The customer service is poor an no one answers the phone or reply to emails. I have been trying to reach someone since my order was placed without any response to either.

IT IS WORTHLESS-- VERY CHEAP PRODUCTS-- VERY BAD SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTER,,,, GUYS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, READ REVIEWS,,, THEY OFFER CHEAPER PRICE BUT THEY ARE NOT WORTH EVEN A CENT-- YOU JUST WASTE YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY,,,, AND YOU WILL JUST HAVE HEADACHE-- THIS SITE SHOULD BE CLOSE--

If you order from Eastbay you'd better be sure that you won't have to return the item. I had returned an item and STILL waiting on them to credit my PayPal account. This is going on week 3 since they received my item. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

PLEASE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 pairs of boots and did not receive them. They provided me with a false tracking number. I have filed a dispute against them as well as, contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I've called and called and called. No answer, no response to emails nor voicemails. Order placed 12/7 - Still have not received. But what makes it worse is this is the SECOND time AMI has done this... The SECOND. I have never and I do mean NEVER experienced such deplorable customer service. I can't begin to imagine exactly what kind of outfit is being run here, but I'm beyond livid and will be contacting Discover to file a formal complaint - Tired of the games. This place SUCKS!

I had recently ordered something off here on Saturday & I contacted them like Monday about how long would it take to get my confirmation email and it's wednesday and I'm unsure why I haven't received it yet I pray to god it comes before October. Because I really have a special event & I need it I'm seeing all this of bad reviews and I hope I don't be one it's also a dress

I ordered what I thought was a lovely boned corset dress but when I received it it didnt even cover half my butt checks (I am 52 so Im not exactly the tallest) and when I took the dress off I noticed that my white couch, my skin and my friends skin was stained from the dye they used, literally just a touch and your skin would stain, and when I tried to contact them about this they practically just said they werent going to do anything nor allow me to return it, I then replied as the length is a fault as its a dress not a top, there should be some sort of store credit ect... its been a month with no reply

I buy all my clothes and shoes from AMI clubwear. Everything fits and once in a blue moon an item will be backordered. If I call they will immediately credit me for the amount (I take a store credit) when you buy clearance items, make sure you use the "FREESHIP" code. My last order was 7 dresses for $38 and free shipping.

I have never purchased on AmiClubWear and never will because the prices for shipping are insanely high! I'm in Europe and how is it even possible that shipping for something that costs $15 is $200? I haven't seen that ANYWHERE.

AMICLUBWEAR is a great place to make custom clothing for gifts. You can design your own using their website. The shipping is quick and the prices aren't bad. My biggest complaint is how fast their web interface can be. I've ordered 3 times, every time they give me their best services and I used AMICLUBWEAR for every time.

I was granted an RMA no# to return a pair of shoes that was too small. The package was delivered three weeks ago and I had not heard from them. I called and was on hold for a long time. Left message with RMA # someone would call back in an hour. No phone call I called back again left another message, it obvious they don't value their customers like they claim they do. You don't have people calling and you never answer your phones. Something is very wrong with that practice. I'm reporting them to BBB Don't buy from this so call business I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
I want my money back!

It has been four weeks since I ordered and still have not received anything and the money was taken out of my account the first day just want my order.

I ordered two items and only received one, I have been trying to contact them with no success or correspondence. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls.

This site sucks I ordered clothes and shoes and never got them about $200 worth of clothes I called them I emailed them and got no response three years later and I'm reading other peoples reviews are saying the same exact thing

Texture of the website is awesome great products with cheaper price. I have ordered a tank top, a maxi dress and pumps got them in 3 days. I love this website a lot. Good to navigate. Recommend them

Recently they shipped me two FILTHY USED BIKINIS. I took a picture & emailed them 3 times, no response. I called customer service 4 times, each time holding for upwards of 25 minutes, only to get an answering machine. It's the principle I'm so upset about, i don't care how affordable their clothes are but if you're not owning up to your mistakes then I need to inform customers out there so they don't get duped like I did. Go shop with Pretty Little Thing or Fashion Nova, they inspect ALL items prior to shipping, they have TOP NOTCH customer service as well. I have shopped with Ami for over 5 years & I've let other minor issues slide MANY times but enough is enough. I will NEVER shop with Ami Clubwear AGAIN and I will be sure to tell all my girlfriends about this as well.

Really enjoyed browsing stylish bathing suits and even bought 5 bikinis. Black, yellow, blue, purple, stars/stripes. And, I threw in a cute pair of boots too! Woohoo!

Placed a order two months ago never received it or a refund still waiting worst company ever my first and last time ordering from this company. Would f2f ate 0 stars if i could!

Received the wrong merchandise sent several emails left several voicemails to have some one return my phone calls and got NO RESPONSE... when i try calling back the recording says they are closed due to the memorial holiday, memorial day was monday it is now Wednesday so how can you still be closed

I spent $215 on dresses from them. Ordered a size up in case they shrunk in the wash, that whole deal. Literally NONE of them fit, and I'm being told that they only take returns for store credit?! TALK ABOUT A SCAM. This company isn't worth it. Even if the dresses were the right size, they were made from crappy, cheap material that probably wouldn't last a few washes. Guess someone is having a great Christmas, because it's not even worth it to pay for the shipping to send them back! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, EVER.
