I bought something online aosom on the 5th of January and never received the item, I call and send emails and the only reply I got it was that they cannot give an exactly time for the delivery I also requested a refund with them and they didn't give also my money back on the period they promise, someone had this problem with them? I'm thinking to contact my bank directly instead of deal with them
I ordered a sofa bed from Aosom in February 2023. Recently, I started hearing weird noises in the sofa and it turns out that there were wood eating beetles inside the wood when they made the sofa! I have had to throw the sofa out as I cannot take a chance that these wood eating beetles will get into my home. If you purchased any furniture that contains wood from Aosom around this time, I would have it checked thoroughly. These bugs will eat your home as well!

This company sells inferior products from China and once you buy them and they break apart, they will not refund your money.

Ordered a table, received it after more than 1 week (in Romania) and received it defective. The package was not well-packaged so the wood of the table was choped. I sent it back and opted for a new delivery, it is taking 2 weeks, the personnel does not know exactly the details of when, how, etc. I asked about refund, they dont know to answer, someone told me that it will take 6 months for a 60 euro refund. It is unacceptable. Avoid it at all costs.
We bought a greenhouse from these people and we put it together as per the instructions, that night we had a tiny bit of wind which blew out 2 of the roof windows and on telling the company they said nothing to do with us. so think twice before buying from these people

This paw hut catio is a piece of garbage! I purchased it from Home Depot, paid cdn $ 962.08. Less than a year of purchase I had to throw it out. It had mold everywhere. The wood (fir) was obviously not pre treated. The quality and workmanship very poor.
Don't waste your $ and time on this crap.

Ordered outdoor patio furniture. Never got an email confirmation for my purchased. Looked at my account and it said that the order was cancelled. I didn't cancel but my card was charged twice. I attempted to contact and had to leave a message and never received a call back. I ended up having to dispute both charges and my credit card company said they are placing them on the "watch" list and will flag for fraud
Do not buy anything that you will need for longer than 1 year.
I purchased a 13' x 10' Gazebo and 7 piece wicker furniture set for around $920.
Products were okay when I first put them up, and then BAM!
6-months later, wicker furniture color completely faded.
8-10 months after that (1 year 2-4 months later) I started seeing rips in the canopy where the poles attach to the canopy.
I decided to contact the company to see if I could get a replacement canopy, and they said, 1) They don't have a replacement canopy for the item for purchase, and 2) They will NOT honor anything after 366 days.
I sent timestamped photos showing the degradation of the items over time, and still no luck.
I requested to be contacted by a manager, and did not receive a call back or email.
$920 for a bit over 1-year of use with no support after 1-year.
Don't throw your money away.
Not sure but if there is any wind on Mars. If so Elon should ship these greenhouses there on the first flight. Very poor quality support system was trashed in first rainstorm it was exposed to. Twenty mph winds destroyed the plastic supports making structure worthless. Luckily we hadn't put any plants in it. Don't waste a penny on these greenhouses!
