I had been on this site a lot over the last few years and never ordered anything until Jan. 6. I ordered 2 swimsuits and a dress. Just got them in yesterday, so it didnt take too long. The quality seems fine but i only tried them on.

For those that say they didnt get any order confirmation or any emails, mine went to my junk folder.

My only complaint is that i ordered an XS on one of the swimsuits and i got a Small instead, even though the package said XS. Its ok though, it fits just fine.

I am willing to order from them again, hopefully my luck will continue.

I usually go to this site for most of my clothes when i wanna look great from head to toe. But as of late its hasnt had much of a selection to choose from. I usually binge out and buy a bunch of stuff shoes and dresses but i just got one sweater dress this time around. Hopefully after this whole thing with staying home i can show off some new looks and find some hot things on here. Love you guys!

My first experiance with amiclubwear and I am very pleased. I love my "Navy Tan Embroidered Lace Sleeveless Dressy Crop" and they gave fast delivery. They were exactly like I ordered and really good quality and the fit is very good. Their shipping was fast. There customer support team are the loveliest most understanding people to talk to. I think it's been a lot of fun ordering from amiclubwear, the design's are great & the staff is the best! I am very happy. Great service! I love Amiclubwear! Free shipping in most cases, and free return shipping if it doesn't work out. I have purchased numerous shoes and a couple of handbags from Amiclubwear. I have kept most because the descriptions are very good and stuff is usually as described. They also have a really good selection and lots of search options. This is my absolute favorite site to shop from.

I ordered an item September 21 for Halloween. I started emailing them on the 28th because I had not received any information let alone any shipping updates. Simply a confirmation email saying that my card was charged is all that I received. Since the 28th I have emailed countless times asking kindly for updates yet I have received nothing, they are ignoring over 10 emails that I have sent, I have called their number and sat on hold for an hour with zero assistance. The fact that they can't respond to any emails or calls is pathetic. I want a full refund for the item I paid for as it clearly isn't even shipping. Do not buy from this company, it's sad that they don't even communicate with their paying costumes

PleaFast shipping fares on the topmost priority when I do online shopping. I hate the idea of waiting endless day after day in the hope of seeing the things that I have purchased. If an online shopping website strives to get better response, fast shipping should be on their list too. Amiclubwear.com does just that, it does not make its customers wait too long to lay their hands on their purchases which is a very big advantage.se do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

The dresses I ordered are soooooo disappointing. Between the thin fabric and glitter flying everywhere as soon as the package is opened, it's pretty clear how cheaply made these dresses are. One is so thin it's see through. You can see every tattoo, freckle, and scar.

Upon looking at their return policy, I found out that I can't return anything because it was on sale. What a rip off!

I placed an order on 28 MARCH - yes 28 MARCH - its 09 April and nothing has even shipped! I've contact customer service on multiple occasions - at a minimum 3 times (but in reality I've emailed them 15 times). Each time the response is "we will forward your request to our special order department" and I'm promised an update in 24-48 business hours. I'm still waiting on the update. I'm going to call my bank on Monday and see what they can do to cancel the order and get my money back. I'm so disappointed with this company and I wish I had never ordered from them. They clearly do NOT value their customers.

I would give zero stars for this company. I ordered a pair of NEW shoes on their website and was informed I could return the shoes within 15 days. Then when they received my return they told me I could not receive my refund because they do not refund used shoes! I never even wore the shoes. They were the wrong size and terrible quality. Do not buy anything from this company. I will be following up with my bank to ensure we get my money back.

How is it you mess up an order so bad? I ordered four shoes and got 6 wrong shoes that looked like they were for preteens. I am certain that my order was sent to a now very confused teenager in Brooklyn. These were for a vacation and they offered very little help aside from telling me I had to go to a ups store to return it. I am sure they cant be all that bad since they are able to stay open. However it is very obvious that this has happened many times based on the response I received.

Honestly, I love everything about them. The clothes are well priced and good quality with lots of color options. I purchases Tan Striped Sleeveless Cut Out Bandage Bodycon Casual Dress. I'm very happy with my purchase. The customer service is great and the packages always ship out a few days after ordering. Quality and price is wonderful! The worst shopping experience of my life. Bought a pair of shoes and they broke on the first day. Store does not stand behind their product. Said they would not refund shoes because they were worn. Yes I wore them for about an hour. Its obvious the shoes were defective but no refund, no apologies just sny remarks from the worst customer service reps ever. Stay away, you will regret ever shopping here they same way I do.

I absolutely love my cloth, great price & arrived fast! Definitely purchasing some else soon! Great customer service. The shipment was quite fast it only took 7 days to arrive. I was afraid of receiving some bad quality product or even worse losing my money, but I was impressed about the quality and shipping time. I must admit the customer service is very good and friendly. This is the second purchase I have made with amiclubwear Company. Excellent service from a friendly, professional staff. You guys are the absolute best. I got a great stone with a beautiful custom setting at a reasonable price. I can say that customer service always responds in a day and this is a point in their favor. The shipping times are really fast and there is no problem with the customs. After four orders I can say that the prices are really low and always inclusive of the shipment. Very safe and with many guarantees. I just say everything is perfect!

I will never purchase any items from this company again. I think that there return process is HORRIBLE. I received my shoes and I was happy with them but I really needed a larger size. I contacted the company to request an exchange and they advised that they do not offer exchanges only store credits. I was okay with that but they didn't provide me with a shipping label. So I paid for the original item to be shipped to me, then I had to pay to have it returned to the company. Once they received it, they did not give me a full refund, I was only refunded the amount I paid for the shoes in the form of a store credit. I think that this process is absolutely ridiculous. I am accustomed to companies, at the very minimum issuing a full refund, which includes the item price and shipping. I was very dissatisfied with the return process. Beware before ordering from this company!

They have not shipped my wifes product. It was Ordered on October 27,2021, we recieved confirmation of the order only after calling just to get hung up on. So then we tried emailing, that is when we got our 1 and only response. Since then all of our emails have been ignored and im pretty sure they just took 142$ from us.

Their size chart is wrong. Their customer service is the worse! Haven't recieved and item yet they claim its shipped. Returned couple items and they recieved my package which I had to ship back on my expense and they still didn't give me store credit which I don't want store credit. The materials are so crappy and cheap. Clothes do not look anything like the pictures. One of the worse online shops ever! Don't even bother and save your money time and effort
