“Very satisfied”

I recently had the pleasure of working with a company and I was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were exceptional. The team's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Ok so basically they don't have any support. You call US support you get a female voice telling you to press 1 for support or billing. Then you get told the number is no longer active and get disconnected. If you fill out a ticket online it goes into a black hole never to be seen again. This has been going on since 2015. Terrible support should not even be able to give them a 1 star.

I will never use this provider again, period!

I am angry at the fact that the company seemed unable to resolve the problems, they just want to collect your data. They lure you in and collect what they can about you.

Basically, I played the game, found a bug, reproduced the bug, found a work-around and I reported it all to ARC and they are blaming ME for not 'knowing' about this bug. They keep trying to close my ticket without resolving anything. All they do is keep blaming ME for their mistake, they owe me chances at gear... which I'm assuming at this point will never happen. This is a piss poor company, only in it for the money... hopefully\maybe D&D will pull their name from this crap show.

Tip for consumers:
Don't, move on, they are clearly ONLY in it for the cash. Once they have your money, they are like a pimp, they move on and throw you away.

They have plenty of games but their games are there for them to earn money and not care about the players at all. Bugs are constantly showing up and yet never tested before they are released to the public. If you complain to support they just give you the run around and find ways to blame it on you. Terrible company

Proof: I play neverwinter and had some issues with rewards not showing up on a character. Showed up on other 2 characters but not my main. I went through a week of contacting support and was told to create another ticket because the email wasn't connected to my gamer tag(only email I use). I created a new ticket just in case and was told to stop creating extra tickets and they immediately closed both tickets without helping me.

Would not recommend this game to anyone until they either upgrade their server or do away with afk penalties. Overall, the game is decent but it has one Achillese heel. When you try to join the pve missions, 9 times out of 10 it will "Fail to connect to server", which is annoying enough in itself. But because the level you were about to join registered that you had entered it and then didn't participate, the game turns around and tells you that because you didn't participate in the battle, you don't get the reward you were looking for and then proceeds to slap you with an hour and a half afk penalty on ALL missions. Stay away until they fix their problem.

This site won't let you contact support unless you accept an INSANE amount of cookies and trackers. I can't link my account to my game, and I refuse to accept cookies, so I guess I won't be purchasing micro transactions from their freeware! What an intrusive practice.

Tip for consumers:
Hope you don’t need support unless you’re willing to give away LOTS of personal privacy!

Apparently the CEO of the operations managers have no clue on what they're doing the game is reworked changed modded out, your characters are nerfed have equipment products taken away from them, even after you purchase them. I'm not spending any more of my money on this POS until the CEOs in the project managers get their heads out of their asses and instead of losing players and Revenue turn the game back to the way it was when I started playing. You had to work your $#*! off to level Tunes up and you actually got rewarded for doing things. I think you could find a better game out there to play that when you spend your money on it you'll actually be happy and you'll actually get to keep the stuff you purchase

I've only used them for Perfect Worlds Neverwinter b/c I have no choice.
I was actually told that if it's not working, then that is the way it's suppose to work (paraphrasing), but no kidding.
They have Zero knowledge of the game so if you have a problem with the actual game, don't bother.
It's incomprehensible to me how EVERYONE is so displease (in the community) with the level of support from Arc Games they they are still in business, but I think that I know why.*

* I see the reviews below give 5 stars to Perfect World or the actual games.
Do not be confused, Cryptic Studios designed them, Perfect World developed them, Arc games supports them (from the little info I could find).
All Chinese companies.

Tip for consumers:
Do_Not_Hire this team to support anything.
I have been in support my whole life & manage a Network Operations Center. While our support is business critical & this game is not, I still expect a certain minimum level of comprehension on what product they support.

All their games are choppy, laggy and have serious DC issues. Their customer service is an offense to the word service and they like to sell stuff in game for real money just to remove it from game or make it totally obsolete a week later. SCAM SCUMBAGS.

Recently completed the newest campaign (Dragon Bone Vale) and the campaign page disappeared before I could claim the final rewards (chest of legendary gear). Submitted a ticket and was basically told that I was out of luck and should have claimed the reward. It really sucks because this wasn't the first time I had an issue like this and others in my guild had the same problem. STAY AWAY FROM ARC GAMES, THEY SUCK!

SCAMMED FOR $100
New player, new account. Purchased in-game currency through their game client. Transaction completed- no currency delivered. Contacted support- they couldn't verify transaction. Credit card company confirmed acceptance on THEIR end. Continued to contact support for delivery. Support discontinued correspondence. Ignoring email, BLOCKING in client chat, and getting hung up via phone billing support.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Played only 1 game. Star trek online. That one game was enough for me to give this company 1 star review. The fact that half the game is not only locked behind a paywall, (You won't get past voth without paying, or grinding for a full year), the fact that half the missions bug out to the point where you have to start it all over is just plain stupid.

Now, let's add the fact that there is ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFFERENCE in loot drops when you play in elite or normal difficulty. There is also the fun fact that enemies are unbalanced and you can literally get godlike enemies one time and doing same mission over you can get pushovers the next time.

And to add to that fact, most of the game content needed to go beyond voth campaign is locked behind lootboxes, events or fleets, making it effectively unplayable for solo players.

Oh and if you don't happen to be in a fleet, you have a nice 80% chance to be paired up with a random player on patrol missions you want to run solo. You start the patrol solo, the other guy joins. You leave the team=you get kicked. You can't kick the other guy from the team. And if you stay you will have to contest for whatever miniscule loot and exp they give with the other guy. HELL NO.
Uninstalled this after only 50 hours of gameplay.

If you are an alliance player then maybe after grinding months in the fleet you may be able to complete the campaign. But anyone else forget about it. Star Trek online gave me such a bad taste I'm pretty sure rest of their games are the same.

Cryptic Studios developed Star Trek Online on July 28,2008. In it you get to be a captain of your own starship. At first there was only the Federation and Klingon that you could play as. Later came the Romulans and even more would follow. I remember really looking forward to playing it, as there was nothing like it before. Most previous star trek games were limited in what you can and can't do. They didn't even give you the feel of being a part of the star trek realm. About when Perfect World Co., Ltd took over the game is when free-to-play came to be available. Only problem to this game are minor glitches that prevent you from progressing any further into completing missions. Something you don't come across often. Star Trek Online's customer service is good. They will even restore deleted characters, depending on when it was done. Star Trek Online offers more to it's free-to-play than Star Wars The Old Republic. Including faster loading time, along with graphics that has less stress on RAM requirement. I believe there are still star trek fans out there who still don't even know this game exists.

It must of happen after the Dominion was brought into the game that it took on a much darker and less appealing approach to graphics presentation. DS9 used to be nicely lit up and now looks as if a power outage has dimmed the entire station. Those Que missions that were once fun to do have become outrageous in wrongly penalizing players for supposedly AFK when those ground missions are hard to find your way around. The fault is terrible misuse in blending colors to where you can't make out which way to go. Some of the repeated missions they made harder. Overly use of terran empire threat and the true way. They never fixed the glitch of the first Discovery mission. Most Discovery missions are less fun, hard and take too long to get through. They seem to make use of the least favorite star trek characters, which are basically eyesores. Ease of playability has become choppy and not so fluid.

I usually don't like MMO games, but STAR TREK ONLINE is one of the most fun games I have ever played so I make an exception for this one.
