We had a horrible agent who told us we were getting seats with tickets and bags and eerything we asked thoroughly about. Over $1,900 for two tickets. We check the airline to get our seat numbers for our passenger locator forms needed for Portugal, Italy and USA and guess what? NO SEATS! We were suppose to have Economy tickets. But the airline's site said we had the Basic. Even more, the price on the airlines site for our reservation was $644. How do you go from $644 to almost $2,000?!
When I called to figure things out and even come to a solution, that jerk AJ told me that when we asked about seats coming with our tickets and he said yes they do, that we weren't specific enough. And I quote "Of course I said yes, you wouldn't stand on your feet the whole flight. Every flight comes with seats". I couldn't make this up. So I said. Well I think you should know what people mean or clarify, talk about the options since we asked about seats coming with our tickets. He's a travel agent right? He chuckled and called me too emotional. I stopped right there trying to get help from him. It wasn't going to happen.

Please do not put a people couldn't speak English well because this is a business specially night shift. I have been calling several times when I was in africa because time zone difference over there, so it was so bad and embarrassing, some ladies on the customer service line unwise, not understandin of customer issue, not picking up the phone riin ginger for long and sleepy talking unprofessional, like hung up the phone while talking, really? This a big business company. I faced a such kind of manner less customer service, I have been bought several times a ticket from really very good and professional agent Mr. Diego but now I am not iterested that much because of this kind of customer service. I spent a lot money just for the calling to USA to who doesn't understandin English it takes time and time again another day because they also hang up the it crazy. I know them namely but ai don't want to put them... but they shold be changed for the sack the business. Now I want to buy a ticket from Mr. Diego and I would like to appreciate for his good and professional customer service. Thank you. Bye.

I called this company on 26Sep22 at 9 AM PST to get my wife's return flight from MNL to SEA through DFW changed. I was told by a Filipino agent that they cannot do anything with the ticket and that (ASAP) will have to reach out to their partner Skylux (another horrible company) to arrange the return itinerary. He promised I will get a call from a certain area code to finalize the rebooking. Well, this darn sure DID NOT happen. Today is Thursday 29Sep22.
They sweet talk the crap out of you, once you pay your ticket this company NO LONGER care, they got you!
I do not recommend this company to anybody unless you want to waste your time.
