Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago with ASOS. Yesterday, I got an email saying my order was cancelled without any further explanation. I contacted the customer service via chat and was told I needed to reorder. Absolutely no effort was made by ASOS to rectify the situation and it is still very unclear why my order was cancelled in the first play. I never requested a cancellation. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of assistance I received from the customer representatives. Now some of the clothes I had ordered are out of stock and I still haven't received my money back.
I was guaranteed my items would arrive on August 4th and they arrived today - past the wedding that I was trying to find a dress for. Like all of the other reviews... I contacted customer service and was given the same BS explanation with a 10% discount that expires in one month. First of all, when you lose a long time customers trust it is going to take me over a month to want to shop with you again.
I finally received my order and it was the. Wrong. Freaking. Dress. I emailed again asking for better compensation then a lousy 10%. They said that is the best they can do. They said they will ship another dress if one is available (although online it says it isn't). Super disappointing experience. Work on your customer service and satisfaction and show some loyalty to your customers. I mean, we are the reason you are still in business.

I received the order with 2 wrong sizes of a footwear. I ordered slides size 9 and received size 8; Also I ordered 6.5 size sneakers that I found in women's section and received the same model of sneakers but for men so men's 6.5 size is quite big. I contacted the customer support and they refuse to pay for their mistake, they just said I need to return the items and since I am an international customer they don't offer free return from my location. So it does not make sense to pay shipping cost which is very expensive. The worst service! Just stay away!
If I could put a 0 star I would! There's absolutely no one to contact for customer service. They don't reply to emails or social media messages. I have tried to contact asos multiple times but have yet to receive a response. I have ordered 3 separate orders all over $75.00 to Canada to only be informed by my shipping courier that ASOS company put a COD amount of $33.86 on each order (x3 = $101.58) EXTRA that I'm suppose to pay to ASOS before I'm even able to pick up my parcels at the post office! I will never ever ever buy from this company again and I hope if you're from Canada please don't waste your time or hard earned money on this company!
Do not get fooled by the "Free shipping" mention! That company does not pay for shipping and let you handle it at the Post Office. Well-known as the clerk immediately apologized for the wrong-doing of the company when she saw the package. There are better places to spend your money at.
Obviously laughable customer service on top of that.

Ordered some items to be sent internationally and annoying ASOS does not include all custom charges in their costs. They even decided to split one of my larger orders into two parcels which then incurred two import charges, even though they assured me that one order regardless of how many parcels will incur only one import charge. I contacted ASOS re this and was told to chase customs even though this happened because they decided to put it into two parcels. Regardless, they were the ones that submitted the documentation to customs so in my opinion they should be the ones calling customs and going through that headache.
Another annoyance is that the payment of these fees delayed the shipment. Luckily, I was in country and received the email but this may not be the case for others.
The fact that there are additional hidden fees is not acceptable for such a large company. I frequently shop online with majority of purchases being sent from overseas and have not experienced this before.
It's my first time shopping online, and Asos proved very reliable with delivery codes and emails confirming when the parcel is on the way, it arrived in about a week. One of the jumpers is a bit looser than I thought, given I chose a small. Otherwise I'm quite happy with my purchases and gonna shop here again!
Wanted to return shirt and buy larger size. The larger size jumped $20 in 3 days When I asked to price adjust they just said no, just return item. Totally unconcerned that I won't reorder or even shop their site. And all the while claiming they are having a big Christmas sale. Won't be shopping again at ASOS
Beware when buying from Asos because I recently bought some t-shirts and during delivery, got an email saying that I need to pay over 100$ to have the order cleared from customs. They are not responsible for paying customs and duty, so expect to pay 20-30% more than the checkout price.
But they do have a nice store
Never received item and have been waiting for an email to tell me where my parcel is and how I can get hold of it. Eventually got a response and the told me there's no guarantee of a refund. Very unhappy.
Had a package get "lost" and when I talked to costumer service they didn't email me back for 4 days, and when the package finally got here after 3 weeks even though I paid for 2 day shipping, an item had been stolen from it. I pay for premier delivery which is supposed to be 2 day shipping and my packages never come in on time.

I'd of given this company a minus if I could. Selling fruit of the loom items printing something on it and charging £75... Then went you try to return something they act all stupid and send a replacement of more substandard rubbish and on top of that it will take you 4-6 weeks for the pleasure. All this is after they have told you what you require. Even if you asked for a refund ASOS will tell you that you didn't!

Shipments are supposed to arrive in 4 days when in reality they arrive in 14. The customer service is horrible! There is no number to call you have to "chat" with someone online who sits in India who doesn't help AT ALL. Do not order from this website, especially if you need your items quickly.
I paid for the premium account but could not return order for free. Try to contact customer service but it took 1 per reply and everytime a different person told me to do a different thing. Common was nothing actually worked
I have been shopping with ASOS since I was a teenager around 16-17 and I have always had great service. But they have been up and coming and clearly become more reputable business so the customer service has significantly decreased to a point I am considering boycotting their website.
I ordered from ASOS and both parcels were not delivered on time. One was delivered to a neighbour without my consent and the parcel was open and a £10 pair of sandals were taken. When I went back to complain to asos, this billion pound company, they claim it is a dispute between me and my neighbour. Its just disgusting to think that a company cannot use any discretion whatsoever, they'd rather have a customer ruin their reputation online than actually resolve disputes, its a shame.
Their customer service is the worst. Do not order an item from them. Delivery gets delayed without any notification, and when you reach out to them, they just send an automated reply message. It's very annoying. Also, they can't even track their own customers' orders. They send an email asking customer to review the items when the item hasn't arrived yet because of the dealy. Just don't buy it from them. It was my first time buying an item from their online store, and the experience was horrible. I'm never going to buy again.

I loved asos so much I have convinced all my friends to start ordering from there, but this past Monday when they had 20% off offer I put in different orders for over $1000 and I paid for express shipping which I should have gotten either today or tomorrow at the latest as I usually do. Instead, the parcel hasn't even been shipped yet and i have emailed them twice with no response. I had plans to put in another huge order this coming week but it seems like I will not be doing that anymore. It was a fantastic company, now it's a $#*!ty one.
Do not buy from asos, deliver 2 weeks late, extremely poor quality, wrong size fit, very bad cuts (won't fit a human), colors don't match the pictures…. And customer service never seen less helpful
Overall all experience HORRIBLE!
It's a headache dealing with them!

At the beginning I was skeptical about ordering from here, because I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding issues with shipping, sizes, product quality and more.
I love European clothing styles and considering I am one I wanted to give it a try and ordered $100 worth of clothes.
The sizes I ordered fitted perfectly and the quality was okay for the price paid. I didn't expect it to be any better and was very happy with it. The product was the same as advertised.
The shipping took about 10 days or so. I am very happy with what I ordered and will buy from here again.

I am disgusted with Asos their couriers Hermes (who Asos are responsible for) are repeatedly either throwing my deliveries over my back fence or knocking at my door and not waiting for an answer and when I do answer they have gone and left my parcel in the street unattended. Asos should ensure deliveries are received safely and securely, not treated like a piece of litter! Asos who I've complained to over this have done absolutely nothing, they should be ashamed that a courier company like this is ruining their reputation like this.

I'm an avid e-commerce buyer. I have yet to come across such a difficult process. The quality of the ASOS brand clothing leaves a lot to be desired (even if it does claim you're getting it on sale). I'd ask for one colour, and receive another colour in a different size... What? Then, I have to PAY to return it. I waited for 3 shipments to come in, to realize all items needed to be returned to the tune of $95. That's the cost of the clothes themselves.
Buyer Beware - if you're purchasing an item, be 100% certain you're keeping it. ASOS - you've under-delivered

Ordered two day delivery - it's been two weeks and still nothing. Customer service keeps telling me "72 more hours" to investigate and then just tells me another 72— they refuse to refund me even thought I still haven't received anything! I highly recommend NEVER purchasing from here. Horrible business and even worse customer service agents. Plus no number to reach anyone - genuine thieves.

I ordered 2 items on sale. Shoes were on sale and had a defect on the side of the shoe and the pad that is inside came out. Not a horrible defect but still too expensive to sell defect for 120$ And it's just sale price, so don't buy sell items from them probably all have defect lol
I spend 150$ plus it says no shipping fee included because I ordered enough to get free shipping that's what it says lol
But wait, when I picked it up at the Canada post I paid extra $50. I asked the person why, They told me possibly because items were on sale so they make you feel like you saved money but in reality they didn't pay for shipping so they making you to pay it. I won't risk again! On sale or not definitely they will charge again. Basically shop locally! Also their clothing measurements are off, my T-shirt is size L when I needed size X. But it's ok I like it loose too lol. Basically shop or order locally :)
