders from this site. Never any issues at all. I'm very happy with my purchases as well. Only down side is I wish shipping didn't cost so much. It shouldn't be $10 for standard shipping to send a mini dress, I mean come on. I've always gotten my orders in a week or less. Will continue to shop from this site!

Excellent! Never any problems encountered. Usually place an order and receive it 2 days later. Quality of shoes are usually great! Returns, if there are any, are usually easy to do. I love this company! A lot of online companies can learn from this site's customer service procedures! Great experience, no issues with the dress that I had purchased. Great especially during the holidays with overnight shipping and good return policy, couldn't ask for more.

Bought six bathing suits for me and a girlfriend for our Mexico trip.
It not being swimsuit season I decided for us to spend out money here.
We sized ourselves according and their size chart is not accurate at ALL.
The swimsuits are made for twigs and are cheaply made. Even the expensive ones.
So I call to try and exchange or get a refund and they don't allow them which makes no sense to me because they are a based online clothing company.

I wouldn't recommend anyone at all to buy from them. They are cheap and scammers.
Pay a bit more for things you can take back from other companies. Not this one.

I ordered a couple of things for my wife's birthday on Monday early AM and paid 2nd freight just to make sure it arrived by the weekend. Come Friday no package. I called and after 20 minutes on hold a rude girl told me it hadn't even shipped yet! She could care less they messed up and ruined my surprise. They will never get my business again for sure.

Item as described, delivered promptly, with good communications. I contacted amiclubwear by mail regarding a query about one of their items. The answer took minutes. I've ordered heels, boots, dresses, sweaters and swimsuits. You just have to look at the size charts, read the materials the clothes are made out of & use good judgement based on your body type. Ordering anything online is always a gamble but I have had the best luck with AMIClubwear on top of always getting discounts. I recently had an issue with receiving damaged merchandise. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved within 24hrs. I will continue to purchase from this company.

I had a wonderful experience with amiclubwear, and would definitely recommend them. They are prompt with their correspondence and offer incredibly fast shipping. The production time for my "Black Knee Length Bandage Party Dress" was very fast too. I feel that they went above and beyond in their service for me. This dress as good as the picture. I absolutely love my dress, the material is gorgeous and the product is of great quality.

Bought 2 swimsuits and when I finally received them they were all wrong. They were missing parts. It's just a hassle returning them. I won't recommend anyone purchasing products from this website. This was my first and last. Worst experience ever.

First of all shipping is way to high and you do state "free shipping on all orders over 50+". But unfortunately you cant do that with sale items! This company is just a greedy one with terrible quality clothing. Forever 21 makes their clothing better than you! Also this store does not give refunds only store credit which is a sign not to do business with them.

Sad that I have had many orders from amiclubwear either out of stock, sent wrong item, and delayed shipping but never this. I order on May 12 thru Paypal and Ami was paid I kept asking for shipping info and to shut me up I was finally sent the info but when the order came it was not anything I ordered. So Amiclubwear sent me a return shipping label and told me once this order is return than I will get a refund or items. But than they said I had to close the dispute with Paypal to get my money or items. I felt I was being black mailed I read in other complaints that this was done before. I really enjoyed ordering from Ami although they are not perfect but as a person on fix income and trying to run a small business holding up items and money hostage is a sad day in retail. Rep Tiffany was very nice and professional.

Very fast order processing and fast delivery. More than once I buy from this store. Great service and quality. So far, everything went on five. I liked the design of the site, it is convenient and easy to choose the goods.

I was hesitant to purchase from this website because of all the negative reviews and now i know why - should have stayed far away from this company. I shop online all the time and rarely come across a terrible company. My order came out to $70 and shipping (to Canada) was over $50 which is bloody crazy. Then when the UPS delivery guy came to my door he said they needed $22.30 in import fees. Overall i paid more in shipping and import fees then shoes! And the quality isnt even great at all. I feel like i'll wear it once and it'll rip. Save your money. DO NOT buy from here.

I have ordered with amiclubwear 3 or 4 times now and I can't fault them, deliveries always turn up on time in most instances they are early which is great and always as described. I purchased a stunning Taupe Crushed Velvet Lace Up Sleeveless Bodycon Party Dress. Awesome product. Delivery was tremendous and my product well protected. Product received exactly as presented online and delivered quickly - no problem recommending 1st class service. Prices very competitive and all items exactly as described. All in all I'm very happy with the service I get.
