As stated on their website: make sure you want what you're buying because you CAN NOT return it. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from this place again. Plus it took forever to receive my order. There's lots more websites to buy from. Stay away from this one. I'm now stuck with things I can't use because they don't work with my colors. Sometimes you don't know this until you get the items.
November 10 placed an order...still have not received it...the only way to contact them is through an email on their site...
I ordered another item from them & was pleased with the quality & price of the wreath holder. I have since placed 3 more orders still waiting for two items.

We are so sorry to disappiont you! There must have been some mis-communication. We would have sent the piece (a crown?) free of charge if you wanted it because the repair was simple. It was never our intention to charge you for it! A full refund was processed. Your first order processed during our transition to a new distribution center that resulted in a little chaos. We are happy to say that all is well now and we invite you to give us another try! We'll do everything we can to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
