Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.

“ASOS Sent me old worn shoes!”

Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.

I made a purchase and had to change it and re purchase the same items over again this left money in my account being held 14 days past the purchase for the same order twice and was not able to gain access to the funds at all until the 14 ASOS did nothing to assist me in resolving this issue. I will not ever make another purchase from them it was over a 250.00 purchase so having my find tied up unavailable to me for 14 was beyond an inconvenience. Moving forward in the future I'll purchase from a company with better customer service that will work with me to resolve any such issues in the future

I wouldn’t purchase with them again I don’t feel the company values the consumers

If you're looking to get things delivered within a particular timeframe, this isn't the site for it. It clearly said 2 day delivery for metro when ordered before noon, when buying on the site. It's shown up 5 days later - 3 days after I needed it for an event. Support team would not organize return/refund. No real apologies either.
Terrible.

I cancelled an order a few hours after placing it. My card is still charged and now suddenly "Part 1" is being shipped? Nothing tells me what's in this "part one" either. And no information on what/when will be shipped in the next part. Don't order from them, they are not trustworthy.

You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong. They shipped my order and UPS lost it and here we are 2 months later and I have gotten neither a package or a refund. Its become a my part-time job constantly contacting them trying to get something other than their canned responses. If everything goes smoothly for you, by all means, keep shopping there. Just know that if anything goes wrong they don't have their stuff together so they can't help you.

DON'T BUY FROM ASOS: If possible 0 stars. I have never received my parcel, they stole $145 dollars and the delivery tracking is a fake. They have the right address but they actually never came to my place. The tracking says: delivered but it's not. It says "signed by...( nobody, of course).
I am reading now ( too late) awful reviews about those guys everywhere. They just delete the bad posts on Facebook but they can delete the comments under their promotions.
You are the worst, really! I liked the products and the website but the delivery is important too so change your Australian Courier because they definitely take the parcels. Shame! I want my money back and I am not going to stop here.

I recently decided to order a few dresses from Asos as they have a large selection of maternity items. It was my first time ordering from the site and it will definitely be my last. My delivery date was delayed 24 hours, which happens. The next day, I got home from work only to see that my package had still not arrived. After contacting customer service (which is very inefficient, as the only means of communication is through chat) I was told the delivery was yet again extended to an entire week. No email notifications, nothing. I had to follow up on everything myself. Their tracking system is also very vague as it does not show the city or state in which your package is currently
In. Never again will I make the mistake of ordering from Asos.

I'm from Barbados and not a lot of countries ship here unless I ship it to a US mailing address or maybe use a courier. However with Asos, the shipping time is reasonable (2 weeks), there is no shipping charge, the quality is above average given that I buy the cheapest things that are on sale on the website. In order to get your size correct you may have to go through trial and error until you know what size fits you best. But all n all I gave the site 4 stars for its reliability, affordability on certain clothing and the selection is quite vast.

They offer international shipping and do nothing to support it.

Over a month past my "estimated delivery date" and everytime I get in touch they ask me to confirm my shipping address and check with my neighbors. 4 times now.
That doesn't resolve my issue.

They have no tracking number, but somehow are able to see that the package is with the local post service, so I should consult them.

Makes no sense.

They don't care about customer service, this company just wants dissatisfied customers to give up and go away.

I ordered a simple electronic gift voucher for my son's birthday. It was never received. Asos never contacted me at all in any way to let me know they ran into a supposed problem with PayPal. I contacted them three different times using their online chat and nobody could find an answer as to why my son never received his gift. Be wary of this company!

Stay away from asos. Very poor customer service.

Worst service I've ever had. Will never use ASOS ever again.
Delivery is 5 days late - been chasing every day with no response- they can't chase or speak to hermes who by the way are the worst logistics provider ever! Incompetent staff follow a script only. Happy to not deliver on the promise they make to clients but need to follow procedures when it suits the business and they let their customers down. Its happened multiple times and I gave them another chase but never again!

Fast delivery with decent clothes. Australia has a warehouse in Chippendale also.

However, the asos branded clothes I've bought have been cheap-ish material... very thin and such but oh well. Cheap price, cheap material, cute design.

I think I have probably made a total of 3 orders over the past couple years with this website. Each time I have sent everything right back to ASOS due to the item looking much cheaper in person than online. I keep forgetting why I stopped shopping at this site. Their shoes are about 1-2 full sizes bigger than they should be and they rarely sell half sizes. Many of their clothing choices are overpriced. Their customer service is mater of fact and not helpful to individual situations. It's not worth the hassle. I hope I get a full refund back for my items... I hate this site... Never again.

Me too like Asos, never had any problems with deliveries etc. recently i had to return some stuff, i was a bit sceptical looking at the another reviews, but refund had been made in no time. So is all good. Thanks ASOS.

Ordered from this site and delivery stated by a certain date which was the 4 day shipping option. Today is said delivery date and the tracking information has changed to another week out. The chat took so long to load because I was in queue that I have up. I do not recommend this company. Just wish they allowed all these horrible reviews on their website.

Always had a trouble with customers service and delivery. No hope that stuff that you ordered will be delivered soon. And when you try to write them about your problems they just answer NOTHING. I've never seen something terrible like this service

ASOS onsistently ships incorrect items and never follows up or corrects the issues. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach and they are completely unhelpful when you finally do reach them. Shipping times are wildly inconsistent.

I tried THREE times to order something and it got cancelled every time, with no explanation. I was told to try ordering using a different device, change profile details... etc, to no use! The customer service chat is farcical. The chat kept ending because the person I chatted to took too long, or suddenly they were replaced by someone new - mid-chat. Eventually I got hold of someone who was able to see that the items I tried to order were in fact not in stock! For God's sake - don't waste time on this company. Buy your clothes elsewhere!

I've ordered and returned many things from asos. They have free shipping (both ways- they provide you with a return sticker for the package). You cannot exchange things, so they ask you to simply return the item and re-order the new size or color you'd like. Usually I'd dislike that feature of their return process, but they refund your money SO FAST. I just returned a romper that didn't work out last week and within 5 working days they had accepted and processed my return and funded my money. Like it's already in my checking account. Great company, great prices and insanely cute stuff. The Asos brand they offer on their site is really great too.

I ordered a maternity dress and top for my first night away with my husband since our daughter was born 16 months ago. The order arrived 2 days later than expected (too late for our date). I was still excited to receive the package but turns out they sent me the wrong dress and the shirt was in the wrong size! Customer service has offered nothing except to "get back to me" within 10 days? I'm returning them today, but from reading other reviews I'm worried I won't be getting my money back anytime soon.

I used to buy from them 2-3 years ago. Packages arrived quickly - within 5 days. Nowadays the parcels arrive in 14 days or they don't arrived at all... The prices for well known brands are expensive in the season, you can find bargains within the sales. Products sold under their own brand are of very low quality. I am not a fan...

I've done four separate orders from Asos online. I usually order 10-15 items, expecting to send back about half. They have always arrived promptly and my refunds have always been processed quickly. This gives me the confidence to order in two sizes to find the item right for me as sizes can differ between different types of clothing

I returned 2 out of 4 items in March and since then I havent received money. They confirmed they got the products and they accepted the return but then they sent me like 50 emails saying that they have a delay. It has been 10 months. No human person has contacted me or tried to explain this frod, I got replies only from bots. Please never buy at asos, as they just cheat customers

Ordered 2 dresses but only got refund for one. No answers on my emails regarding this. Now I see that many people have similar complaints. Apparently Asos has a lot of problems but it seems that instead of solving it they just make it our problem.

Used to love asos. Not anymore. For about a year now I have received horrific customer service. They have ignored emails for months about refunds they haven't given, leaving me out of pocket with no goods to show for it. When they do respond to emails, they never address the issues raised in your original email, but deliberately play dumb in the hopes you'll give up after a while and decide it's not worth it. I hate this company now and when I finally receive my refund of almost £100, which I have been waiting for for a very long time, I will be deleting my account and never shopping there again.

Customer service is non existent.They charge you for shipping and returns, I was charged over half of what my order was in duties? No response from customer service at all regarding garbage quality of a $250 dress. So very disappointed and I will absolutely not be ordering from here again. Don't waste your money!
