Great clothes and my order was processed and shipped pretty quickly. I've had a bad experience with the site before but overall I'm pretty satisfied with everything since then.

I have bought things from this site before so it was nothing for me to order some boots and pay $46 for them. Usually I get a tracking number for ups but not this time. After a few weeks I emailed and called them to check status of my order. The first time I called I was on hold 2 hours. Never got a reply from email. I called again after a week and someone informed me that the boots I ordered are no longer available and a refund had been issued. Still waiting on that. I have decided to do a dispute with my credit card company. They have informed me that it will take 90 days, but I have no other option...

DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF! NEVER USE PAYPAL! FILE A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS!

I can say that I really took a chance ordering through amiclubwear being the boots I wanted were like $60 and is definitely not my norm to order offline with a company that's new to me. I did however get them in the 2 days that I paid the $18 in shipping, but when I actually seen them out of the box, I was completely pissed off. Cute as they are stylewise, one boot was a nice, dark, rich, black suede while the other boot looked like a washed out dark grey that has faded or been sun beaten. Being discouraged but hopeful, I took a chance to lightly wipe that boot down with a wet wash cloth to see if the odd color could possibly just be packing dust--nope. As the boot completely dried, I could see more clearly how the one shoe compared to the other and how different they were. The faded boot had scratches on the souls and these weird iron-looking burns on them leading me to believe this boot was either used or was once a display. To top it off, I come to discover that amiclubwear does not hold accountability to returns for whatever reason you are returning an item, and if I want to return THEIR mistake, you have to pay for the shipping on that. I will never order from these people again, and I'm trying to salvage my boots and my wasted money am now looking at suede dyes to try and fix them. I contemplated paying for the return on this whole situation, but seeing the other customers feedback my money's as good as gone already. Shame on you.

Wow I really wish I had come on here and read the reviews before purchasing bathing suits from this site. It looks like a ton of people have had the same experience I did! I ordered FIVE bathing suits from them for a vacation. I paid almost $50 USD for shipping to Canada which was brutal to begin with. Then exchange and duty on the purchase price. The swimsuits arrived and they were garbage. Cheap, unlined and see-through. They also didn't fit. I'm 5'5,130 lbs and according to my measurements on the size chart would be on the small end of a Medium. The size M suits were so tiny like an XS! The first response to my email gave me a bit of hope so I spent time sending a detailed email with pictures of the bathing suits, my measurements compared to their size charts, etc. and was basically just told the size charts can't be expected to be exact and the swimwear is final sale due to sanitary reasons, not even an option for a store credit! Each email response took like a week. Seriously these bikinis aren't even worth the $22 each I paid so they could easily just eat the cost, refund them and throw them away (which is what I'll be doing anyway) to keep a customer. Seriously... you've been warned!

Worst customer service. Received email after order was placed and advice tracking will be provided once the order ship. Acct status change from processing to on hold and never received that email with the tracking. One week later I got a box from USPS with the items. I felt violated. I have spend $221.00 including $30.00 in shipping. The shoes were ok, but the clothes and bathing suit look like made by hand in less than 1 hour. Cheap material. Looks like a copy from real clothes. Didn't look like the nice perfect picture you see on the website. This is a scam. This company has beautiful pictures of their clothes as bathing suit, but the reality is different. The return policy will only allow you to exchange the clothes for store credit and the bathing suit's are not refundable. I was also missing one pair of shoes. Call them wednesday, Thursday and friday. Email the support email and another contact provided by pilot reviews and I have not received a phone call yet. They don't pickup the phone. The way they do business is they get you with the website pictures. You placed your order and than when you want to return you can't cause that is their policy. Businesses like that should not exist. I'm contacting the news if they don't return my money back to my card and place my review us youtube. As of today my order shows on hold with no tracking#.

I placed a order, great price shoes but the package was never received, I never received any tracking information prior to the delivery I contacted them right away to inform them that the package had not been received and they stated they were starting an investigation, long story short 3 weeks later UPS supposedly denied the claim and AMI keeps telling me to contact UPS but UPS says the shipper needs to file the claim, so I place a replacement order for the shoes and still no help with the initial missing order, no reference or claim numbers just telling me to contact UPS smh. I regret spending any more money with such a careless company, never again, I'd rather spend more and be treated as a valuable consumer. After seeing some of these reviews I'm nervous of what I'll receive "if" I receive anything at all. Cheap shoes=cheap service I guess. If I could give this company a negative rating I definitely would but amazingly I am not alone..

Honestly I love Amiclub! I remember getting online and seeing negative reviews but I decided to ignore them. I am so thankful I did! I have now ordered from amiclub more times then I can count. Their customer service is amazing, they always respond quickly, and are very helpful. I had to do an exchange once and I was nervous that the new item I wanted for the exchange would not be delivered before my trip in a few days, well the item came THE NEXT DAY! Lightning speed delivery even with exchanges! They have never ever been late on a delivery and I have always gotten the correct items! The right sizes and they were just like the pictures! I love the swimming suits and recently just bought 10 pair of shoes from them! It came in less then a week and I love them all! I highly recommend amiclub wear! And I want to thank all the awesome customer service reps that got back to me super fast and we're kind and helpful! Thank you amiclub! A million times! Also I have never had so many compliments on my swimming suits and shoes until I started ordering from you! Cheap and affordable yet stylish! Thank you

It took them 4 days to send out my package upon looking I had two orders and both took the same amount of time then there was two items that were backordered now when I just now spoke with customer service 7 days after the order they were not going to be ordering that item again so they didn't give me a refund or send me an email pertaining to those items and all they offered me was a refund on the clothing after having to call them two times and sit in a chat with them for an hour this company does not care about its customers now if I were to go make those orders for the two items it would be way more money including shipping because of the total amount of orders I made 50 plus dollars both orders they lost a good customer I am absolutely appalled worst company ever.

11/29/2020 big Black Friday sale... whenever there is a sale the sizes are limited.

Sure the 65% off is including clearance but... no matter how much you buy - you could buy $500 worth of items they will charge shipping by weight not flat fee like most other sites. I added 5 items to the cart and it was $40 to ship a 2 pairs of shoes and 2 dresses? What?! You can't add the free shipping coupon with any other coupon. So yes you are getting $15 shoes/dresses (or less) but shipping is almost as much!

100% of what you see advertised on the front page of the website and in the email is for the small tiny gals. Their plus size selection doesn't have all the blingy sexy dresses - they just have rough looking dresses.

So what starts out as a decent deal you end up paying double in end... and the level of quality is the same as ordering direct from China... actually all of their merchandise is from China Except ordering direct is cheaper with places like aliexpress (you may need to buy a few items to get idea on sizing though).

Its good enough to have fun in the bedroom with but not something you could trust wearing in public. I like they trashy shoes AMI sells but they are not $8-$15 they will be double with shipping - its not a good deal at all.

So I ordered a pair of booties 10 days ago and my order has been "on hold" since Monday last week. I emailed their customer service dept and was told that my order will be shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order. WRONG. My order still has not shipped and my husband is beyond pissed. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

First of all, don't even waste your time with this company. I'm an avid online shopper, and i will tell you. There are MUCH better places out there! Horrible customer service, the worst return policy known to man, and did i mention horrible customer service? Oh yeah, i did. Doesn't hurt to mention that again as a lot of people have to deal with that. I wanted to return items and granted i was fully aware of their return policy... but it took me almost a MONTH just to get a return started! I asked them if i could just have a refund (because who wants to get store credit and then go back and get something and have to deal with that all over again?) and, they denied me. In this case, they should have just given me a refund for all of the headaches i was put through with this dumb company. Now i'm going to have to order stuff off the store credit i am yet to receive and cross my fingers it works out... because i am literally PRAYING i don't have to deal with these people again! Like i said before, save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Ordered a bathing suit on 8/20 and it NEVER CAME! It's been two months and I never received a refund! Don't order from them! No one answers when you call customer service!

Im becoming dissatisfied with ami, I have started to have items missing, torn and wrong sizes sent to me, which means the person pulling irders is not putting there all into the job.

First of all, you can not reach them... when you do you will sit on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes, most likely longer. Then after you have waited all of that time an automated message answer and says, im sorry we are experiencing high call volume, please try your call again later... and just hangs up!
After their mess up with delivery we were forced to repurchase a $60 costume for Halloween. Then when FINALLY getting a person on the phone told that they can not refund the money for the other mess up on their part, and can only issue store credit! Then when forwarded to a supervisor, who is beyond rude... i am told that is all they can do (which makes no sense because then I've STILL spent $120, not refunded for their error)!
When I say well honestly I will. Probably not be shopping here again I am told "We'll of you don't want it, I can give it someone else". REALLY?! THIS IS A SUPERVISOR!
Stay away from these crooks, they're rude and ridiculous and a poor excuse for a business!

I have Been shopping with AMICLUBWEAR for almost 7 years and they never disappoint, my fav thing to shop for is shoes for events and shows they are the right kind of loud with the right kind of price tag with sales all the time it's hard not to catch a bargain here! I should have read the reviews! This company is a complete SCAM! I have called left several voices! Sent several emails! I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THIS COMPANY! I PAID $50 for 2 day shipping! For an order total of $176 of swimsuits for my honeymoon! I am needing these by the end of next week and this company has not shipped my order and has not responded back to any of my calls or emails! I ordered from amiclubwear for an event that i needed sexy apparel for. I placed this order 11days in advance of the event and I will not have it until 3days after the event is over. The only information I received was i placed the order and heres a tracking number before it shipped. I have no clue why it took so long to ship nothing. Called and spoke with UPS to see if there was any way I could pick it up from a UPS store they told me to communicate with amiclub. When I called they refused to help me and every question I asked I was told was against store policy for them to answer or do for me. The agent was rude and could have cared less what I was talking about and even when I asked if they would cancel it and have UPS reroute it back to them same thing against store policy. I am going to refuse the package and never shop or support them again. I had went as far as referring the website to some friends to place orders. I made sure to inform them not to waste there time.

THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM. You will definitely be amazed with how cheap everything is on this website, but I must say they have the worst customer service ever. I would not waste my time typing this review if I loved this website. I really want to WARN EVERYONE about this website. They're the biggest scammers ever. I purchased months ago and got like 8+ items and still have not received 2 items. They will not refund, you they will not answer my emails, and they will definitely not pick up on your phone calls and make you stay on the phone for hours. Also one of the shoes I purchased is irregular. Please do not be fooled by their prices please. This is a lesson I've definitely learned. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE.

I spent over 200 dollars on their website because they had such a good sale, 50% off! Who would want to miss that? Now i understand why its 50% off. ITS ALL A SCAM AND CHEAP! HORRIBLE QUALITY. I called 100 times to return the items but no one answered. Then it says on the website you need to contact them first before returning becvause you need a "RMA" number on the package. And if they dont see the number they will send it right back. This is probably the biggest scam. I actually hope they dont refund my money so i can dispute the charges and get ALL my money back.

I remember back then I use to ordered and everything was really cheap with an extra percent making it an excellent sale. But now when you trying to but something it shes you the price with the" included coupon" they are lies. People don't fall for all the false advertisement about 30% or 40%, what they do is just puts a big amount on regular price and then confuse you with a coupon so you think, you're taking a bargain, NOT! The material is cheap when the ups delivered the box is was torn and open, he was also concern as I was and suggested to check what was missing and call them right away. Some shoes were missing but they never helped me. Oh like some of you guys said the more you buy, the more the shipping cost, which is stupid. And some of you guys are saying no it's free shipping if you over $50 which they do that BUT then you can't use the coupon 30% off or 45% off and the total makes it more. I guess this amiclubwear is still successfully running by just stealing and lying from us

Awful Customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased 4 pair of shows from them on Nov, received them and every single of them look bad, either not original or they are from the A or B stock, called them and no respond, their phone numbers don't work. After few emails I finally got RMA Number to send them back, shipped them back with UPS and after 2 months no refund, not even one email from them, I had to do charge back. You might get lucky with them one or twice but down the road the will rip you off. Stay away

Before I ordered my 6 pairs of shoes from AMIClubwear, I read the reviews and they were sort of mixed so I was a little worried but then I saw what a bargain the shoes were and I just couldn't pass that up. I'm so glad that I didn't pass it up because I just got all 6 PAIRS today and they were all ordered on the 7th and arrived on the 9th. These were clearance/doorbuster items so I knew that there was no return/refund on this, so I made sure to look through each item properly to be sure I really wanted them. The shoes look just like the images on the website, so I'm super happy about that. I think the company was pretty clear on their website about return and payment policies, so it's really important to read everything before making a purchase. I'm certainly going to be shopping again with you guys! Thanks :)
