I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.
I order 2 pair of shoes but the only ship one pair. So I call and ask what happen to my other pair? They said is back order that It will be ship during 5 days. So I left it at that. So I find this other website and they had the pair that I wanted.so I called them the next day I tell them I want to cancel half of my order. They say that can do that because its already been started. I said icalled them yesterday and you guys said you guys didn't have them anymore. So she said she can only put a not and hope it can still be cancel. :( really Amincluwear always does that. Seriously I hope some one reports you guys or can point me to the right direction in how to do that. Amiclubwear suck!
I was a little worried at first because I didn't get any tracking number but shoes came with in 5 days I live in Texas and I also sent a pair to my daughter in Pennsylvania, she got hers a day before mine, my boot's fit me perfect and I was very happy I'm ready to go online and order some more and also I ordered from here years ago and was happy, this site is not a scam
I was a little nervous ordering from AmiClubwear because I there was some negative reviews, but the clothes on the site were so cute and affordable that I couldn't resist! So I decided to place the order and I'm happy I did. Excellent transaction! The clothes ARE a little on the cheaper side (&looked a little cuter online)Overall, they're still cute clothes, I'm making no returns, and I received them when they said I would. They also sent me a confirmation receipt and a tracking #, so I was really happy about that, too. AmiClubwear has proven to be reliable thus far and I will definitely order from here again!

I am upset with my order. Is this a joke?! I didn't expect that amiclubwear wasnt ethic as I supposed. After waiting more than a month for my package to arrive it is missing alot of things. Plus all the rhinestone are scratched, there's a green one that is not the one I payed for. It's a simple wsuimsuit white the 2 sides of rhinestone conector separated. The rest of my order is missing, and they printed the order details, like they are all inside that 3 pound package. I feel I been disrespected and I need my refund back. I been calling, leaving voice messages an no one is responding. I spent almost $500.00 and there's not even $100 value in what I received.

This website is definitely the worst i have ever had to deal with. I ordered 2 bathing suits from them. Website showed that they were both in stock and would ship in 2 days. Well, that never happened. I called the company and waited on hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone. When the rep got on the phone, she told me she had no idea when it would ship - i told her they had already charged my credit card and i would like something stating that it was on backorder with an approximate date. She said she couldn't give me that. I told her i would like to cancel the order as i felt like i was getting the run around. She told me she couldn't guarantee it would be cancelled. As of right now, i have contacted my credit card to dispute the charges and have sent 3 emails to the company stating that i want to cancel the order and of course, have had no replys from them. Do not purchase from this site! It is a scam!
The out fits seem shorter and cs is not good when your told you are not able to return items due to mark down when they really not marked down.
I've also recieved ripped items only to be told they are not manufactory damages and then when I look back on how much I've spent they should be gald to return if it needs to be return.
Ordered two swimsuit from the site, I was pleased with how they looked ONLINE, was very disappointed when I received them, the material was very cheap... really disappointed & they don't do returns on swim wear either.
USPS lost my package which isn't of course AMI's fault. But when i call to speak to someone regarding my issue, I NEVER get an answer... I stay on hold for over 30 minutes only to leave a voicemail in which no one ever returns it. When I email, I get an automated response saying someone will get back with me and guess what?! THEY DON'T. All I am asking is for either a reshipment or my money back, how difficult could this be?!?!?
I ordered many products from the Amiclubwear store. I buy the order very quickly when I buy shoes. One of the best features of the Gearbest store is the excellent speed of communication and the value it gives to its customers. They also sell very high quality products. I am very happy with my purchases made at Amiclubwear. It is a safe and trustworthy website. My products were well proteced. This gives you a feeling of safety. You can buy at even smaller prices, no other store can compete with that. Obviusly the best thing on amiclubwear is the price. You can't find a better website!. So Amiclubwear.com is my favorite сhinese online store.

Very unhelpful customer service. Poor communication. No efforts to remedy shipping problem - I never got my package they didnt offer to assist or remedy told me to file a polic report for package. Never encountered customer service like it. I didn't get my clothes and they kept my money - should be filing a police report on them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
Never got my package delivered on the day and time it stamped that it was delivered I called customer service several times I've emailed several times haven't gotten and straight out answer and have not been able to get my money back this was the worst birthday ever because it was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself where I bought from them so yes they took my money and they never sent me my merchandise I will not even give them a rating but the site asked me to rate but they don't even deserve that star
I have always gotten my order in a timely fashion. And customer service, the few little times I've had to contact them, were awesome in taking care of me.
AMIClubwear.com sent me confirmation of my money was charged by them, and after it send additional email, that "at the moment item selected is not available with our manufacture company".
I requested refund and no news from them for 5 days.
NEVER GONNA USE THIS SITE
I ordered a swimsuit back in February-they took my money but never sent my bathing suit and customer service did nothing about it-horrible disgusting company

You can either chose between free SHIP or the current sale but clearly the website states **ALL ORDERS OVER $50 or more get free shipping, they expect me to pay $30 on ground shipping when I'm currently spending $100-$200 already, it's a bunch of bull
I bought some clothing from them back in 2015 and half of the items were bad quality and did not even fit. Wasted over 100 dollars on bad clothes. Dont buy!
Ordered 4 items from there website on August 20th. I received a confirmation email that night; okay no big deal. I then received an email on August 23rd, saying that 3 of my items had been shipped, but one was on back order. No big deal. I then received my package, roughly about a week later. But still hadn't heard anything about my back ordered item. It is not almost 3 months later, I still have not received anything. No item, no email, stating if/when I would receive my item, nothing, I have sent out 2 emails on different occasions and have yet to hear anything back. I don't even care about the dress at this point. I just want my money back. Besides this incident, I really had no complaints about this company. The clothes were a little cheaply made, but that was it. But now that it's been 3 months, they took my money, and I don't have my dress to show for it. Or even an email stating the reason for the delayed back order or anything. I have lost all respect for them.
My experience has always been great. The only complaint that I have is that the shipping fees are very expensive. Which makes the customer shop around first to see if they can find a better deal
Deals are great. But I keep experiencing back orders lately in which I end up just paying for the s&h fee instead of saving. I just hope they do something about it. More power Amiclubwear.

Placed an order, processing forever, order shipped after I emailed complaint I'm leaving country and they completely ignored my concern to receive in time and decided to ship the cheapest way using ups just to deliver to USPS and delay delivery more days and I will be in another country USELESS DONT WASTE YOUR TINE OR MONEY! 8 years ago I made an order in here for a dress in 2011. I didnt make an account. I used guest checkout. I was living at a dorm at UNT and I gave them the address for my dorm. It was on the way to my dorm and I guess they were so dumb they couldnt bring it inside, they sent it back to the company and did not refund me at all. Even to this day Im trying to email them about it. They dont recognize my name, my debit card number, the order # they gave me, or my email address. Wtf kind of company cant even recognize my info when I obviously bought from here. I even sent them many copies of the email of my order and they still dont recognize it. This is the worst company ever! Do not buy from them!
I received my heels yesterday from AMICLUBWEAR and it was only a week (including weekend) since I purchased it.It's faster than I expected and the condition is perfect! I was worried about the size because this is my 1st time buying shoes online but it fits nicely & perfectly! AMICLUBWEAR is highly recommended. So I looked for days for a dress I am not a huge fan on buying clothes online but anyway I went ahead and bought from this store, to be 100% honest with everyone that will look at this its NOT WORTH IT. The material for the dresses is probably the cheapest they can buy, anyone who thinks otherwise probably has the worst taste in clothes EVER! I cried on what I received but to be honest they always have some type of promo so you buy dresses for like 15 dollars and think that you won, well no thats exactly what you get a dress or whatever it is that your buying for that cheap price.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
Don't make the same mistake I did and regret it. PLUS YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU GET STORE CREDIT and to be honest I won't even except that, they can keep my money and keep there tacky stuff.
