Don't do it. Products are cheap! Customer service is terrible! Ordering is flawed so double billed! WOW. Just shop around.

Second: After submitting this review and telling Amiclub I did so because when I complained about being double shipped - double billed I was then told that I could mail the second pair of shoes back to get a refund, a manager contacted me to apologize and send a pre paid shipping label back. I was appreciative and upped their mark from one star to four.

I am highly upset about my order! My items are not right. The sweater I received looks nothing at all like it did on line it's a totally different sweater further more it is dirty and smells awful like mildew as if it was in somebody basement and the wash tag has water residue on it! My boots have scratches on them and look nothing like the picture they are extremely cheap looking and have spots of glue and the bottom. These are boots you can buy for 10 dollars in the stores. I am very upset and feel like I've been scammed I have never had this type of experience from any online store. I'm in shock I really can't believe this.

This was my first time ordering from this amiclubwear, so I was a little nervous. However, I was beyond happy with my purchase. The description given on the website was spot-on! I purchased Sleeveless Backless Strappy Knee Length Bodycon Party Dress and I absolutely love them. The cloth are just perfect. Good service. The staff could not have been more helpful. My purchase arrived promptly and was just as described. I'm extremely happy with the entire transaction and will 100% continue to do business in the future. Definitely will shop here again. I placed an order June 8th, paid for priority shipping, and it still says processing. I reached out several times by email and phone to figure out why it has not shipped, yet the company has not responded and my credit card was immediately charged. Their website and automated emails say orders are being processed within ONE business day; this is completely misleading. The customer service is terrible and the company should be ashamed for taking money from customers and not processing or following up on orders. I have seen several customers reach out to the company regarding the same issues. This company is a scam. Order Number #*******.

My last two orders took longer than expected to arrive. I have been ordering from your company for years and I don't know what changed but the order process and shipping time is not good considering your located in California and I am in Las Vegas.

This falls under the heading of If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I found what looked ti be an awesome deal on super cute sandals. Orderes them, got confirmation. Waited... but after a week checked the tracking number and found there was a problem with the shipment. Amiclubwear uses a cheap method of Ups/Usps which is nearly impossible to track. Nearly a month later after a dozen phone calls to Amiclubwear (most of which were automatically disconnected after being on hold for 12-15 mins due to high call volume) I finally received an email telling me there was a problem with the shipping label and my order was returned to their warehouse. My order was $34.11 but they actually had the nerve the charge me for the shipping back and forth so I ended up with $6.24 store credit in my account. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I dont have my sandals and am out most of my cash.

Amiclubwear.com was my Goto site. I spent $260 on attire for my vacation. Checked my mail box it was a very small package obviously not all of my items where in there. I opened it and it was a dress that couldn't have even cost $20. I contacted the company. We email a few times and they stopped responding. Seems like some type of con in going on. I will never order from this place again. Guest recovery sucks.

I really enjoy shopping on this site, I found it last summer and now I'm addicted. I love checking in to find great deals. I've gotten lots of compliments on the items I've found. There's a great variety especially in shoes!

It took over a month to receive my shipment. The first shipment got "lost" in the mail and then was miraculously found 3 weeks later. When I finally received a shipment one of my dresses was stained so I had to return it. It took 3 more weeks to be issued "store credit" and the credit was significantly less money than I paid. This company is a scam! Utterly disappointed and will not shop with them EVER again.

One of the best website, easy to use would 100 percent recommend item delivered quickly. Simple to use and fast delivery, very impressive. If I could rate them a 0 i would. I order a bathin suit. Over a month ago and it hasn't came in yet. Their website said it would take 7-10 days. That's bull. I never got an email saying that it's been shipped. & When I try calling no one picks up the phone and it goes to voice mail. This website is a scam... never ordering from here again

I ordered a Halloween Costume on October 16th. I have not received a confirmation email or a shipping email. The website said the costume would ship in 12 hours! It's been over 72 hours since I placed the order. I have tried calling customer service multiple times and every time I call, their automated system has me on hold for 15 minutes then hangs up on me! I emailed and sent messages to their facebook page. No response. I will never order from here again! My order number is *******.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a beautiful cloth "Mauve Sheer Mock Neck Sleeveless Party Dress and it was promptly delivered and met all my expectations.
