I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.
I ordered a "Gold Rhinestone Strappy Single Sole Heels Faux Leather" heels from amiclubwear and was very impressed with their communication and quality of the products. They sent an email with pictures of different angles of the heels and asked for my approval of the design before sending it to me, which I though was pretty awesome! It made me even more excited product for the to arrive. Shipping time was pretty fast, came in less than a week, and I was very please with the quality of the product when I opened up the package. If I ever need another product like heels, clothes I will definitely be ordering from amiclubwear again.
This is one of the best companies to buy designer dresses from. They have lots of selections, the dresses are well made and they have lots of styles and selections available. I had ordered a Black Long Sleeve High-Low Hem Distress Sweater Dress, which was I received within the week. However, the size Large did not fit properly, so I contacted David of the brand who said he would send me a replacement in a smaller size along with a package to return my current hoodie. Upon arrival of the second correctly sized hoodie, I noticed some defects in the item and asked David if he could make it right. Needles to say, I was treated with the best customer service I had ever received. I truly love them. Fantastic and reliable people.
I would highly recommend them to everyone.

You plan a present, end up buying something from this company that looks great with the sizes you would like... They send you totally different things... When you call the customer service, They never consider your disappointment, make you go through hell to get your money back... Will never recommended to anyone..
I purchased a big order of shoes for Christmas gives and three pair where missing from the box, the packing slip shoes all the shoes I ordered but basically 3 were missing from the box. Not there, I opened the box my self and counted the shoes several times. I ordered 22 pairs, and only received 19 pairs. Also said free shipping and I ended up paying like $38 fort shipping. I tried to contact them through email and by phone calls several times, and they never answer, I even send them my phone num so they could call me and nothing happened! Terrible costumer service! On top of everything I can't ever login to view my account with them, it keeps telling me I have the wrong password. I try to fix it several times and it never works. So disappointed, I truly thought about buying more from them. Not happening after all this. SO SAD!
The sweater I ordered appears way smaller in person than on the website. It wasn't made apparent that the fabric wasn't stretchable, there are no care instructions anywhere on the sweater, nor is there a size indicator letting me know I even received the size I ordered. Also, it should be made more apparent that you only offer returns for store credit and no cash back, which I think is a stupid policy that no business should implore. Especially when it comes to buying clothes online and you are unsure of the fit. Now I'm stuck with a sweater for my wife she probably won't wear and I am out $25 because of the ridiculous shipping costs. Horrible 1st time experience.
I bought a lot of shoes from this website and delivery said it would take two weeks. It got to my place in time. The packaging was great. All the shoes were brand names (qupid, LA shoe republic, cape robbin) and I LOVED them. They accidently sent me a wrong size of one pair and when I noticed I contacted them. They had great service and immediately apologized for their mistake and sent me another pair free of charge.
I highly recommend amiclubwear to anyone who loves a good deal on great shoes and clothes.
One shoe was in a 9 box but the actual shoe was an 8 1/2. I called to send them back but I changed my mind and just gave them away. The other pair was not true to size, I ordered a 9 but they were more like a 10 so those were given away. I ordered 6 pair in all, gave 3 away kept 3.
I originally ordered my items with an additional 20 dollars for shipping. Items took forever to ship and they took forever to reply to my messages when I asked. When they finally responded they told me that they will give me 19 dollars worth of store credit. Then I received my items (which did not fit), I realized that one of the items I purchased was not there. I emailed them to inform them of this. Still no reply and it's been a week. So when I scrolled to my old emails with then, apparently the item that was not shipped was considered back ordered. I needed it for vacation. So I emailed them explaining that I no longer want this item since I have no clue what they are expecting to send it to me. No one replied. I just really don't like their customer service. It states that they will respond within 24-48 hours. It's been a week. I don't recommend amiclubwear to anyone. Stay far away from them!
Items are not the same size as what i order and since i cant send it anymore because i live in norway, shipping it back is not worth the price of the item. Please pay attention of the sizes before you send it to me
Nice clothes, I am a plus chic and the skinny chic are a lot prettier then the plus size and they have more options. Plus size chics like to look good too. Why should our clothes be minimize because of our size. Big is beautiful.
I should've read some of these reviews before. Ive been dealing with this company since 11/9/2016, when i requested a return merchandise number, that took about 3 emails before they responded with the RMA number.
I paid to return my items and even paid for tracking. My returned items were received to them on 11/22.
I have sent 6 emails since then and have yet to receive the store credit, in my last email i said just refund my money back.
Somebody responded on my 3rd email requesting my tracking number which i sent them in the 4th email.
I've tried calling and like a previous person posted... good luck with that because the machine hangs up on you saying their is a long waiting period.
Overall I would never order from this company again, better off ordering from aliexpress or something at least there customer service is a little better.
At this point I just want my money back, or store credit and waive the shipping fee. This is ridiculous already.
I love amiclub! I have had very few problems with the purchases I have made over the years and in the few instances where I have had an issue, the customer service has always been amazing! I should receive free shoes for all of the people that I have turned on to your website! I tell everyone how huge you shoe/boot selection is and how great your prices are! This last purchase was no exception, I am very pleased and can't wait to wear them!
First time customer. I ordered a Halloween costume for an event in mid October. I was happy that I received discounts and it was fast shipping. When I received my package, it was the wrong item. I tried calling the company and could not reach anyone except the automated system where I was on hold. I decided to also send an email with photos of my order packing label, and what received. I received a response asap with a return label to ship back the product. I immediately packed up the item and shipped it back. Flash forward to now... I have been trying to reach out to them to find out the status, am I getting the item I ordered or will I receive a refund. It's been several days and have not received any response via email and I still can't reach any one via phone. So now I am out a costume and the money I paid for it...

After my order was confirmed, they then e-mailed me to say that the item was no longer available and that they could not send it. Obviously, since I was not getting the items I already paid for, quite expensive might I add, I requested a refund. They accepted the request, and then it never came through. I requested one again, and again, and again. Still no refund. Now it's over four months later and I still haven't received my refund for items that never arrived. Actual theft.
I am amazed at the quality of my products, as well as at the ability to completely customize them. The sample product i ordered fit perfectly! The dress was in great condition and made with amazing quality. Throughout the process they kept in touch regarding, changes to the order, questions, they sent pictures of the finished product before they shipped, and let us know when it shipped. Great customer service. The experience was one of the best involving customer service. And the product is well-made, excellent quality. I will be ordering a another one very soon!

I received the wrong dress and then could never get a hold of anyone! I would wait on hold for 15 min. And then it would hang up saying the call volume is too much and to try again. I tried emailing and still nothing! The clothes are extremely cheaply made. I figured I would probably only wear it once, but I would not even wear it! HORRIBLE!
Absolutely love the quality of their clothing and always get my items shipped faster than I anticipated. The jeans I ordered were made in Italy and fit my hips perfectly.
Only thing is I ordered a bikini this last time and it was the wrong order :(. They were able to refund but wasn't easy getting ahold of them rn.
The clothing line quality is very poor made. The fabric is very cheap, look nothing like I'm in the image. Very difficult to reach customer service. But at the end, they willing to work with you on the return. I like their shoes on the other hand. Very nice and some how comfortable. It depends on the shoes. I ordered the pump and other fashion shoes.Not sure about the boots.
1 of the items I bought did not get sent I emaild back and give me store credit because item is know longer in stock but I think they could have told me without telling me it was sent when it was ant.
The website stated orders would be processed within 2 days. I ordered items from this site and another site on the same day. I received items from the other site and AMIclubwear had yet to ship my order. I wanted my order for vacation and because it was not going to arrive in time I attempted to call and cancel my order. I tried 27 times in one day to call and was unable to reach customer service because each time I tried I received a notice that all circuits were busy. I tried multiple times on several days to cancel and was unable to reach anyone. It's been extremely frustrating.
I ordered shoes as a gift. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. I sent them back two days after I received them in perfect condition with the original packaging. I obtained a return number as instructed by the site and spent $18 additional to return them. The policy of the store is that they only give store credit and they also reserve the right to charge a restock fee although they don't say what determines that charge. As of now I have not received store credit and when I inquire if they received the shoes they say they have not processed them. They have to have received them by now. Beware buying from AMI Club Wear and their jump thru hoops return policy.
I just received the product and it is amazing. Amiclubwear is the most complete store ever. I like to shop from amiclubwear. This is my favorite online shopping store. As always, everything came on time and without problems. They are quick to deal with customer issues. Amiclubwear is definitly my favorite store. 5 stars keep up the good work Amiclubwear. It was great and professional service. I really happy and satisfaction from my heart. Also I have made good experiences with their customer service, which help with problems quickly and friendly. This company is terrible all around. Do not order from them. I ordered two suits and paid extra to have them shipped to me faster. It took three days to get the order to go through and then another four days for them to ship it! Before it had even been shipped out I called and asked to cancel my order because of how long it was taking for them to get it sent out. They told me that they couldn't cancel the order, even though it didn't ship out for another four days. And then they told me that I could not return it. So I am now stuck with a product I don't want or need and I have no way of returning it. Also the quality of the product is HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time or money on this company.
I never really write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. This store is the worst. I ordered stuff December 12 th. My order was shipped the 25th. Out of 15 items received 5, the rest was back ordered( never got any message about back ordered items) Contacted customer service on the phone - nobody ever answers it, you wait for 30 min on hold then they hang up. So i wrote an email. They apologized for not contacting me, and let me know that items that i ordered were discontinued by manufacturer. And they will refund my money but refund reqest takes up to 30 business days and refund itself may take up to 10 days. Do you believe how ridiculous that is. Wait for my money back 40 business for items that i never received. That is my second purchase with them, first time they send me shoes with broken strap never responded tomy emails... Never will shop there again.
I cannot complain about the clothes, you get what you pay for. However the customer service SUCKS! They screwed up my address so I did not get my package. It was returned to sender. When I called customer service I was told that they couldn't do anything until they received my package back. Fine. 1 month later, my package went from Florida, to California (their headquarters) to freaking Pennsylvania?!? I contacted them again and they told me the same thing. I even asked for a refund and they refused. It's been almost two months and I have yet to receive my package...
