Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
I've spent hundreds of dollars on ASOS and I will never shop there again. Whether it be their hoodies that seem to lose their quality after the first wash, shoes where the sole literally comes out after a few uses, or jeans and shorts that are a bad material and fit awkwardly... the list goes on. I can only pray that fast fashion sites such as ASOS die at some point in the near future.
If you want cheap, good quality, you MUST check out Uniqlo instead. I don't have a bad thing to say about that brand in terms of quality and affordability.

I've placed 2 orders with them and the first one didn't get shipped in over 2 weeks and the second still hasn't been shipped in over 3 weeks. They're blaming the pandemic for the delays but every other retailer I've ordered from has had no issues with shipping. Avoid this company at all cost.

I would like to share my story!
I ordered 2 dresses in one order to try on for a friend's wedding!
Of course, I tried on both dresses. Only one fit, so I returned the second one.
The dress that didn't fit was immediately sent back the same day I received the order.
ASOS did not accept the return due to some kind of odor that they say is related to its wear.
With such a short time frame, it is obvious that the observed wear or odor could not have been caused by my trying on the dress.
=> In just a few hours. Received on September 1 and sent back on September 1!
Also, the dress has a large label on the outside of the dress that is very visible, and naturally, the dress cannot be worn with it!
This is a forced sale!
My package has not arrived it was shipped 2 weeks ago. Since they do not use tracking they can't even tell me where it is. When you email customer service they tell you to wait another week. What online company ships without tracking?
I have shopped online from multiple different websites and ASOS has by far been the biggest disappointment to deal with.
I ordered a t-shirt on december tenth and get an email saying that it has been sent out a few days after.
It is now January 8th and still no package. They told me that it would arrive before or on the 8th and at first I thought to myself that there is no way it would take over 20 days after my order to arrive, but I was wrong.
They provided no tracking number which makes it impossible to know where the f*** my package is.
Now all I can hope for is to wait another few days to receive the package, or get a refund. The worst part is that they wont even reply to my emails.
As good as their clothes seem, it is not worth the hassle to deal with this company.
Will not shop here again.
I like ASOS. I've been happy with 90% of the things I've gotten here over the last 2 years but it annoys me that I can't see the reviews on items before I purchase them. If I had seen the reviews of this metallic sweater I just bought, I would have already known how TERRIBLY itchy it is AND that it runs about 2 sizes too small. What's the point of reviews if you can't see them before you purchase something?

It’s unacceptable that you can’t see customer reviews of products BEFORE you purchase them to protect you from making bad purchases. After you receive the purchase, only then are the customer reviews open on the product. Not cool.

Absolute Bull$#*!! I've order my clothes and it is now over a week late and they've told me 3 times now to keep waiting and waiting. After 3 times chatting with them I try asking for a refund. They tell me I can't get it and have to wait 2 more days AGAIN. Mind you my tracking again hadn't changed for 5 days this time. I had started an initial investigation, which they did not even go through with, then again without them telling me that they had not even processed the first one. All this to still not get my money back. Great :)
HORRIBLE experience. They sent me the wrong size. I sent the item back and had to pay for shipping + custom duty both ways and NEVER got refunded for ANYTHING. I've been sending them emails explaining my situation and asking for a refund and attaching my receipts. I got a couple of polite replies that they would... consider it. I guess they decided NOT to compensate for the wrong item or my expenses around shipping. Wow, how can a company of this size conduct themselves in this manner and still have customers. Please be aware you might be next. Never again will I buy anything from them and I tell everyone I know. Shame on them. I long for a more honest and accountable world.
My experience has been really disappointing. I was charged high cost for customs whereas it is mentioned on website that orders below $150 cad will be free of custom charges And customer service was unable to help me and kept telling me to contact local customs office and find out why I was charged when they should have directly contacted their courier provider and helped me out. I had Very bad experience and will make that I do not recommend ASOS to anyone and also make them aware of what happened to me.
Ordered a few dresses. Poor quality and none fit. Sent back via UPS label from ASOS. 4 wks no refund. No phone number to call. Chatting with clueless customer service reps wasted 4 hrs with no results!
One star is generous. We live in Canada. By the time we paid the surprise fees at the post-office and the return shipping fee, we were out an additional 42.5% on the actual purchase price. Most of the clothes were far, far too small, even after measuring carefully and using the ASOS online sizing tool. It is impossible to contact customer service. We just gave up, sent the clothes back and chalked it up as a terrible learning experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I've been an obsessively loyal and freeeeequent customer of asos since 2006. Absolutely love their insanely vast selection, easy-to-navigate website layout, and flawless customer service! Nothing but the best! ASOS rocks! :D
In Asos You can find a lot of good products but No COD option. I have Bought some Tracksuits was told delivery would arrive in less than 3 weeks., My parcel wasn't delivered after waiting more than a month., Actually am from India and I work in Oman I have tried in both address but they didn't delivered yet.

I honestly have no idea why there are so many negative reviews... I have now ordered a total of three times, and never was I disappointed. Items arrived on time, actually last time I got them a day earlier, and they are exactly what I ordered and expected. Sizing is fine, they run true to size: all in all I ordered three pair of shoes, two jackets, a pair of trousers, a body suit and a dress - everything looks and feels, material-wise, as pictured. Nothing was damaged or missing. Quality is comparable to H&M. Will order from them again.
I bought a pair of shoes and sent them back right away because they were poor quality! That was exactly two months ago and I still haven't received my money back. When I contacted them they confirmed the shoes are back in their unit, but they can't send me the money back because of a technical issue! Are you serious? What the hell! That is not my problem. I did my part and delivered the shoes, no you should send me back the money! I already have been in contact with them two times and every time I have to approach them! They don't even have the guts to write and apologize for their own faults! Unbelievable! Is the worst! Horrible experience and after reading other reviews I realize I'm not the only one! First they sent me the wrong dress, then they claim they didn't receive it back and wouldn't refund me cause I don't have a proof of return, I dropped it off in a ups box. I ordered the dress again as it was for a wedding and received a broken zipper. Then paid for expedited shipping and it still arrived 2 days late. No number to call and speak with someone. Horrible horrible experience and I will not be shopping again!
I never brought nothing from over seas. Why? Is it fake, real, theft, and ect. I brought an outfit and 2 months later I get charged over $200 from the same country. 13 years I've been with this bank and nothing never happen. Suddenly I get robbed from the country I purchased from. Because people!

Sent me the wrong colour. Black instead of blue. Customer insured me that I will be sent a replacement product but instead sent me refund and that too not even in full. Refund had to be done after speaking to multiple CS reps. CS also promised me to send me a 50% coupon again so i can buy the product at the same price of 20$ which i bought for on black friday. 2 out of 3 CS told me that i will be getting my coupon but never did. I have been a long time customer but i think this might be it unless it compensated the way i was promised. The baffling part is that you guys kept denying product is out of product when it was available. And incase you delete this review again, I will save it this time and leave a google review too. I have chats saved from all 3 CS representatives but I won't post it cus their names are on it too.
I have (yes, I must be stupid) three times from ASOS. 1) Size seven shoes = size 10.2) Black shirt = any random black t-shirt they can send. 3) Still waiting on pkg never received... they don't care... they write "friendly" words but don't do anything to help! HORRIBLE BUSINESS... dishonest, too. Oh, BTW, you can't speak to anyone via phone.
They make you pay customs for your orders or the post doesn't release your order and the whole order goes to waste. I cant write the words to express how I feel but please just imagine im calling them the worst possible names for example worthless mothertrucking C+U+N+T+S. Dont buy from here.
I love the variety that Asos provides as far as styles for plus size, maternity, petite, color and patterns. I have confidence that I am going to receive my package timely for the following weekend if purchased early in the week. Also the quality of the fabric is good. My concern is more of the sizes in "club wear" and "sundress wear". You are playing roulette when you order because the clothes are either too big or too small if you order true to size. So I think for club wear and clingy dresses, order a two to three sizes up. For just a casual sun dress order one size up. This is US based sizes. Thr return of the items are free but it takes up to 10 days to process your return and then credit you back then takes additional days. Feels like... the clothes are cute but too much hassle. If I knew it would fit, I would order more often.
Ordered a few items of clothing recently and it took quite a while to receive (definitely longer than how long they said it would take). I am happy with what I bought but the shipping company they use (at least for international shipping) is awful. They asked me to send a copy of my passport and ID which I definitely wasn't comfortable doing and was the first time I was ever asked to do so when online shopping.
Ordered back in march 2020 got a wrong item returned the shoe never got a refund

November 2020 I got a few stuff but then 2 items were missing. Agent messed up my request for replacement and refund. Got a refund on one never got the replacement now I don't have the size
November 2020 yes I ordered multiples times the past month... ordered shoes on a discounted prize mens size. Got a women's size instead. Talked to agent won't even give me the same prize I had before now its back to the regular prize. So messed up
asking for compensation or some sort of discount for all the hassle but they won't. They're basically stealing our money.

Never had any problems. Ordered at least 10 times there and I was always super comfortable with the clothing! Received within 10 days and stuff looks as good as in person. Looking forward to ordering a lot more there.

This is the most terrible service I have ever encountered. Placed an order for $450 worth of items, paid with my card, the next day they canceled the order, blocked the account. For three days, the support service could not say anything except that they transferred the problem to some department and they will soon unblock everything. As a result, they sent a letter that they decided to leave the account blocked without explaining the reasons. They wrote that I can't even return them because all letters from me will be automatically deleted by their system. I repeat, without explaining the reasons! At the same time, 5 days have passed, and the money for the order has not yet returned to my card. Disgusting service!
