Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Asos to me is the best online store. Their products are superb, their delivery time is fast, coupled with free shipping. They also package their stuffs very well and neat. You can't help but love and buy from Asos.

My wife saw some clothes and I ordered. They claimed that it shipped per fedex. Fedex never delivered! They still have my money and we never received the order. They stated that I need to wait for FedEx response. If they're late delivering, I'm sure they'll be late responding.

I always order from Asos and have nothing negative to say. Everything i order is always correct and the delivery service and timeframe is fantastic! Only 1 time my order arrived late even though i paid for quick delivery but I had no problems speaking with someone and a refund was issued immediately. I'll always use them. Thanks Asos for never disappointing me, and sorry to those who have had bad experiences. Brisbane, Australia.
Purchased a jacket for Christmas gift. Literally 2 hours later it was 40% off. Contacted customer care and was told they could not do a price adjustment and I would have to buy the jacket again and then return the original one. That's exactly what I did and they somehow only refunded me the discounted rate, not the original price. Chatted (because they don't have a phone number to call) with customer care and they pretty much told me oh well and then stopped responding to my chats. Needless to say I will be returning everything and never purchasing from them again
I bought a pair of Nike shoes and they sent me a fake pair! I returned, asked for the refund, but they never answered back! There is not way to contact them, no email, no phone number, just a chat that NEVER works! Terrible online store!

I ordered from Asos earlier this month. It was my first purchase. I read a few reviews about them. I was hesitate, but ended up ordering anyway. The skirt I ordered was gorgeous! Even better than pictures. Great quality and price. It shipped to me in less than a week. Skirt was small, and I had to return. I was refunded the entire amount after a week or so. And this is what I call the perfect shopping experience! I'll definitely be back to order.
Customer service is suck. Pay for my order. Still have not received it after 6 months. They already took the money from my bank account. No number to call up. Tried to email them, chat with them through their website chat room. They asked my bank statement for prove, I sent it, they closed the chat, and did not come back with me at all.
I ordered several dresses from ASOS because someone recommended it, and one was nice but the other 4 look like material was cut and just slabbed together... it was literally material like felt or tablecloth. It was horrible and completely hideous. Not to mention the duties that came with the costs. These reasonable priced dresses ended up costing a ton and are not even wearable!
I bought a dress for homecoming from asos, I didn't mind spending the $60 as it is for a school dance and I can dress it down for everyday use. However, upon receiving the dress I see it is NOT worth the high price because of the extreme low quality. My dress came in two pieces, a plain cotton underlay (probably could get at forever 21 for $4) and the lace overlay, except it's not really lace it's super thin cheap fabric that has the same design as the lace. It looks completely awful and it's too late to find another dress; extremely extremely dissatisfied
Asos used to be my go to site for so many different things. Been a loyal customer for going on 10 years and everything was always great, but after the last order Ill be seriously reconsidering especially after the complete fudge from customer service with excuses.
I ordered something, paid, then got the dispatch email the night before and then the delivery details on the morning of the delivery to only then getting a refund email for one of the items as it was out of stock!? How can an item thats been picked and ordered be out of stock?
As i picked my delivery date to be the weekend instead of next day (tuesday) i seriously believe that they just picked it for someone else who ordered after me and left me high and dry to try and find something else for an xmas present for my girlfriend after all of the same items elsewhere are now out of stock because I wasnt notified in time!
You don't get no free shipping. There's a hefty fee for a third party delivery company that is charged on each package! 30 bucks per package!
Also you have to go to the post office, wherever that is to you, and pay them with cash because it's a company requirement.
Worst online shopping site ever.
I ordered one pencil skirt and they ended up shipping me men's size 7 sneakers. Typically not a big deal, but I paid for expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain date and also had to pay the customs charges for these sneakers which together was like $50. All I expected was to get a refund for my order and store credit for the rest since it was their mistake. Instead they give me a long detailed message how it was my fault I didn't look into customs charges before ordering and ignored my request for a refund and shipped it again! They have not acknowledged their error in the slightest and continue to make it my fault. Myself or anyone I know will never shop here again.
Clothes quality ios good but...I made a return... I sent the products, but after 6 months still I haven't received any money into my account, I contacted them via email- they blocked me, via vitual assistant it just gives me general info.
Order a dress from asos, with express delivery to arrive on monday 23 october, still had not arrived on wednesday night 25 october - live chat with them and they advised it was not going to arrive until 1 November - 8 days after original delivery date.

I made an order of over £300 pounds on asos and paid for next day delivery. 7 days later I have not received my order and their service provider said they tried to deliver twice but when I asked for proof they did not provide. I live on a 24 HOUR concierge serviced building so I dont ever have a problem with deliveries but this is the second time asos fail to deliver and order I made.
I asked for refund and they know I havent received my parcel but still wont give me a refund. If you dont want a headache dont order from them.
Of course they say it's been delivered yet they can not offer a tracking number! Every thing that is mailed can be tracked through a number so why not with them?. They talk in circles and you can not call a customer service line. Of course by the time you demand a replacement your item is no longer available. Like so many other online sites similar to them buyer beware. They are not a reputable company to spend your money with.
I've had so many issues with orders and customer service. Twice I've received clothing that was previously worn/returned, one was also the wrong size and the other was COVERED in deodorant (ew). Customer service clearly just skims over messages. Last time I contacted them with an order issue, I specifically said "I DO NOT want to cancel my order" and explained that the order contained now out-of-stock merch. I got an auto-reply stating "sorry it is too late to cancel your order"... and nothing helpful. Takes days to hear back from support. Delivery is ALWAYS past the delivery "on or before" date. Anything ASOS brand is basically a toss-up in terms of quality. Only worth it if you buy during a major sale. I'd never pay full price. They also sell clothing from some really crappy/shady other brands (Like PrettyLittleThing and Missguided).
I ordered trousers and one of the trousers was too long and too wide. After shipping the product back in perfect conditions (all labels and even the plastic bag in which it was wrapped), ASOS informed me that the product arrived but 'used and in unacceptable condition'. This company clearly abuses customers rights to make profit and I highly discourage anyone to shop with them.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I waited two weeks for my delivery to arrive, I was told if it didn't arrive by a certain date to get in contact with them and they would take action. I contacted them after the agreed date had passed to be told I'd been passed on to a "specialist team" who would contact me within 24 hours... 30 minutes later I received a notification fro Paypal saying my order had been cancelled and I'd been issued a refund... I didn't want or ask for a refund! I wanted my order! They think they are so big that they can get away with service like this. They don't even have a complaints process so I was left feeling totally dissatisfied.
Currently my Christmas presents have been in the air for 13 days and ASOS has zero customer service or support to find out where they actually are. Shocking service from this once good company, use with extreme caution.

I placed an order and not even half of the products arrived. Of course, I didn't get the most expensive products (makeup from Charlotte Tilbury). I then spoke on their website chat with an assistant and they confirmed that they would send me others. The next day I received an email that they closed my account because I did not accept the terms and conditions. I sent a message on the chat again because they don't talk on e-mail so they don't have any kind of evidence. On the asos live chat, the conversations disappear after they end, so only they can see them. They told me to contact my bank to return the money. Over a month and a few days have passed and they do not accept my request for a refund saying that I actually received the products. Initially, as I said, I didn't even want the refund, I just wanted my products. I didn't think you could play your customers so badly.
Missing item, part of 2 piece set, sweater with a hole in it, poor quality. They are deceptive, lied about delivery time and tried to tell me I ordered one piece not 2. Really? I ordered the 2 piece sweater dress and not a jumper / sweater. I cannot trust them. Done shopping here.
I received the wrong item, which I reported to the ASOS customer service via their site. So far I have sent 4 messages, but have received no response. It's been 3 weeks and there is no way to get in touch with them to find out what I can do to get my money back or to get the right item. Complete radio silence. Will not order here again. If something goes wrong there is no support and no way to get things rectified.
