Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.

“ASOS Sent me old worn shoes!”

Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.

I made my first order with ASOS buying some UK 9.5 van trainers. Upon receipt, I noticed they had sent me UK 8.5. Their returns procedure actually entails you sending them back and making the purchase again whilst waiting 10 days for your money back (after they've received them). I obliged and sent them back and made the order again for some UK 9.5 and you guessed it, a week later I received my second pair of UK 8.5! Their miserable customer service team did nothing to put this right other than to encourage me to order a 3rd pair. So two trips to the postage office, I await my two £68 refunds.

I was surprised for so many bad reviews. I use them for a couple of years and products always look the same as pictures. Size might be small but now I know that I have to order 1 size up. I am US 8 size but I order US 10 from them and it works fine. Delivery on time and returns work fine. Never had a problem. Just trying to be fair.

We got the dress in time, 2 sizes too big. Send them a chat because there is NO phone number to contact them, they said we ordered that size and no longer have the original size ordered! Sent a chat back with picture of original Order. No response yet. Dress going back and I better get my money back. This company is a fraud and needs to be reported! Never never purchase from here

They told me it would be delivered on date, 5 days later still waiting, they won't assist you or answer a question till it's 30 days after the promised delivery date. Why both giving a delivery date if you don't stand by it?

Despite a lot of negative reviews on it I found this company to be very satisfying the prices are amazing and the products are unlike most things you find in the High Street. I picked up five dresses for the same price as one would be at Harvey Nichols. Delivery was very fast and the most important thing was I felt like I've had a bargain.

Regardless of how great a deal you believe you're getting from asos, stay away.

I read the reviews warning me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I believed I was getting a great deal.

I ordered an item and never received a confirmation email. I waited days and my account was never updated. I made numerous attempts to contact customer service (which is essentially non existent) but still no response.

I cancelled my order and plan on contacting my credit card company to ensure these people don't see a dime from me.

Buying sale items has a hidden "final sale" notice that is barely visible on the VERY last screen when a customer already made all the selections and is inputing the credit card info! How sneaky is that! A customer already is not looking at the items, one is ready to pay! So the site gives 4 screens of normal sale price listing and ONLY on the last screen with the credit card it pops that "final sale" mini font and in mini window that if the customer doesn't scroll for the sale item the customer won't even see it!
There is no return or ANY help on the final sale items from ASOS.
Worst experience.
And the clothes and shoes are a terrible quality, no wonder they were discounted so much!

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for discounted items - they may not be returnable or a VERY poor quality.

Got my new shoes for the new year and almost break my leg. One of the most terrible shoes I ever got. My legs are literally broken. Telling myself "got $#*! stuff from asos? Got what u deserve, almost broken leg" would never buy asos high heels. It's actually my second bad experience with asos shoes, High heels.

I several times ordered different items from asos. I was satisfied with some of my items, sometimes dissatisfied. For me, the main problem is with your shoes. Try to fix it.Until now I bought 4 shoes and 3 of them are not my size. Despite all of them are size 4. Anyway you have very stylish and in good quality clothing.

112 AUD then their chosen carrier adds 82 AUD for taxes that are completely undisclosed... Parcel hasn't even reached destination country so how would you estimate tax on parcel? Just been ripped off majorly

Lairs trolling my email for weeks saying they will honer the original price with discount code to later withdraw once I asked for the link over 10 emails sent by them playing childish mind games. Scumbags.

Do not trust the customer services when they say they are going to do something, do not engage with their childish lying staff

Ordered clothing a month ago and it never arrived. They kept telling me it was coming and it never even left their warehouse. They eventually sent a re-order (which has yet to arrive) and one of the items was out of stock and they offered no compensation.
They have no number to call and no e-mail address, so communication is impossible.

I have made 4 orders with them and ever single one of them has been late... I will not be making that same mistake again.

Tip for consumers:
Great for those who need slim-fitting mens clothing, but don't be in a hurry cause it always takes at least a month or 2 to arrive.

Products used:
I have used their products in the past and they are of good quality (clothing mostly) but the problem is with their shipping and customer care.

Everyone who works at customer service is a complete moron. It's unbelievable. The list of things they messed up on is so long I don't even have time to write it right now. Just stay away! Wouldn't let me choose ZERO stars.

I buy from ASOS very regularly. They dispatch orders really fast, delivery is always quick (1-2 days on standard delivery).
Their social media teams are helpful, and products are high quality.
What more could you ask for (a man that ejaculates chocolate, maybe!)

Sent to my order to a 6 year old address, I called FedEx to update FedEx said they had to be contacted by the shipper I messaged ASOS and was told to go to my old address and wait for the package! Smh are you kidding me! They do not care if you get your order once it has been paid for and shipped. It's crazy and the year 2021 they can't pick up the phone all their shipping provider and correct and address. They said it's a "policy they don't do anything after an item has been shipped". Totally useless! I would give a Zero if I could. Never buying anything from there again. They just lost a long time customer.

I'm surprised at how bad some of these reviews are. I just ordered my first dress from asos and was nervous after reading so many bad reviews, but it arrived today, a week earlier than expected, and in perfect condition. I tried it on and it fits just how the sizing chart said it would. It fits perfectly and is a great material. I can't wait to wear my dress to the dance I'm going to. I highly recommend asos.

Customer service Severely lacking.

Asos automatically placed me on premier shipping, and it wasn't discovered until the next day. At least 12 emails and over a month later I still can't get a resolution.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site as they charge shipping without permission and will not refund you.

Why do you, you know what I can't be bothered the way you have treated my daughter is totally disgusting. You say you are giving her a refund dose that include interest as she hasn't recieved it yet :( let me guess private message you and it will get lost In translation. I'm sorry but I'm not going to let this become a regular feature of your customer relations procedure for much longer according to fb if u dig deep enough loads of customers receiving inadequate service. While some products from ASOS's brand aren't exactly the best quality, I think their customer service makes up for it. I've occasionally purchased women's clothes, hair accessories, and men's shoes over the past 2 years, and generally had a pleasant experience working with them. Returns were free and easy. ASOS has missed refunding my money for returned items, and one time, a hairband arrived broken. But the 2-3 times I reached out through online chat to address these issues, they were very helpful and able to resolve the issue immediately. I do appreciate how they have actual videos of models modeling the clothes, it's really helpful. ASOS-branded clothing quality is decent. Some items do feel a bit thin/fragile, but the unique and pretty designs compensate for it. I don't usually post reviews on companies, but I've been very happy with their customer service so far and wish to offer my experience to balance out the more negative ones.

This place has THE WORST customer service even while chatting with them in the chat box they take forever to respond. Its literally only one person responding to thousands of people. Its ridiculous. They sent me the wrong size in shoe, mind you I paid expedited shipping, and I live in the US. On the website it said it was a female shoe and arrives saying MALE SHOE?! How does that even happen! And it was super expensive. Obviously they don't know how to run an organized professional company.

I purchased a sweater from this vendor. The material was cheap. It was thin, and you could see through it in places. The material was teased frizzy wool everywhere. I paid $42. With me a new vendor and it's bad it's one strike and you're out. You cannot give a bad review on the ASOS site. It will not let you do it. It wants you to put in a nickname, but if you do that name is always taken, so no matter what you put in it will not take it for a bad review. So if you want to lose your money and don't care about what you're going to get, go ahead and buy it from this vendor. Just remember you were warned. Why do you think it only has 1 1/2 stars.

Asos customer service is very poor compared to most other retailers. They are unable or unwilling to help customers when something goes wrong. I ordered an item that was due to be delivered the next day but have had absolutely no help from asos in getting a refund or replacement although i have made it clear the items did not arrive in time for my trip and i am now out of the country. Absolutely useless. Asos used to be a serious online retailer but competion from the likes of boohoo and shein seems to have really led to their decline. Lesson learned; i wont be buying from them again.

My package got lost in the mail and they gave me the run around for weeks. Still don't have my clothes or a refund of my $225. They ask you to call back at a later date and promise that it'll be resolved then. Then you call, and they give you another further date to call back at. When you ask them what they will do to resolve it at the future date, they say they can't advise you of that. It's such a terrible customer service experience. I wanted to cry out of frustration. I'm hoping the bank allows me to claim this as fraud.

Not to mention, when I did receive packages from them, they frequently included the wrong items, often of lower quality.

I been ordering from asos many years. But something happens i cant login after easter time. I try around 10 days speak to them and customer servise. Not helpful at all. Send computer messages and send me few times in day expired sign in form. Sad this company dont care customers.

Dreadful customer service - mindless customer service team who are not capable of or interested in resolving an issue. My query supposedly refered to a higher level team and it even went downhill from then on. Avoid at all costs
