I was nervous at first about ordering since hadn't ordered from here before. Order came on time and I'm very satisfied with what o ordered.

Report these scammers! Making a YouTube review to warn others! I'm now swallowing the fact I wasted money on items I will never see smh

I have been shopping here for a few years now. Generally, I've had a good experience, however, there are a few key things that continue to create frustration.

Positives:

Everything is very cute and generally of great quality! Even their own brand of shoes etc. are very well made and always look exactly as pictured.

They run some amazing sales, driven by coupon codes. At any given time it is not unusual to find a code for 55% off nearly everything on the site. If you sign up for their e-mails, you often will get codes for even more!

Once an order actually ships, it arrives pretty quickly.

Negatives:

Shipping is not cheap and, the only way to get free shipping is by spending a certain amount and then applying a coupon code. Generally this wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that doing so negates any large coupon code driven sales they are running (i. E. if you use a 55% off coupon code, and your cart is over $50 thus making you eligible for free shipping, you have to remove the 55% and thus probably are better off paying for shipping anyway).

Packaging can be a bit sketchy. I've had some cases where everything is packaged nicely into a cardboard box but, others where a box of shoes is put into a thin plastic mailing envelope, resulting in the box getting destroyed during shipping.

The timing to process and ship an order is extremely inconsistent. I've had orders that shipped the same/next day, and I've had orders that didn't ship until 6-7 days after they were placed.

Returns are processed relatively quickly but, you are responsible for return shipping. You also will not have original shipping charges refunded, nor do you have an option to get a refund to your form of payment. All returns are processed as a store credit only!

As the store sells multiple brands, sizes can be fairly inconsistent. A size 9 may be perfect in one shoe, but a size 10 needed just to get your foot into another.

I have shopped with Amiclub for years now and enjoy it so much that I've shared this shoe club with others.

I had been waiting for my order to be delivered. Well I got it today and should have know... You get what you pay for. I usually stick to what I know and going forward I will continue to stick with what I know. First let me tell you all this... I am 5'2 and weigh 116 lbs so I thought it could not go wrong with the fit... Yes the clothing probably fit but when I took the 1st dress out of the rolled up ball of cheap plastic I should have know it was going down hill from there... Well the peep shoulder sleeve literally fell off and onto the floor... Then Lordy I dared to open this cheap gold dress and yes I said cheap not inexpensive... The dress was with this... I don't know... It was some sort of thick cheap fabric that stretched... Then I turned to the shoes... They were not so bad in the style... But have you all heard the term "One wash wear?" Well I don't think I could stomach an evening in not one single shred of anything... This is truly RATCHET CLUBWEAR... I am too ashamed to ever tell anyone else about this experience. Did anyone see BAPS? Well the wardrobe in that movie was better and that was about as RACHET as you can get... Almost to the point of laughing at myself for falling this far in the gutter... I see why there are no refunds... Only store credit... I am sending this back and look to see if they have a TShirt that said I feel for the RACHET. Com online shopping FOOLPlease ladiesDO NOT humiliate yourself in public by wearing and looking a hot mess at the same time

This company is disgusting! They don't pick up the phone and they cant email people back. I will make sure to get the word out that they are horrible

I have recently placed a few orders, and 2 of my orders have items that were out of stock after I placed my order for at least 7 days (it was still in stock for the first few days after I made of order, I checked everyday) and they did not tell me the item was out of stock until they send me an shipping confirmation email which is after my item was ship for 4 days, I received my order in the next two days. On their website FAQ it says "A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once a tracking number becomes available." well it is not true in my opinion (I would have cancelled my order if i knew earlier only a hat will be mail to me, the shipping fee was not worth it at all. Hat = $5, shipping fee = $13, they only refund $1 for shipping, which is unbelievable! My hat certainly won't be heavier than my out of stock items!). I sent many emails to amiclubwear and complain about this, they either don't reply me or reply me with useless information.
I decided to give this site another chance (cause it's seriously cheap).
The third purchase that mailed to me normally (with no out of stock problems), they mailed me the wrong color... of course you can return it, it is just annoying.
The fourth and fifth purchase was finally no big problems. No out of stock problems, no wrong color boots. Etc. I ordered 3 pair of boots and they are all size 8. Two pairs of the boots feels like a size 7 and one pair feels like an 8.5... which is weird. So if you really want to try this site out, you will have to take the risks(quite a lot of different risks I would say).
To conclude, one thing I think it's good about this site is the price. It is always either out of stock and not telling you or wrong color boots or weird sizes. Just think it through before you purchase any thing from amiclubwear, do not let the price fool you.
Above is my personal experience and opinion for this company.

They put up here the U.S. size as if they run truly size and they dont. Then on top of that if u can't fit them you have to pay to return them, most companies take care of there customers not them. To make matters worse I am told I will get store credit after 15 precent restocking fee has been deducted. This is just the worst because by the time you send it back you spending more money then you paid for the shoes then loose the actually money you spent, because they always have sales smh this is just ridiculous. So now im stick with four pair of shoes I can't do anything with smh. Then the size chart has it as if all the shoes run truly size for U.S. and they dont every heel I have purchased on this website is 2 small. Now all of my heels I've purchased in the past from other companies is a size 9 I have the right space and room but with these shoes im lookn like toe jam and earl. Now I have ordordered a dress and a two piece skirt set which fit ok because I purchased a size bigger cuz they can b altered but my shoes can't be altered if I purchased bigger then what I normally buy what if they did run truly size I would've been stuck with some big heels, you just can't win with this website when it come 2 shoes great price the quality of it looks very good but the overall problem they don't run truly size so I dont know if I need 2 go two sizes up or just one smdh.

I've had bad experiences with AmiClubwear. They have shipped wrong items & then they tell you to return it & they will reimburse you for the shipping cost, which they don't or they do after so many emails & calls back and forth. When they issue a store credit (because they don't do refunds)they never include the tax you paid, again till you make the phone calls or send the emails. When they issue a store credit you need to make the purchase & then they reimburse you the credit amount but never the shipping cost for your exchange (and they say they will). Also if you pay with paypal & you have different credit cards on file with paypal, they never reimburse the correct authorization code that pertains to the credit card you used. IT IS A HEADACHE TO DEAL WITH THEM! Not worth the discount they supposedly give you because you end up paying a lot for shipping anyways. STAY WAY FROM THEM! Try Cutesygirl, urbanog, greatglam, makemechic, and gojane. Sign up and you will get promo codes sent to you.

My experience with the site hasn't been as bad as others' experience.

I have made a total of 4 purchases
1) 2 dresses - 1 tank dress with attached necklace, 1 belted dress
2) 1 red dress
3) 2 pairs of shoes - 1 pair of black boots, 1 pair of silver bow flats
4) 1 pair of shoes - 1 pair of long boots

With my orders 1) and 2) I got them in a timely fashion, like 3-4 days. The only thing that was wrong was that the necklace in order 1) that was attached to one of the dresses broke, I guess, during shipping. Not a big deal for me since it looked cheap anyway. Order 2) came as delivered. The dress was a tiny bit too big in the bust area, even being a size S, but I'm fairly used to that as I am small chested.

With order 3) I got the right size/color boots, but the second pair of shoes they sent me were not what I ordered. I ordered silver pleated ballet flats with a bow, but instead they sent me silver sequined flats. I am a little disappointed by this, but at least the (wrong) pair they sent me are pretty and fit me.

I just did order 4) recently so I will have to wait and see if anything is wrong.

The biggest complaint I have is with the shipping fee! Honestly, $10 for a pair of shoes to ship is ridiculous. Although it is nice that it came in 2 days, I would rather pay $5-$7 and wait a couple more days but they don't offer any cheaper shipping.

The other bad thing about this website is they run out of popular sizes aka S for clothes and sizes 6,6.5 and 7 for shoes. Totally sucks for me because those are my measurements. I'm glad to say I haven't had as bad of an experience, but I guess it really depends on what you buy and luck?

I also wish they had more flat boots with full zipper sides at cheaper prices. God knows walking around in heels is tiring enough. And trying to stuff certain pants in those pull-on boots can be quite the challenge.

I honestly don't see anythinq wronq with the pair of boots i ordered. Tgey are qood condition only thinq is the box came a little rip and the boots were a sliqht bit biq. I love the boots tho. I did call their phone to see about my order and i was number 183. You think i was stayinq on their phone wastinq my minutes. No way! Maybe i will order aqain if i like somethinq on the site. And thats just maybe!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THEY NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEM! AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM! I ordered a dress on Nov. 25th for my trip to Vegas thinking that it would come in before the three weeks until my trip date. Ha. Nope. No email came saying that it shipped. Even though it's estimated delivery was within 4 days, as they are located in CA and I am in AZ. Well, yesterday marked two weeks and 4 emails to their "support" and to their Facebook page, and only 3 responses back, that I had to wait a week for. The first two said that because of high volume they were delayed, but that they would forward my order to their shipping department and get a response to me within 48 hours. Again, NOTHING. I wrote to their support again, and no response. Then a few days ago I wrote to their Facebook page and JUST NOW they replied that they will cancel and refund my order. I was relieved, but the confirmation email looks just like my order confirmation email, the only difference being that it has the words "Credit Memo" in it. I checked my bank account online, and so far, a big fat nothing. Hopefully it will refund soon and I don't end up like the other people I see on this site saying they never got their money. I don't want a store credit. I want my dang money back. HUGE HUGE HUGE SCAM! PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am very satisfied with my orders. I have been a customer since 3 years ago and never had a bad experience.

The products are great but sometime the sizing is off just a bit by being a little small in size than normal.

Horrible clothes! Cheaply made and fits terrible... Highly disappointed and will never purchase ANYTHING from them again. Waste of time and money...

Fast checkout and quick shipping. Products have been exactly as described and as shown. Can't ask for more from an online store.

I love my new high thigh boots a bit tight thou around the calfs hard time zipping up but over all love the look!

The price is right always, and very good customer service, if I all they give great customer service prompt reply to emails I love thus store.

Customer Support has righted a wrong for me and I am grateful for that. I absolutely love this site and will continue to order from them.

I bought two dresses and when they came in neither zipper worked! They would not even give me store credit and were very very rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
