I booked a ticket at ASAP Tickets for $1,705.00 for China Air, departure date: July 17,2021. 5 days before the departure date I called China Air to ask about my flight, they told me that my flight has been cancelled due to the extended travel ban in Taipei (Taiwan) the "layover" airport.
I called Mr. Lock the agent who booked my flight but he told me that he wasn't aware of the cancellation. I didn't even receive any calls or emails from ASAP T. Informing me that my flight has been cancelled. I emailed and called ASAP including Mr. Lock asking for a full refund of my ticket. But I never received any response from them. I even file complaints at Better Business Bureau but no response.
I called ASAP several times about the cancelled flight and I was given the "run-around" from one agent to the other. And kept getting calls from ASAP agents asking if I want to re-book my flight. I told them that I don't want to re-book my flight, I want a refund. Two agents by the name of Ariel and Geneva asked me If I want to re-book. And told them that I want a refund. And they said that I would have to fill out a refund form which they would email it to me. And that they will call me back. BUT they never called back. NEVER. Even Mr. Blunt the supposed guy to handle the refund never followed up.
DON"T EVER BOOK your TICKET at ASAP Tickets. If your flight is cancelled they give you they toss you around from one agent to the other. They NEVER follow up on the refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD.

The agent lied that Japan Airlines has no one stop flight going to the Phils. I accepted and paid 2 stop flight and when I found out from other agencies that there was but ASAP refused to change the ticket. They said that they will find out from Travel care I bought from them for $160 and from the airline but never heard from her since. The price from other agencies are $1k lower them and sent screenshots to ASAP. I didn't know that my agent's office is in the Phils so I can't have urgent calls due to time difference. I was passed on to 6 different agents from all over the world who all work from home seeking customer service but they cannot provide any. They said it's only my agent who could assist but nowhere to find. They didn't even provide corporate office or any managers who can help. It was a traumatic experience. They said that entry requirements and documents needed to enter in the Philippines are the customer's responsibilities. So what do I need the travel agency for? Does ASAP conforms with travel agency compliance? They get good reviews because they send survey right after the booking but once you paid the ticket and you had a problem, you're on your own. It's going to be your worst nightmare. I have proof for Mr Alex Weinstein's reference on how his employees operate in writing (via emails). I recommend for all travelers not to use this agency. I even called their office in San Francisco and the gentleman I spoke to hang up on me because I wanted to make an appointment so this issue can be resolved by showing them 23 pages of emails plus emails I sent to my travel agent.

I booked the tickets of Virgin Atlantic with ASAP ticket. I paid $100 the "Ticket Protection" as well since I was recommended by their agent called Kalkin. I was told that I can cancel or make changes for the ticket if I want without charge. Now I want to change the traveling dates and contacted them. Then they now say they cannot change the dates because of the policy of Virgin Atlantic. It is totally different from what I was told. Now they even stopped responding to my email and never calling me for this matter. I called Virgint Atlantic but they said ASAP ticket is not an agent they officially work with so they even cannot help to change the ticket. ASAP TICKET IS SUCH A SCAM! I read good reviews so I booked air ticket 3 times with them. 1st time I felt good but 2nd and 3rd tickets I booked almost same time. Their support for 2nd trip was useless. They only gave me phone number for the flight company to reach them out and the number never worked. Nobody picked up calls for 30min, I called 3 times. And this travel with Virgin Atlantic is the 3rd tickets I booked. I will never book a ticket with ASAP. It is far better to book from airlines website if they keep giving false information and services. I really wish if I could find any place I can complain this officially!
