I have no complaints about AmiClubwear.com. I found a couple of dresses I was interested in purchasing. Three to be exact. I called AmiClubwear.com to speak with a representative for her opinion of the dress I had narrowed it down to. She helped me to make the correct decision. I purchased online via credit card and it was shipped to me very quickly and it was exactly as it was described on the website. I would highly recommend going through AmiClubwear.com to purchase dresses.

Easy to navigate the site. I had no problem finding what I was looking for. I ordered "Beige Halter Netted Short Bodycon Party Dress" for my sister from this company. She was very pleased with it. She loved it. I am very impressed with the quality material and customer services. Everything is remarkable on this website. Price was Great. No order errors, excellent tracking and surprisingly minimal waiting time for delivery. Thank you for the great service and fast delivery. I would surely buy from them again.

I ordered 3 swimsuits from Ami Club Wear. TERRIBLE QUALITY. The first bathing suit had a lace overlay on the top. The lace was cut uneven so it was much longer on one side. The second bathing suit was just as bad. The material was like a wet suit (which I loved) but the bottoms were cut jagged and didn't have an even seam. The last one I ordered was way too small. It said medium on the tag but it fit more like a small or extra small. The quality of material was better though. I'm still very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is my first time I've used the company and I am very pleased with the service I received, very neatly wrapped and packed and fast delivery. Brought some shoes from here, description of the size and fit were perfect also received them within the time that I paid for. Delivery service excellent and packaged really nicely. Really good customer service too. Shoes and other products reasonable prices. Very pleased with purchase. My shopping experience this time was really good found what I was looking for. Would definitely use this company again and again.

Never order from this store! Their products are ill fitting and their customer service is non existent and you can forget about returning anything for even store credit because they never accept returns! This store is not out to have customers for life they are just out to make a quick buck and could care less if they screw the consumer in the process! Even if I purchase something on eBay and it doesn't fit I can return it for store credit! All this store has to say is out return policy is very detailed and it was available to you before you completed your purchase. Basically if you get any type of discount on your order they will not accept a return for store credit and that they only give out store credit no exchanges no refunds.

My name is Steffany Smith and I've repeatedly called support for about 3 days now, left 2 call back messages, and emailed 4 times. I will never do business with this company again, this is horrible customer service and I will be sure to give horrible reviews with any future customers they will ever have. I've never experienced this issue with any credible retailer and this is by far the poorest service I've ever received. No one contacted me about the product being out of stock, nor did they give me an option on how to cancel or replace it until I contacted them, nor did I ever get a resolution on how to get into the account to cancel the order because their Facebook link no longer works. They are a fraudulent company! Do NOT spend any money on this site!

I ordered 3 dresses and they are soooo cheaply made and thin that there is no way to wear these. However, the ship time and overall ordering were great. I've also enjoyed every shoe I've ordered. Never again for the clothing.

Was going to order but show that it had more negative reviews than positive one. And all reviews deal with bad customer service. Sorry won't take my chances. I like to see reviews before purchase. Wasn't satisfied with what I saw.

It only took 2 days to get my shipping information after I placed my order using my Paypal account. I ordered some gold sandals, a swimsuit cover up, 2 pairs of sunglasses, a draped chain choker, and a sexy blue floral bodycon dress for a total of $70.74 which includes tax and shipping. It is estimated to be delivered on September according to UPS. I cannot wait to check out the quality of the items I purchased. I will be back to review them.

Never doing business with them again! Quality is very cheap, didn't respond to my emails as fast as their automated email said they would. I needed an outfit for an event, didn't like it, agreed to get store credit, return it (which took forever to get their RMA number), and it's been about a month and still no store credit. And then they make you pay for shipping it back. So now I've spent more money than I should've on cheap product. I think that if they make you pay for return shipping they should offer full refund of items instead of store credit for their cheap $#*!.

I read reviews and wasn't going to order but I am glad i followed my first mind and ordered. Even though i was skeptical AmiClubwear proved me wrong because I ordered a pair of shoes (to test them out) and i received my order 7 days from my order date! The service was prompt, the packaging great in that there wasn't too much of it but enough to ensure that the product was well protected and not too creased on arrival. I received an email to let me know that the product had been dispatched and in good time so I could arrange to be in for the delivery. Item arrived a couple of days after ordering, exactly as described, no issues at all. Really good service and the product is exactly as I viewed it on website. Had no problems with the website, delivery was fantastic too. Very happy to purchase from amiclubwear. I would have no hesitation shopping here again. Highly recommend.

This company is managed by idiots. Not only did they send the wrong item they wanted to take no accountability and offer store credit. In the end their poor business skills not only lost them a customer but also lost them more money than it would have if they would have honored my request...

Ordered some shoes for my prom a week ago to this exact day, there was a 50% off deal at the moment so they were only $20, but with shipping closer to $30. I hadn't read reviews until after I placed my order so I was very skeptical about this after they had taken my money, but here I am a week later my shoes are here & I have no complaints! Look exactly as they did in the picture & correct size, & here in a week! Worth it!

Amiclubwear has the best price, easy processing of prescription and reliable free shipping. The emails describing the progress of the order all the way through shipping was helpful. This was our second order from amiclubwear and it will not be our last! Super fast processing and delivery, good communication, very pleased. The support team is very good and polite, they really help you out in the bad times and the good times, that really makes many things more reliable. I've been always satisfied. They were the best all around.

I really have loved all the shoes I have purchase, however there were a few that seemed to be worn before. Because I buy so many at such a good price I didn't return them or even call and ask what I should do. I also had a pair that was not in stock and I did not receiv a credit. Outside of that I have recommended this site to lots of people, even ones I do not know as I am always getting compliments on my shoes!

I ordered from this company in Aug. 6 2015. I got an email saying it was a special order and will take 3-4 business days to process. I called Aug 11th and left a message. This company called me back and said the 4th processing day will be Wednesday and since I paid extra for 2 day Air, that I will recover my product by Friday. I called numerous times on Thursday, because I didn't receive am email saying the product was shipped. I have not received a call back as well. This is fraud and deceptive practices. I'm calling my bank to get the 116.00 reversed. As a business owner, I'm very disappointed.

If you are ordering from outside of the US, don't bother! On top of the shipping you have already paid you will have troubles clearing package at the boarder plus the fees to have it released are outrages. Then when you try to call support at Amiclubwear you will be on hold and eventually disconnect multiple times and never get through.
Advice stay away unless you enjoy frustration and a higher stress level.

I ordered a bathing suit, which was not cheap. I checked the size chart and ordered a large even though I am normally a small. Received the swimsuit and the measurements of the actual item are not even close. The large that I received would not even qualify as an XS. It is like a toddlers swimsuit. I cant even get my leg through the leg hole. I am usually a small, so ordering two sizes up should have fit or at least been something I could try on. I called customer service and they said that the size charts are just for reference. I can understand being a little off on the measurements of the size chart but being 3 sizes off is completely misleading. They might as well have no size chart. They also refuse to offer any refunds or store credit for their deceptive sales practices. I am very pissed that they are so misleading.

I purchased a few items for a vacation. The site looks like it has cute clothing but the majority of the items were horribly sewed and were uneven. One item was shipped incorrectly to me. I returned half the items and was told it could take 10-15 days for an in store credit refund. My wrong item was pushed through faster so that I could attempt to replace it for the vacation I bought them for. I even spoke with someone letting them know I needed them in 2 days and she decided to not tell me that they are closed on weekends and won't ship anything until Monday, that was Friday when I spoke to them. I spend over $30 on a 2 day air shipping and they didn't even ship my items out for 2 days. I did not receive my items in time and customer service didn't care or do anything about it. Thanks for wasting my $200 on crappy cloths and a bunch of in store credit I will never use. I strongly do not recommend.

Don't waste your money. I have found that although the website is jam packed with merchandise, the customer service is unwelcoming with no one picking up phones and amisclubwear not providing return labels. Giving the worst experience and I will not recommend your site or products to anyone. I'm gone.

I waited until a week before my vacation to order a dress. Well the shipping (unless I paid $30 for overnight) would've taken over a week therefore, I would not have the dress in time for my trip. I called in and the girl personally took my ticket and shipped my dress out 10 minutes later. However, when it arrived it was too big and not flattering on me. So now I'm down to the wire for my trip. So I called back and ordered another dress and explained the situation and again, she instantly shipped my dress out and it will arrive at my friends house I'm visiting on vacation 3 days before I even need it! I really appreciated how much they cared and went out of their way for me. This is def my go to site for ordering dresses!

The ordering process was very easy and I received my beautiful dress. The quality was so much better than I expected. I was very impressed with the quality of the dress. The extra care in packaging was apparent. Prices were reasonable. Delivery was incredibly quick and products were true to their picture. Communication with company excellent. The staff at this store know customer service, making happy customers and happy feet. They are also helpful and friendly and have a magnificent selection of insoles, shoe accessories. This dress is absolutely stunning. I really happy and satisfaction from my heart, it was the great experience. Will definitely recommend and shop here again.
