Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
They sent me the wrong item and now I have to deal with it... The customer service has been completely useless and they didn't offer my any kind of compensation for the time I spent dealing with this issue. I ordered on Asos to save my time... bad idea. You will have to spend so much time writing to their customer support that you will regret your old good physical stores.
Scam, that's what ASOS is, unfortunately their customer service is bad as. You pay extra to get a package on time cause you need it and then they just say " we apologise, you can't get your package that day, plus we can refund your money" like are you serious? How fake can you be?

I buy quite often from the French version, I like it a lot, quick delivery, very easy to return and free if you pay a yearly fee of 10 euros (worth it if you buy at least a few times a year). Clothes mostly correspond to the picture and the price range (in respect of quality). Website is quite user friendly. I can only speak of my ASOS experience in France of course.
Horrible experience. My order is delayed and stuck in the warehouse for over a week and now will not be delivered in time for what i needed it for. Customer service rep KRISTEL refused to cancel my order nor communicate the warehouse department. She basically just brushed me off with robotic automated messages over and over. She told me to deal with it with the shipping courier. No accountability and time wasting as i do not have the time to run around in circles to interfere a package or refuse as i am not often home. Super frustrating. I've been a customer for years. I can't believe how complicated it is to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped.

The back of my asos box is not taped, it can be opened easily. 2 out of 3 items are missing (both are makeup). Asos is not responding to my query. What a terrible customer service. Do not trust this company. Especially if you want to order something valuable.
Horrible customer service. I am being held responsible for a package getting lost in transit when that has nothing to do with me. I have contacted this dumb chat several times over the past 2 weeks and not one person has been able to help me. I will never ever shop at asos again. Any other company would refund me the money regardless after 12 days of me returning the items with the return label in my package. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I can't believe how horrible customer service is for such a large company. I even asked to speak to manager and the chat was just ended. I can't believe how bad I was treated as a customer.
They have caused me nothing but headaches and waste of time.
I placed my order Sep 10, it's Dec 2 and I did not receive my order nor the refund. There is no place to contact them really but an unhelpful chat that's just a waste of time. Terrible terrible experience.

I ordered a dress for my birthday in September and paid extra for it to be shipped earlier. Not only it wasn't shipped on the latest date of the initial arrival date ( not the express one) but it arrived a month later. I wasn't able to pick it up and once I followed up two days after, they were unable to help me. and to date which is December, I have not received even my refund back.
Worst service ever, there is no way to contact them but an unhelpful chat that takes forever.
I've made made and order, paid for next day delivery only not to receive it 3 days after the delivery date. Contacted ASOS, only to be told to wait until February 3rd. Not good business practice and no sense of urgency once they've already taken your funds. I will shop with fashion nova from now on where I've had ZERO issues.

I have bought items before and every time the amount of duties is appalling. As well the items most of the time. Do NOT look like photos. Thank goodness I only pay through PayPal, so I was able to get my money back because they don't like giving it back. Because of the duties as well as the false advertising of the actual items I no longer will purchase. Why pay $30 for an item $40 for shipping and then another $30 for a return. The item itself is only worth $10. Got it? Good. So run from here.

I have placed several orders and all have been accurate and timely. A few of the pieces went back as the sizes were way off (I was shopping in clearance and I am older than the avg customer). My refunds were quickly processed and I was returning clearance items! I have had things go "unavailable" while in my cart but not a big deal to me. I am very happy with ASOS. I have the ap and will continue to shop there.
My daughter she shops from ASOS on line shopping, theirs service is excellent, quick place an order and very easy and fast delivery options, always delivered on time and free return service which comes very helpful when you need to return quick, their prices are best and excellent quality, you have choices to choose good brands outfits on best price. Definitely recommend to all,
I am a regular ASOS shopper and have been for years now. They stock a great selection and provide free deliveries and returns. The only problem I have ever had is that deliveries do not always arrive on time but customer support are always quick to respond to and solve any problem or queries.
Nice website and huge selection, always great find on sale, but be ware of the size chart it is not correct these are European size and they are not converted well so you'll need to size up, the website can use some update as for the colors and items description that can be a great upgrade, shipping is fast but customer service not the greatest but not bad, they also process return so fast, as long as it free shipping and return there is really nothing more to say, right!?
I looked at the Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirt in pink for a while and when it was on sale I rushed to order it.
The package arrived with the wrong item looking like a T-shirt that had value of max 10 euro, while I paid 68 Euro.
It took them ages to tell me that they haven't got my item and that I can return their T-Shirt to get my refund. They said it may take up to 21 + 3 days to get my money back!
No item that I ordered, no compensation, no replacement and up to 1 month waiting for my money back!
After my complaint they gave me 20% discount on any full price item, at the time where 20% is off as a sale on most items.

Once, my order did not arrive, and I emailed customer service. They answered me within one day, and refunded me on the spot when they realized the package had been lost.

I ordered on 2/5/15 they claimed that my order would make it in 4 business, but it didn't get here until the 21st. That's not even the bad part of it all. The jumpsuit I ordered was a size 00 but they sent me a size 14! How do you even mix those two sizes up. I will be returning this order to get a refund!

I ordered adidas shoes for women and got the size for men after i spoke with rude customer service and explain my case he kept saying his automated message and get disconnected. I ordered a bunch of maternity clothes for the holidays twice.
The first time my clothes came in, they were all too large. I figured I had ordered the wrong sizes. The second time I reordered, and received the same too large sizes (two sizes larger than I had ordered). When they sent me my order, they put in the large sizes, but when I logged onto the site, I could see my original order that was the appropriate sizes. This is a scam. I'm sure they're trying to push the last of certain merchandise in outlier sizes, and are hoping customers don't notice. This is unacceptable and pretty much fraud. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Oh, and try to find a customer service phone number... good luck! I guess if they can't be reached, then there must not be any complaints, right?! Ridiculous!
I arrived home from work 20 days ago to find a Hermes driver had dumped my parcel behind my recycling bin in the morning. When I arrived home around 7pm, NO PARCEL. Can't explain how distressed I was. I checked with my neighbours but nobody had seen anything. I contacted Hermes and they showed me the picture behind my bin and I explained that there is nothing there now. They got back to me 48 hours later and apologised for the slack service. They then told me to contact ASOS. This was a complete nightmare. I would get through on a live chat and it would cut out. Constant problems with communication. Everything is great until you have a problem. I have now come out of work to an email from ASOS basically calling me a criminal closing my account and refusing to give me a refund. All I am guilty of is not being home when the courier tried to deliver my parcel. BUYERS BEWARE! I now have to contact the Citizens Advice Centre. This is the most stressful order I have ever placed in my life.
No actual service, the emails that I received were simply full of predefined sentences that seemed to have no aim at solving the problem I had. Zero results. Would never reconsider buying there again.
I have never ordered from a company like this. They have no contact. I am waiting for refunds and have nowhere to ask some info, don't even know if the items arrived back to them. It is utterly impossible to speak or write to anyone. They have a chat online which keeps you waiting for ages and no one ever answers. Terrible, will never order from them again.

ASOS's products are overpriced and bad quality. They advertise false, misleading and deceptive representation of products. Their customer service deals incompetently and ineffectively with customer concerns.
Zara, and even Forever21, or another retailer beats them by a lot.
This site is an awesome place to buy garments! They offer astounding brands at great costs. Their customer staffs are knowledgeable and friendly too which is a good mark for me! Their costs go from high to low and the coupons help too. Great experience!
I shop from Asos for 7 years now and never had any problem with them. The clothes are of very good quality, the shipping is excellent, the customer service is adequate and I love the free return policy. I hope they keep performing this way.
