Harmful Additives and lead in supplements
May 18, 2024

After taking their fizz drinks and their proteins shakes for over a year, I was starting to have some health issues. I do get blood draws every year, and after using Arbonne, my blood came back with lead in it, and a congested liver, and failing kidneys. I am now on seven different supplements to heal my kidneys, and my liver. This stuff is horrible and should be banned. After my blood draw, we went through my kitchen and scanned all the products to see what the culprit was. Needless to say, Arbonne came back with hazardous additives that were related to my organ issues.

Great products
February 12, 2022

They have great products and prices but make sure to use a reliable consultant who will understand what products work with your skin and will give you best price possible.

I see lots of reviews about toxic... obviously after doing some research it's not true at all.

Well, let me start with the manager that works out of spring Amanda Dalrymple. Such a nasty attitude! She is just the most rudest person ever! Please do not buy anything from this place. She has to much time on her hands and she is so rude!

I shop at a completing company. I was approached by someone pitching Arbonne and I browsed their website to find out more about it.

WOW! Talk about expensive! There is no possible way that a person would shop long term with a company offering products that are DOUBLE what one could purchase at a local store.

I do know the quality of their products is no issue, but come on, don't be charging so much.

The store I shop at sells products that are just as good, if not better, but the prices are literally a fraction of what Arbonne charges.

I have literally struggled with skin and got issues my whole life and thanks to these amazing products & the simplicity of everything (I am homeschool mom of four children and don't have time for complicated) both my skin and my gut health has improved drastically. Very good product, glad I attended a presentation and found my consultant that has now become my friend!

Hi, I have purchased the Arbonne "Agewell" kits. The first time everything was OK. The second order arrived with two Agewell" kit sets. I ended up paying $20 to return one of the kits and the second kit had a defective product. Unfortunately I did not open the second "Agewell" kit until recently and the toning mist came out in a stream with some foam fizz. I contacted Arbonne who refused to replace the product because the 90 day period had passed. Come on guys/gals,,, your product is not that great and customer service - well, there is none. This whole mess ended up taking about 1 1/2 hours of time to talk to reps, mail back the first kit and attempt to resolve the defective product. Again, the products I use from my skin care doctor are hand-made, high quality and returns are no problem. I will never use Arbonne again. You lost a customer. Arlington, VA

I attended a party and decided to sign up because it seemed like a doable part time job. The women I had met had super inflated the truth as I later discovered. It's a really long story that no one has time to read, but I lost good friends and family over this marketing scheme and I lost more money than I ever made. Every single person I met and every person that I invited to a party or that was my customer no longer wants anything to do with me.
I had a customer buy a ton of the face powders from me, only to find out on Christmas Day when she had given them as gifts that they were empty! The actual powder refills were sold separately and I had no idea! She said she was completely humiliated on Christmas Day. So was I! And I didn't receive any commission on that order because you don't get commission on the powder cases! Always a catch! Arbonne humiliated me and took away friends/family that I will never get back because they feel as conned as I do!

I've purchased the products, I've become a consultant, don't waste your time or money!
Do yourself a favour and do some research into who is still apart of your consultants 'team' a year later before you fall into the trap of becoming a consultant yourself.

On Facebook, someone messaged me and claimed they were a "friend" of a Facebook acquaintance of mine, saying this acquaintance thought of me and would be interested in some of their products. I contacted my friend, who said she had no clue who this person was besides briefly meeting them at an Arbonne party someone else was hosting. I tore this person a new one for essentially getting my friend's name, looking up their friend list on Facebook and spamming them with "this lady thought of you and thought I should contact you." An absolute lie that could potentially make things for my (actual) friend really awkward, and who had no idea this was happening. I was infuriated!

Did this in 2010. Breaks my heart to see this pyramid scheme being a main focus amongst the twenty somethings I work besides coming out of the pandemic. It's apparent they used the pandemic to get back on the map to help those out of work make income. However, I urge to stay away from MLMs.
I haven't shared the experiences with them.
They have to learn and have their own experiences. When a company has emotionally manipulated a person, warnings will not be heard.
In 2010 I had three recalls and was never reimbursed back for those recalls. Thankfully I became an esthetician and quickly discarded their facial products. Educating yourself is the best way to prevent money and friend loss. And the Arbonne social media posts are staged. The new "recruitments" are already distributors giving the illusion its so easy to recruit. Oh and if you get the Mercedes, be prepared to pay the taxes and licensing yourself.

Very poor customer service
June 21, 2023

I received an e mail that my account representative ordered 260.00 worth of product and charged it to my CC Called them that confront them about it and to change account representative. Was told it would take 5 days to refund my money and I couldn't request a new one. My account was deleted by Arbonne and I have 9 months left on my account. Credit card had to be canceled. Donot buy from these people.

How can they promote this as being healthy
November 17, 2022

I recently bought some product from Argonne only to discover that one of the main ingredients for their Gut Health, prebiotic fibre is maltodextrin I am shocked to find out That maltodextrin is actually bad for your gut Health. On this packet it states, helps support and beneficial to intestinal bacteria but if you look at information I have found it's quite the opposite.

Terrible company who couldn't actually care less about their products or their people. As you can see from previous reviews this company really boomed in 2020, the reviews made since then have been negative. I lost a true friend to this company, she was vulnerable and has been manipulated, this is a pyramid company, they promote empowering women when they are doing the exact opposite. They prey on the financially and emotionally vulnerable with the promise of a Mercedes. Don't be fooled, the Mercedes' is in your name and if you don't raise enough sales or add enough people guess who has a huge car finance deal in their own name and struggling to make payments, you. So then you're stuck making it work selling your soul to social media platforms while inadvertently sharing posts that isolate you from your friends without even realising it (see picture example). Arbonne consultants share each others posts attend parties and add intriguing posts trying to create a reaction to build their profile and add more members. Stuart Armstrong is all about empowering women, in reality what he's doing is manipulating vulnerable women, creating the promise of a false lifestyle and using these women to build his own pyramid scheme and create a larger income for himself. Affirmations, positivity and self worth are all a cover for them to simply promote the business and ignore any negativity.

Appalling Customer Service
September 30, 2020

I was interested in some of their products but their online ordering system is clunky. Over an hour on hold for telephone service and NO response to customer service emails in 9 days. They sell this as a 'business opportunity' but basically they want you to make money for them without providing any decent level of support!

Best Pea protein
September 30, 2021

I have been with Arbonne since July. I started with the 30 days to healthy living. This is not a fad diet, it is a way to break bad eating habits and to get on track with you diet. Diet meaning what you eat in a day… I have used several different proteins all in which didn't don't agree with me, Arbonne's pea protein is not only easy to digest but taste amazing. Also, the program not only help me cut my Caffine in half, I am no longer on anxiety meds, love myself inside and out and honestly feel better in and out. Also, I am a very picky protein drinker, Arbonne has the best taste with just water! Hope this helps someone else.

I have ordered products several times after our initial home show. The site is easy to navigate, and has good descriptions of the products. They also email well ahead of when my bonus dollars expire. The skin and hair care products are exceptional, and always arrive in a timely fashion.

Pyramid scheme
February 5, 2020

Horrible misleading company with all sorts of False promises. Products and nice but extremely over priced and the customer service is terrible. They cancelled an order for weeks so that you miss out on advertised sakes. They never resolved the issue but pressure you to buy more. They offer a lot of false promises. They don't seem to be interested in selling products to consumers as much as getting you to recruit others into selling products so someone in the pyramid scheme can make money.

Q Arbonne
July 25, 2020

They must be a far right conspiracy company. Many of their consultants are Q. You will watch them talk about products then all of a sudden go on a crazy baseless no facts convo about the "deep state" wayfair and Ellen. I had to stop watching which means no more purchasing for me.

I'm about 3/4 of my way through the 30 day Arbonne deal, and am really dissatisfied. I am a healthy eater normally, and have no chronic health conditions (both of which are talked about repeatedly on the plan), so perhaps I wasn't really their target demo. Nevertheless, a close friend has become a consultant and so I signed up, figuring that a 30 day reset might be a positive thing. As you mentioned, there is a very hefty upfront cost for all of the mandatory products, many of which have very dubious claims – every morning a "Digestion Plus", fizz sticks, very sugar-intense shakes, "fiber boosts" and so on. Add to that the required organic, free range, so on foods and I figure I'm out about 50-60% over my typical monthly food costs. But ok, if it works it could be worth it. But so far, and I'm on week 3 which is the "cleanse week", I've been low-energy, tired of 2 extremely sweet shakes for meals a day, and – worst of all (TMI here perhaps) – constipation the likes of I've never experienced in my life. I'm working with my (secret) Facebook group on this – which I like a lot, by the way – but I've found that many others in our group are experiencing the same thing. Discussions and suggestions from our coaches are not having the desired result. I'll ride this thing to the full 30 days – I figure I've come this far – but I would never recommend it. Perhaps if one is completely junk food dependent this could help change habits, but otherwise… no.
