Outstanding service from initial scheduling of the appointment, updates when workman was arriving and timely arrival of pro. Michael was very polite and in well-marked truck with clean uniform and facemask in place. He removed his shoes without asking upon arrival. Able to diagnose the issue right away and explained the problem to me. He quickly made the trip to the store to get the part needed. He completed the repair promptly and effectively. Cleaned up after the job. Couldn't ask for more from a company providing a service to its customer! Highest endorsement to hire Huff Plumbing. Thank you for taking such great care of me! Will hire again if every need plumbing services.

Cody Tanner, DownRight Tile, installed laminated wood flooring in entry hall, office, steps, upstairs hall, including closets, and he did beautiful work. He also laid tile in one of our bathrooms. He was dependable, he was here when he said he would be, he worked hard and steadily until job was completed to our satisfaction. Cody picked up the materials that we ordered from the store, disposed the flooring that had to be ripped up, cleaned up the working space that he used and did everything we wanted him to. Cody and his son did a great job and I highly recommend him for any job that is needed.

I am a huge fan of the service that Angi provides, being able to find contractors this way does help out a lot. However, on more than one occasion, we have had contractors show up at our house, unannounced, and without even contacting us by phone prior to them showing up. I'm sure I breezed through something in the terms and conditions that allows this, but that's still a pretty bad business practice, along with being very creepy (showing up at my house after 9pm unannounced? NO THANKS!). All in all, I will use Angi when I'm having a tough time finding a contractor, but with a lot more scrutiny and caution.

Promised the world, didnt deliver. We got less than 10 leads, $1000 per month, then when we wanted to cancel they tried to charge us an early termination fee, we disagree with this charge and they want to put us in collections.

Stay clear of angies list for your advertising budget. Just not worth it.

Aaron did a fantastic job detailing my car inside and out. I needed it to look as spiffy as possible because I was selling it. He did the most thorough detailing job I have ever had seen. Knowing I was selling the car, he cleaned in nooks and crannies that nobody ever cleans, like the engine, door jambs, gas cap, inside the headlights, etc. He even adhered a piece of leather upholstery that had come loose on the passenger front door. I love that he's proud and passionate about the quality of his work, and it shows. My car looks great and I believe I got a better offer because of it. I'm definitely using Aaron again. I've seen other detailing services in this area charge the same as Aaron does that don't come anywhere close to the quality of his work.

The electrician Angi sent over was great. He was punctual, friendly, and competent. My problem is with Angi. The job took all of five minutes to complete but they charged me $399! And I literally mean no more than 5 minutes. It was a problem I never would have found and a more unscrupulous electrician could really have easily taken me to the cleaners. So it's perfectly reasonable to charge me for the service but that price was way over the top. They knocked $90 off the bill after I complained but I really don't think that was fair. I own an apartment building and I'm always looking for plumbers carpenters and electricians for jobs around the building. But unless they offer me a more substantial refund I won't be using Angi again and I won't be recommending them to other rental.

I used Angi to get a painter for a small job in my kitchen. The painter never finished the work, fraudulently charged me extra money, and even bought materials using another contractor's name. To make things worse, Angi's promised to reimburse me for the money I lost -- and never paid me. They lied about it. I plan to take them to Small Claims Court to get the money they promised me.

This is a terrible company. I hired them to install two televisions. Installer did not even show up. I was charged anyway. When we rescheduled, installer could not complete the job. I called the company and told them not to charge my card until the job was completed. They charged me anyway. Inexplicably, they told me it was my fault because I did not provide a ladder and that I could be charged extra as a result. Customer service was Rude and sarcastic. Do not use this company.

Angie's List online once upon a time was very helpful. But now their website is so convoluted that it is not helpful at all. I had to call a LIVE person to get me the names of prospective contractors. The website kept redirecting me to things I didn't want, including the Angi App.

I hired A-1 Remodeling based in Grantville GA to finish the side of my deck on April 29,2022. I was charged a high fee for only three hours of work, I had to clean up their mess, edge was not properly braced, and my dog went through the slats because they weren't spaced the same as the existing railing. Considering there were three " experienced" people on the job, I'm not impressed. They didn't even get back with me about another job they were supposed to do.

I would never recommend this company for use. I paid for a service that I never received. The representative called to cancel our appointment and reschedule, on the rescheduled date never showed nor called. I contacted the company via e-mail and the response time was very slow. I gave customer service the information requested when they finally responded. However, this issue has yet to be resolved four days in. Overall, beware and do not invest in Angi.

Once I found Angi, I had to jump through several hoops before I could finally leave a review. This rating page I am on right now is unnecessarily difficult. The first version did not have the Captcha slot. Neither does this one. You are not optimized for Android at all.

This service is a total scam. Do not sighn up with them. They try to find ways to steal money from contractors even after they are cancelled. It's a shame that people actually work for Angi and fight you on not returning stolen from you small business account. I'm livid

I'm unhappy that I seem unable to search details of companies and tradesmen without exposing myself to email and telephone solicitation. I selected 2 stars out of 5, and website response overrode mine, assigning 5 stars. What a jabber!

I had Handyman Veterans llc do some foundation work for me. They did such a good job I had them come back and do a couple of more projects. Thanks Jeff and your crew. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer agreed to pay me through Angi's customer chat, but Angi did not change my pay accordingly. Tried reaching out about 3-5 times but the support said some lies like they only pay for extra hours, they have always paid for extra fees like materials/gas/dump fees. Only good if you really need the money, you will need to be with the support about 24/7 so you know they are paying you correctly.

I have a second phone line that I rarely use and it gets no calls. I entered it as my contact phone when I filled out a request for a contractor on angi late on a Saturday night. Sunday morning at 8:15 am the calls began. Overseas call centers, spam, hang ups… I got 10 calls that first day even though I had only requested to be contacted by 2 companies. Neither of those 2 companies called. I went to Angi and canceled my request but I'm still getting calls. NEVER give the Angi site your phone number!

Easy to find what you need. Was glad to write review of an excellent contractor who helped me get through some trying times. I hope my review helps him to get future business and helps his business to grow

My experience was the best. I did not think I would find someone that would clean as good as She did. I am so glad I came across this company. Try her you won't regret it. She is truly the best! I have had different companies come by and I will say she is far the best.

They require a lot of computer work for something that you could get for much less money doing yourself, you're already halfway there if you make your own website with them. Called me and pitched that they had all these jobs. They've all been BS "holiday lights" tiny jobs and nowhere near the scale I was looking for. I'm in the hole for $600 because I'm busy getting by with real jobs, their "leads" have been as useful and annoying as a tik tok notification, if I had tik tok. And when I called to see if they could offer any assistance/payment plans with an outstanding balance I wasn't even aware of, they cold shouldered and told me I needed to pay. Just a stark night and day difference between the marketing team that calls you and the "support" team that absolutely refuses to help their professionals going through tough times.

Excellent he went above and beyond the scope of work I would refer him to anyone that needs landscaping done he pays attention to details. He was very reasonable on price I will use him in the future if and when I need more work done. Keep up the good work.

I was thoroughly impressed with how quick their team was able to fix our ac. We called yesterday at 5pm and first thing in the morning they are over to service our ac to replace a contactor that went bad. Less than 24 hour delivery and great communication the whole way. Also love that they utilize a digital invoice system so we don't have to deal with the old school paper invoices like the past. Would highly recommend!

Horrible business, I pay $300 a month for 95% spam and scammer calls and leads, then your locked into a contract for a year and have to pay to cancel, Don't use absolutely the worst advertising platform and company, quick to take your money and then no help or responses. Joke
