Hired a company called extra hands to do landscaping for us first we are charges $470 they were here 15 minutes the first time then rescheduled for two weeks later because they were going on vacation came at 7:30 pm stayed 15 minutes by this time I just wanted to forget the whole thing they show up the next week and did such a horrible job I tried calling the company and I got hung up on and bonus they left the weeds for US to pick up off the ground I am extremely dissatisfied and want our money back but I think I've now been blocked do NOT trust or work with these people my husband is handicapped and me being a woman that's a more softer side my husband and I think they took advantage of us seeing our situation... shame on them

Let me first say, I am not a fan of the sign now, decide later sales tactics. Yes, this is one way to keep costs down, but it is hard.
That said... OMG! I love my new windows! The house feels and stays cooler without running the AC nonstop. The inside temp stays consistent despite the heat outside. The⁵ overall quality is incredible).
I received regular updates on estimated ship dates, actual ship date, and was contacted promptly for installation with dates available as soon as the next week.
The installation crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They finished the project before the day was over and left no trace they were even there. I was shocked by the cleanliness. I could not be happier from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I have scheduled 4x with them. First "pro" came out to say "it's too hot" and that also will send a quote by end of day. They neither sent quote or responded to text/phone call. The owner of business reached out said she would call back and didnt. Rescheduled with a different "pro," He cancelled due to "emergency." Rescheduled again, got the same pro that cancelled who once again said he couldn't do the job. Called Angi directly who said all they could do was just take him off the listing and wait for another pro. I asked them if they could contact the pros directly to make sure whoever signs up actually will show up given the previous history, but they don't do that. Will never book with these guys again

Great experience with this website. Very easy to use and understand the content and context. I will be returning to this website.

Angi list angi leads whatever they call themselves is the biggest crock of $#*! if you tell them you are a painter they will send you leads for carpet cleaning and charge you a grip like they did you a favor everyone that works there I have talked to in incompetent it doesn't matter what I write for a review cuz if it's bad they will delete it and blow me off cuz they already got me for a bunch of money for jobs I couldn't even bid biz they are not my trade stay away stick to thumbtack

They Recommended A Company Strangers To Us! You Did Not Disappoint Us! This is The Second Time We Trusted Angi Listing! The First Was with Pest Control &We Still Have Them!

This service is a total scam. Do not sighn up with them. They try to find ways to steal money from contractors even after they are cancelled. It's a shame that people actually work for Angi and fight you on not returning stolen from you small business account. I'm livid
