This was the biggest scam ever... We bought tickets to Spain for $520 a piece... we canceled due to COVID-19. They gave us a voucher for the refund. I asked for the money back in cash or to send a check. Well they don't like that and it is rarely done and can take 3-4 months. Got tired of arguing about that so I decided to book 3 tickets to St Croix. I went to American Airline's website and they had tickets to St Croix for $379 so I called ASAP tickets to book the exact same flight for 3 people with my $1020 credit... well they wanted $520 per person for the exact same flight on American Airlines. I threw a fit, asked for supervisors and I couldn't believe but they kept giving me the same answer. I calmed myself down and decided to buy just 2 tickets so I could use the credit and be done with these people. I got my tickets today and put them on the AA app and when I was looking through them it said the price of the tickets were $379 per person! Needless to say I called ASAP and I am so pissed at this point again... got this big speech about how tickets are fluctuating in price due to COVID and that the day I bought my tickets they did not have access to that price. OMG! They got all of my credit back. GO THROUGH THE AIRLINES and save yourself the mental anguish of having to deal with these people only to realize that you are screwed royally!
