Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
I ordered a few dresses, but incorrectly put the wrong expiration date (my fault completely). They sent an email saying the order couldn't be processed. I logged into the account and had to individually put each dress back into the shopping cart. WHY? It's so much easier to update the cc info and re-order. When I got around to re-entering all the dresses a few days later, the promo code that I had originally used had expired. Customer service was completely unhelpful and they seemed to be reading a script. They wouldn't honor the promo code. Really? Now I completely understand all the TERRIBLE reviews about Asos online. I will NEVER order from ASOS again. When there are so many online clothing companies looking to impress their customers, this one says FU. I hope this dissuades at least 1 person from using their site. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration!

The clothes on ASOS are fashion-forward and really fun. The quality is slightly better than Wish. That being said I actually lost money on their return policy. I ordered a large quantity of clothes and returned a few items I didn't like, but because I bought the entire order with a coupon code, they subtracted that entire discount from the few items I returned. They refused to offer me any money back for the clothes I returned, while also refusing to send back the clothes. It was frustrating to say the least.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I had a terrible customer experience both with the product i ordered and the customer service i received.
I ordered a pair of backless white faux leather mules in a US size 8. The shoes i received are labelled a size 8 and are easily three sizes too big. They are absolutely not a standard US size 8. I have worn this size my entire adult life and never experienced this issue.
The ASOS rep i dealt with through the chat was not helpful told me there was nothing he could do. Which means i am now going to have to pay $22.50 in shipping to send back a faulty product that is not at all what was advertised. It is going to cost me, the consumer money to deal with your terrible product.
I emailed the support email and have heard nothing back in over 5 days. I reached out on social and again nothing.

So I am a long term customer of ASOS. They are definitely my go to store but they have lost a loyal customer. I ordered a package of 5 items totaling over $200. I had this sent for 2 day shipping. When my package arrived to me it was already open and was missin 4 of the 5 items I ordered. I immediately contacted ASOS care team. I've emailed them over 5 times in the last 4 days as well as tried reaching them on multiple social media outlets. Nobody has contacted me back even showing concern to my situation. I'm happy my bank reversed the transaction. It's their loss but definitely don't order or even bother with a company that could be so rude and careless to their customers
I used the $70 off $250 promo code and returned one of the items, ASOS received item however I was not refunded a cent! I completely understand that with the promo code of course I would not get a full refund. But not even a cent. What was the point of the return? I feel totally disgusted with them. I have emailed them several times and to only hear back from a different person every time and nothing has been solved. Their emails are just a repeat of each other. Absolute rubbish treatment BEWARE Do not buy from them unless you're certain of the product, ASOS refunds are a SCAM.
They have a great selection of products. However, be aware that if you return anything from your purchase and used a discount, they will adjust the refund amount based on the discount. In other words, make sure you want to keep the whole purchase because your discount... isn't worth anything if you have to return an item.
I was excited to receive jewellery and a cute fluffy purse I purchased from this website. Not only was I charged $15 in additional fees upone picking up the order but I was entirely scammed out of my money. A $40 purse with the inside looking like a Claire's purse and $40 earrings that looked to be made for 0.10 cents. Complete rip off and horrible customer service. The cost to return the purchase isn't even worth it after all the additional fees. Super disappointing and want to let anyone whose curious of the website to NEVER order from them. Try an etsy seller instead this is total garbage.
Package got lost and I had evidence but asos refused to refund me. Didn't reply after they told me they would refund me. Really sucks bc I liked them a lot but I got stuck with a 60 dollar bill for clothing I never got and will never buy from them again. Worst customer service
I am not sure what's up with all the negative reviews because I've had quite the opposite experience. Ordered a bomber jacket for 130$ CAD, was supposed to be delivered on the 28th but actually came 2 days earlier on the 26th. Was able to track the package with no problems. The quality and colours of the product are wonderful, and true to size. Did not get charged at all for duties (I'm from Ontario, CA). Overall great experience and very happy with my purchase.
First, the item was late for 1 week and charged me for custom fee plus i paid for return postal fee but it took 2 months for refund... if i forgot my return they will never care... i will never shop again to Asos!

I ordered from ASOS for the first time and they sent me the completely wrong item. When asking for a refund they want me to put up the cost to ship it back? When all is said and done It would cost me money sending it back. After all of that and the duty fees. Do not waste your time.

If you get an item you did not order you will need to pay to ship it back. In the end it will cost you more to try and get what you wanted in the first place.
On website, Facebook, no were u will be able to find customer service phone number. They will never send u email for confirmation of ur order. No way to truck ur order. I emailed them few time no respond Send a massager message to Facebook. No help again. I love online service but never had this bad of customer service.
I tried to purchase a jacket, and received the same wrong item (a pair of boots) on accident TWICE. They wouldn't refund me without me returning the wrong item, which is understandable, except that I have to spend my time and money getting to the UPS to return it. TWICE. When I reached out to them, I was offered nothing in return, just something about how my feedback will help them get better at their business. Honestly, not worth trying to get the right item.

This is what kind of business ASOS is running. I have ordered REISS boots from ASOS and this is what I have received. Beaten up, ripped, dirty boots covered in dog hair. And as I am highly allergic to dog hair I have developed face rash. Horrible service that endangered my life. And customer service just answered me to send the boots back! I will have to pay more for sending them back than the original price of the boots so they can send them to another victim customer.
Worst online shopping experience. The time I've lost trying to have my money back -_-

I sent a return in December 2021 all in good "return" timing and it's April and i still have not recieved a refund. It is impossible to get in touch with this company. I've tried everything! Customer Care numbers, their online chat etc. I'm waiting for a 110.- Dollars Refund and NO ONE is available to give me information on this. Their is no access to customer care, whether it be on their website, through Tel. Contact, email or facebook, etc. I've now waisted a good 2 hrs plus of my time on this. What a disappointment! I will for sure not be ordering from them again.

I ordered shirts a size bigger for me when I received them I had to pay an extra to get my package after that the shirt were not fitting so I tried contacting them. Worst customers service ever! Now I need to pay AGAIN to sent the stupid shirts to get a refund. Waste of money and time.

I bought a dress and price dropped 30% a few days later. I contaced the online chat asking for the discount to be applied. 3 male staff says no. One suggested I send the dress back and make a new order at the discount price. The seller/ASOS has to pay for the free international shipping from UK to AU. Surely this is not the best way to resolve this?

Worst customer chat help, it is so useless it makes you cry: bought the item on 30th June 2018, it came the next day. I ordered a dress but a pair of jeans came in its place, took photos of the error, sent it back on 4th July 2018, Royal Mail says it has arrived. No refund, wrote to customer service 5 times seperate times, each time asking for me to wait 10-12 business days, which i patiently did. It is now 16th Aug 2018, still no avail. All i ask for is for my £16.50 to be refunded, which is rightfully mine. Escalated to PayPal, no response from seller (ASOS). Still waiting for my money to be returned. I won't be buying from ASOS again unless absolutely necessary. This used to be such a reliable website... but something happened to it and its all up in smoke now.
Ordered a pair of earrings off of this website expecting it to arrive in less than a week. I contacted customer service after tracking my shipment online two days after its due delivery date only to find out that the warehouse hadn't even been notified of the shipment. I was only offered a reorder of the product which would take two weeks to deliver or a refund which would take a week. Complete disappointment as this order was meant to be a birthday present. What a lazy scam.

I spent a lot of money on an order. The DPD tracker shows it was signed over to someone else at a completely different address and name? They didnt follow up with DPD, they didnt follow up with me to update me on anything, I had to keep using that ridiculous and pointless chat service. No help. No response. No items received. No refund. LOST over $300. Idiots.
