Worst company ever my agent Middleton lied and deceived me to convince me to buy a ticket and when one of the one of the airports was going to be closed during my flight I was sent an email to reschedule my flight so when I called them they couldn't reschedule me so I was told I would get a full refund on my ticket but not the insurance that I purchased even though my travel agent told me I would because I spoke to him prior to this so he lied about that and multiple other times I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and spoke to many different other agents which kept giving me the runaround the all promise me that a customer service manager or someone would get back to me to help me resolve this still no answer still hasn't received the email from their rescheduling people for my refund please for your benefit stay away from this company their business practice is built on deceit and lies maybe not all the travel agents are bad but so far all the ones I've talked to are they should all be fired because they are setting a poor example and image of this company I am happy for the people that had a good experience but if you keep dealing with these people you will join the ranks of us who has not God forbid something goes wrong with your flight, the insurance is worthless, this company is worthless I will never deal with them again pretty much since they won't resolve the issue I am going to have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back good luck to you safe travels

I booked a flight rtx Boston -Heathrow-Boston. Delay/Virgin airlines. Within a day it was rescheduled to a different day. This was not my choice. One of the pair of tix had to be cancelled for this reason. I rescheduled to a better time for my ticket. Within days I got two separate messages. Each rescheduling my flights to other days. Each to one day later. The arrival would put me arriving the day if my son's wedding -not acceptable and the latter added a day to a trio the rest of my family was finishing on August 21. I contacted the team and emailed to Diana who was serving as my agent. The team member I got wouldn't work with me when I said I had been working with Diana and said she would be on it this morning (Monday). He was actually pretty rude and woukd not share information. Diana has not called or emailed me ans calls to her and the team go into call waiting for a time and then cut off. I have had to book with an alternate airline to assure I make it to my son's wedding. But I cannot get any response from ASAPtickets to assure my money will be refunded. Delta does refund when they reschedule like this. But the travel agency has to process it, Delta/virgin Airways cannot. ASAP seems very nice until something goes wrong and then they are no where to be found. It has been 24 hours of trying to get through to them. Still hoping they will get back to me and rectify this. If they do I will amend this review.
