DO NOT BUY

Absolutely appalling quality. The coop fell apart and the gaps are so big that they let predators in and they killed my beloved pets. If you care about your animals, please invest in a proper house for them and do not make the same mistake as me

Spoke to customer services but they are even worse than the coops, not willing to help in any way shape or form and all they do is blame others

The first time I went to Aosom online shopping, it was very convenient, not only the variety of home furnishing is complete, but also cheaper than brick-and-mortar stores, and the after-sales service is great.

Ordered three 42" fireplace tables. They sent me three 30" tables. Sent them an email 4 days ago and called them eight times since then. After waiting on hold for exactly 15 minutes on all 8 calls, there system automatically disconnects. Extremely frustrating!

Avoid this company! There customer service is absolutely awful. I ordered 2 items. Received one okay (even though it's awful quality) but I havent received the other.
They do not reply to messages, emails and do not pick up the phone.
I've had to put a PayPal claim in but they have added the tracking for item that has been delivered.
Not impressed!

Totally useless company!

Totally useless company and stupid customer support run by a bunch of clueless Asians. Dont expect to get any support or replacement parts for anything you buy there. They wont even supply you with the manufacturer;s name for you to source out the replacement parts yourself. Don't be fooled by their supposedly good deals. I looked into the 5 star reviews and 90 percent of them are phony.

Totally pants

Oh dear,
I wont bore you with all the details but my pensioner mum chose a garden swing cushion so I helped her order it, we checked what now appears to be the microscopic and misleading returns details and ordered the item. When it arrived she decided that she didn't like it so on her behalf I contacted the company with a light hearted and witty email and waited... a few days later I received a very unhelpful email so I replied if they could just kindly tell me how to return the item... after a few more days I have finally received another unhelpful and quite abrupt email saying that she has to pay the returns and if there is ANY damage to the product or the packaging they won't refund the full amount... i don't like the cushion much either but I'll give my mum the £35 so she isn't out of pocket. Seems I should have read more of the honest reviews for this company... never again!

This company offers no customer service. You can not get through on the phone at all. Shipping took forever and came in 4 packages on several different days. Product ordered July 28,2020, finally received all boxes 8/12/20. However, I was told that I must stay home and wait on it because the package would require a signature. Since I ordered the item, the price has dropped $120. Most companies will honor the price decrease and refund you the money, especially since I just received it. They would not do a price match at all. I will not be making any further purchases from this company. They are terrible to deal with. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Purchased an adjustable desk footstool in Dec 2020 and a second one in January 2021, both have failed through shoddy design and materials used. Seemingly impossible to communicate as they don't answer the phone and their message box is always full. Moral, buy better, buy British and pay a little more for quality, don't buy cheap and pay twice.

Ordered exercise bike after being told 2-3 day delivery, 3 weeks later and still.not arrived. Cannot for the life in me get through to customer services and only get replies to emails in the early hours of the morning when I'm asleep and cant answer then.
Steer well clear of this company!@

TERRIBLE CHAIR FROM THIS COMPANY

The chair has no cushion to it, as the picture shows. It is very shakey after all put together and tighten. It's not as wide as the pictures make it ou to be. Just a tough chair that sits lower on the back with no lumbar support. Vibration is exactly that, not a massage, just a bunch of shaking. Heat works but not good at all. I would not repurchase this. I have attached pictures to show what this chair looks like compared to another one that is a lot more comfortable. Huge disappointment. I wish I could return it because of how much I spent.
