Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
My go to online fashion store- and they deliver to Dubai in 3 days. I am so happy with Asos and love their plus size clothing ranges. Great quality and great prices too with excellent delivery service... keep it up!
First time buyer for this shop and got my package in 6 days! The skirt that I bought was a bit longer than I expected but I am 5'2 in height in comparison to the model. Didn't think about it before, nevertheless the style, the quality and the fast shipping really did it for me!
Will see me very soon, Asos! <3
My order never arrived. Every time I contact ASOS customer services they ask that I wait a bit longer for the parcel to arrive before contacting them again. Its been over 5 weeks since my order was placed and I have had no help or recourse
Ordered an overcoat, and got express delivery for $15. From the UK to Canada that's a really good deal I think. It was estimated that it would have taken a week to get here, but instead UPS got it here in Waterloo in less than two days. Extremely satisfied with the product, the fitting was perfect. Unfortunately the duties costed me $76 CAD as the coat itself was $240.
Although I kept more of what I purchased than returned, I was blocked for "too many returns." When I chatted in to see why my account was locked, the customer service rep wouldn't tell me. They had a customer manager reach out and then they wouldn't respond when I asked why. I'm assuming it was the returns because I had a couple on 1 day, but like I said- I kept more of what I ordered. I wish they would have said something before they locked my account out of nowhere. I also paid for the full year of next day delivery and they would not reply to my question if they would keep my card on file to auto bill/how to cancel, or if they could do a partial refund since I was unable to use the full subscription, due to their actions. The quality of clothing is also very hit and miss. Save yourself the headache & go somewhere else. I'd rather pay a little more for better service.
Tip for consumers:
They do have good value for money on some things. It is hit and miss. If you find the sales, it can be a good option; however, they are not very helpful when trying to resolve issues.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this company.
I've traveled to China many times and visited the markets where they sell knock off goods for cheap (bargain prices). The sandals that I purchased from ASOS certainly came straight from China.
They were awful; poor quality, wrong size (I ordered a US 7, for one pair, they sent me a 38, which is a US 8), and looked nothing like the photos. They were the Pull&Bear platform sandals.
The two pairs of sandals were in no way worth the $46 and $68 I paid for them.
I tried on one of each and immediately put them back in their original bags, even left the protection tape on them, and sent them back.
ASOS is refusing to refund one pair ($68) due to "hygiene" issues "determined by the warehouse" and I've been told there is "nothing else that can be done." I also haven't received the shoes back from when I shipped to try to return them.
This company is a fraud; don't waste your time or your money buying from them. Awful.
I have been a customer w/ ASOS for years w/ no issues until today. I purchased a pair of boots for my BF last week. He tried them on, they were too big. We sent them back the next day intact w/ no scuff marks or dents. I was sent an email stating I won't get my refund back because they were damaged. I asked for more explanations because these shoes were brand new and was packaged intact. They sent me this raggedy looking worned boots picture claiming that's what was I sent back; therefore, no refund. I have never seen these boots before in my life. They look nothing like what I sent over to them. I have been a customer for them and vouched for them to my friends. I will never spent a dime w/ ASOS again due to this situation. If you got to buy from them, take a pic or video of the return item for proof because you too will be accused of sending damage items over for refund.

I placed any order using paypal to pay for my order. Well the ASOS website indicated that there was a problem processing the payment. Long story short. There was no order, I was charged anyway three times. There customer service is a joke. The chat only works periodically, the email doesn't work at all, and the person messenger keeps referring you to their email for resolution. I disputed the charges with paypal and reporting them to the fraud unit at my bank. I am so over this experience.
I placed an order on ASOS's website but wondered if it was really possible that they could ship from England to the United States within 2 days for only $12. I did a Google search and after reading reviews on this site I figured my order would probably arrive after 2 or 3 months with the wrong items, sizes, and colors. Worst case scenario I could always cancel my credit card charge.
Well I ordered on Monday night in Seattle... my doorbell just rang this Thursday morning and it was my ASOS order - all sizes, colors, items perfect... WOW. I am stunned.
Please note I did use their sizing charts to help in my ordering.
Overall I am hugely impressed.
I bought a shoe from ASOS and found out on the 10.10 ASOS mark up the shoe by 20% and then gave a promo code of 20%. That's damn unethical! Also the shoe is brown but now that i received the shoe, its look like black color. ASOS sucks! I'm never buying from this $#*! company again!
Awful, awful customer service. I cannot say enough times how poorly they treat their customers. They do not and will not help with anything regarding returns. The company is a mess. They don't keep records of any shipping labels associated with your account so getting your money back on anything is a huge gamble. They also will refuse to speak to you if you don't have proof of drop-off.
I've used ASOS a lot until recently when they sent the wrong product and I wanted an option to return. As an international customer in Canada, they want to charge *me* to return an item they sent that was the wrong item and not the item I ordered.
And, I can probably forget about recouping the duties, taxes, etc. I paid on this item. Thankfully, not an expensive item but if had been, I'd be out a lot of money b/c of their mistake.
Forget about even trying to contact their customer service - it's a robot and it's impossible to find a contact email for returns. The "chat" option is also a robot / algorithm. Don't care how good the deals are, this situation and lack of a human csr has me p-o'ed and I won't return as a customer.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is (seems to be) almost entirely "bots". International customers will pay for return even when the error is made by ASOS. All shipments to some international sites are subject to duty and custom taxes (approx 25%).
I knew when I purchased my wedding dress that I wasn't going to get the highest of quality or most high end product, but I am still very happy with my purchase, and I plan on wearing this dress for my big day. The order went through seamlessly, the shipping cost was low, and it arrived on the date it promised. I am still waiting for the email to review the product. About the reviews: they keep up positive and negative reviews, so they're not falsely representing themselves. I haven't had the need to return an item, so I can't comment on the terms and conditions, which vary by country, and which people have complained about on the website. I was so pleased with my first purchase that I went back and purchased a second option dress. I would recommend this site and these products to anyone, but my only experience has been with their bridal wear. I read all the reviews before making my purchase, and I am still very happy with it.
Tip for consumers:
You're getting something for a very low price, so don't expect top end quality. The dresses I'm sticking with aren't the absolute best quality, but I am still very happy with the options (especially after extensive searching) to find these dresses at this price. Check out the terms and conditions before making your purchase because it varies by country, and you want to keep your options open.

Not worth it. They have discounts, you purchase it, they refund you. You contact customer service, this process lasts a couple of days and does not resolve anything. They will give you a coupon code to purchase with the same price. Guess what? You will be refunded again. It does not happen when you buy without discounts. At the end you spend so much time, it's not worth it at all. Customer service doesn't do anything, they claim there are bugs at app or in website, but they can't do anything.

I've ordered lots of staff from asos.com and I love the service. It has all the possible convenient tools that help to make the right choice. The only thing I can not do is to touch :)) ) Only once the ordered boots appeared to be of unexpectedly low quality :( But that's ok as all the other things are great! Thank you!
I just purchased a dress three weeks ago and it took them almost 2 weeks to ship and deliver it. When I got the dress it smelled like someone had worn it for a while and then returned it. I immediately shipped it back but was only given a partial refund. I contacted customer service through an online chat to tell them about what had happened but was asked if I had taken any pictures. I don't know how you would be able to take pictures of that lol. The person I talked to regarding this was Janine and not only did the process take 24 minutes (she took a long time to respond) but she was also rude. I do most of my shopping online and I have never dealt with customer service this horrible. Do not purchase anything from this store, not only do they cheat their customers but they also don't value them. The clothes are ill-fitted and not very original; you can find most of the same styles elsewhere. Save your money and purchase from a company where you matter.
This is a wonderful company! I have ordered from ASOS multiple times and feel like it's time to give them a great review. They have a wide variety fashion products to choose from and I love the videos showing what the product looks like on a model. The size assistance feature is also a great tool that has helped my shopping experience. They have A+++ customer service and an amazing return policy. My items are always shipped within a timely manner and returns are processed in a timely manner as well. Customer service responses are quick and if there is ever a problem ASOS will do the best they can to assist you. I wish they would go back to including return labels in the packages, but other than that everything has been great! Keep it up ASOS! I will shop with you forever because of your great customer service and great product selections.
This is a great place to find jeans I ordered 5 pairs only one did not suit me, I have read so many bad reviews but I got everything quickly. The only ridiculous thing is when you shop the site it wipes out your cart if it takes longer than 60 minutes I was shopping 38 pages of jeans so the next attempt I timed my cart and it still wiped out everything after 40 minutes I have never seen any site do this They would probably increase their business if they gave you at least 4 hours. And then if a product sells out before you place an order, then it's too bad for them.
I have "Premier Next Day" delivery service. Item never arrived, hasn't even shipped and now its 3 days late. Customer service refuse to give a refund and told me I have to wait until the end of the month. Shocking service. Meanwhile they hold onto my money!
Order number: *******
So I shopped on 11/05/2022. They left it near the bins and attached a photo calling it my secure place even though I know nothing about it. I don't receive the package. I report to Asos who agree that they will refund me. I have been emailing them since and every time a new person responds to the email about a week or two later and says some irrelevant stuff and won't make a refund. They've emailed me a discount code now which I have refused and Kelsey who thinks it's a good idea to tell me to take it. So a five month wait for a refund and insulting discount code. Basically Asos philosophy is: We'll mess you about and then offer you a discount code and force you to shop i within seven days so we can make more money from you. The customer services are a bunch of idiots.
Clearly a thief amongst their staff. A returned parcel of mine went missing despite me sharing proof of postage with ASOS. They refused to refund me and I am out of pocket by nearly £400. Would never ever use them again. I asked for the information in relation to the return and they hid behind emails. The worst experience ever with a retailer. I am now taking legal action against them.
I order from asos every few weeks and I'm totally disgusted returned a shirt and still not been refunded. I have emailed customer services 5 times no reply. Called them and no reply. I have spent a lot off money with this company over the years I think this is absolutely shocking too be treated like this after being such a good customer s
I placed an order on 29/10/2016 for an item and selected next day delivery. The item was not delivered to my home, neither was it left with a neighbour or in a safe place. It was signed for by someone I do not know. I contacted asos immediately on 30/10/2016 and was told they would look into this with the courier. I have contacted asos multiple times since and receive the same generic email stating they are still chasing up things with the courier, even NINE WEEKS LATER.
I was a loyal asos customer who would place orders at least fortnightly and have received appalling and disgraceful customer service. I informed them that I will now be seeking legal advice and received the same generic email, yet again.
Do not order from this company, or you risk paying for an item you will never receive.
I've bought three dresses within the last month, on 3 separate occasions. The only issue I had was one the beading was coming off, I returned it with no issues. I received all three orders within 5 - 7 days of the order date…
Always get a response via email, from a person, when I've contacted them.
Asos sells expired skin care and cosmetic items without telling the consumer first, and then refuses to refund you because it still has a week left before it expires. I bought a foundation a week ago and it was clearly marked it expires in May, and I have one week to use it before it goes bad. ASOS never mentioned in the description or on the website that the items they are selling are near expiration. They just expect the consumer to take the fall for them needing to clear out old inventory.
ASOS brands itself as a "global online fashion and beauty retailer" and sells a variety of women's and men's fashion clothing through its website.
