I order several items from them and after 5 days no shipping I asked them why and they came back to me saying the items are not in stock.
And they want me to take the rest of the items I won't purchase anything from them again.

Shipping is terrible. Customer Service is awful! Product- hit or miss. I ordered 4 swimsuits. Tried on one and the suit tore! Of course they list a NO refund policy on swimwear.
I say the products are a hit or miss because the swimwear is trash the material is trash the workmen ship trash. I order 3 jumpsuits and 3 rompers. These items are satisfactory
I called the company several times only to be put on hold and then disconnected. I have left voice messages sent emails no response.

I will never ever order from AMICLUBWEAR again. Shop at your own risk

My note to customer support... I must say I was a bit skeptical prior to placing my order. I saw some amazing shoes, went online to check out the previous customer reviews, which were all mixed. I called and spoke with someone and she assured me that the company is legit. My order arrived today(2nd day) and I must say the I'm pleasantly pleased. The shoes are a perfect fit and ready for Vegas this weekend! I'm sure most support emails are for complaints, not today. I work in customer service and understand the importance of giving props where due. You should know that you have done your work and gained a new customer.

I have been using AmiClubwear for a year so far and I absolutely love it! You get adorable clothing and shoes at a really affordable price! Plus shipping is SUPER quick, so you can order close to a date you need the items for :)

I don't know how to send a photo of my proof of purchase because I didn't get a proof of purchase or receipt of any kind in any of the packages they came in. All I got was what was online in my file with pictures of what I purchased and the amount paid for each item as well as order numbers. All the items I purchased were about $600 more or less that I'm unable to take a picture of. Thank you in advance for due diligence and I look forward to hearing from you as to how do you lies that amount of money on a purchase!

Shoes, shoes, shoes, you must check out there shoes, I just love there shoes & boots. I've ordered beauty products, accessories, amazing boots and several pairs of shoes for super cheap prices like $17.99, $11, $9.99 & $5.99 for gorgeous heels, and reasonable shipping. There prices vary but they have great sales and sometimes free shipping deals. They have some nice clothing but most of it is to tight, short, sheer and sleazy for my tastes. But they have great lingerie, jewelry, accessories, plus size swimwear and lots of clearance items for awesome prices.

The company sent me three defective items I paid for the shipping to receive and send items back and all I got was store credit for the 3 items. I was burnt out of 30$ for the shipping #! Never again will i shop with them!

Ordered 4 pair of boots. Received boots but completely wrong order(none of the boots were what I ordered or my size). Spoke with rep named Carmen, was told to send the boots back and once they saw that the shoes were moving my order would be processed and shipped out. Well it's been about two weeks, they've recieved the shoes that I sent back and I still haven't received my shoes or a refund. I've tried calling but I can never get through. I've sent an email which says could take up to 24-48hrs for a reply back, it's been about 3-4 days... NOTHING! This is very unprofessional and if I do not hear back from someone soon I will dispute the charges with my bank!

I ordered 4 items, 3 tops two of them being jackets, one shirt and a pair of boots. It took about a week and a half to get them. Got all 4 items :) love my boots and love my tops! Yay. I will order from them again. I have no complaints.

I spent $50 on boots from this site and I never received them, they claimed they sent them to someone else, And I would have to wait for this other person to send them back before they could send them to me. So I asked for a refund and they stopped answering my emails. And when I try to call they # they provided no one ever answers.

I receive all of my products in a timely matter. The customer service rep always email me back in a appropriate time with updates on my shipping I am always pleased with my products I love this company

I have bought both dresses and shoes.
I have been absolutely 100% satisfied with all of the shoes. I must admit that you have to read the details in the heel height to make sure the heel works for you.
Now the dresses I have not liked much at all, the material is very thin and very cheap looking. I will not buy any dresses from the site again.

Stay away from this website! I have been waiting for my e mail to confirm that my order has been shipped to me for 4 days. So I then decided to call after sending 3 E-mails to confirm my order so I would have an idea when to expect my dress for a concert (less then a week now) well when I called all 8 times I got a recording that said "we a sorry all circuits are busy now would you please try your call later". So finally on the 9th try I got through just to be told my wait time was 26 min. Well when I got to the last minute the music stopped, I repeatedly said hello and 4 minutes of silence on their end and they hung up on me! So my next call is to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchase many products from amiclubwear. Amiclubwear is a really out standing fashion site.The site have lot of fashion products. The site customer service is really good. Shipping is also fantastic & quickly.

I ordered a lot of items which included a watch, and the watch never came, I contacted them and they basically said I was lying and said it showed it shipped. They told me call ups and see if they misplaced it. I will never order from here again.

Do not buy from this site. They do not take returns. I ordered size 6.5 and the shoe was as big as a size 8. I gave it to my friend who is a size 8 and was still a bit loose. So many other shoe stores to buy from, why risk it.

I ordered 300 $ worth of items! My items were in processing mode for five business days! I even called and paid more for express shipping! Still didn't get shipped out until 5 extra business days! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I had a great experience buying from amiclubwear. They were very helpful to me. I am very happy with my cloth. I purchased "Plum Pink Pattern Long Sleeves Knee Length Party Dress". The cloth is so beautiful! The customer service was great, they helped me whenever i needed anything. My cloth is gorgeous. Their products are exactly as promised. I can't say enough. Their delivery speed is very fast and Professional. So i am so very happy with the level of service I received from Amiclubwear. I am also happy with all of the efforts from all of the staff.

I would definitely buy from them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

To start off with, the website does not list how long shipping will take. Also, i have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I placed my order last Thursday on the 12th of Oct. My order number is *******. I would appreciate it id a Rep. From customer service would let me know exactly what is going on with my package. I want to cancel if it is not here by Oct. 25th

Great Company with really nice items. Very pleased with the ease and availablity of your products. Found it easy to order and aquire my order and to pay for order. Very good communication through email of when order placed and when will be delivered. Can't fault service, or goods received. Happy customer. I had a perfect service. I bought a dress that was mermaid style and when I received the product, it was too long (I am 5'7 & the dress was about 6'1) and very thin. The dress was not done professionally because it did not have seems. Overall the product was a nightmare!

Well after a 30 min wait listening to sketchy recording with static and voices in the backround, I spoke to a representative all of 2 minutes before I was hung up on when I asked for a refund on a pair of shoes they claimed to be back ordered for the past 6 months! They must have some system that doesnt allow you to call back twice with the same number either because after I called back twice I got a recording saying all circuits were "busy" and to try back later. Place is a SCAM and needs to be shut down! I don't understand how a place like this can still be in operation...
