Extremely poor Customer Service. They'll take your money & mail your item... but once it hits the mail, you are on your own!
Refused to supply missing parts, refused a refund. I just want to finish building the thing! The box arrived with a massive hole in it.
I bought household items on this platform last month. The chair material is very good, the bed is very comfortable, a good experience.
Avoid shopping here. I purchased two items, both were damaged on arrival. It has taken an act of congress to get a refund.
Chair literally falling apart after 5 months customer service says 90 day warranty expired so oh well
Fell apart within months customer support only supports for a few days then. Be warned!
Not worth anything
I ordered 4 awnings. Three at one time and one later. I found out they are too large. I sent an email requesting shipping lable to return them all. I read there is a 30 return window so I mention I am a week over that time and if it's ok. The person di not clarify and sent me one return shipping label I flagged a fedex guy on my street and he said it was fine to bundle them all and put that one label. No issues. They now have ALL FOUR AWNINGS and they only refuned me for one. In effect this company is keeping the product and screwing me out of 250. Unfortuantely I didn't charge or I would have easily gotton a charback from this awful company. Do not trust them! I have a dipsute with paypal and getting confirmation from FEDEX that they delilvered which they did but need to show them they recieved all four awnings. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY IN EFFECT STOLE 250 FROM ME.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY SELL JUNK, TRYNG TO RETURN THE JUNK AND U WILL HAVE TO PAY $25.00 TO RETURN THE JUNK, AND WAIT FOREVER TO GET UR REFUND.

I receive my merchandise broken. We called AOSOM Customer Service immediately, and even with pictures as proof, they have tried to get away with it by proposing REPLACEMENTS PARTS for US TO FIX IT!
Never seen that one before, especially that the product was received the same day! Below is the email we got form AOSOM, totally crazy and inadequate proposal, knowing the product was received damaged.
Obviously, we refused, and AFTER LONG AN PENIBLE mails exchange with the bizarre Customer Service lady, we were finally reimbursed.
AVOID THIS INTERNET SELLER – BEWARE THEY ARE ON THEBAY MARKETPLACE and some others.
