Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
There is no customer service for this company. I purchased an online gift card and accidentally misspelled the recipients last name. After no less than 10 attempts through email and Facebook I have had no response and there is no contact number. Be aware you will lose money if you have any issues with your order! I will never purchase from here again!

They took the money from my account instantly but have not responded to my plea for help on how to correct the misspelled email I typed in. The recipient has no way to access it and I am out my money. This is fraud!!!!

I never write reviews but they sold me 3 items that were out of stock & instead of informing me they sent me random items and you have to hunt them down for your money back if you ever return an item even when it's been delivered for over a month. Customer service sucks and they constantly leave out parts of orders which is hard to prove to them I have them countless chances but I'm done
This place is horrible. Don't even consider buying. The customer service makes everything your fault and basically takes no fault. If the package doesn't arrive it's your responsibility to inquire with the company that shipped. You never get your money back. If you return something and they "don't receive it", without proof of postage (whatever that is), which they only tell you you will need after the fact, you don't get your money back. They take forever to respond and play dumb when they do. Waste of money on bad quality product.
The item description clearly states TWO pieces and is pictured with TWO pieces. When received only piece came. Emailed but received no response. Went on live chat and finally got in touch with someone who stated that I was confused and it was only one piece. Buyer beware!
Asos came through. When the package arrived Dec 21 without the dress and shoes only, I was so disappointed! I emailed the customer service rep right away. Then my dress arrived the next day. They must have realized their own mistake and sent the package FedEx. It cost them more to do that, but I got it by Christmas. Yay!
If i had the choice with no star, will choose it! Severe lack of customer service, no mail and no phone to call! And online chat they dont do anything. I've been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks now, (Severe lack of customer service when there have been multiple issues with multiple orders. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money shopping here. I agree with the numerous other posts citing the absolute lack of customer service exercised by this company. I received an email stating that my return would be refunded to my account and then they proceeded to provide me with a credit instead. When I inquired about it they simply stated that was an automated message and I should not have taken it seriously. I replied that the message was an error on their part and they should honor was they said. They flat out refused and eventually ended the conversation on me! (It was an online chat since they don't have a phone number listed... how convenient.) This company lacks any and all sense of accountability and if it's going to survive (ie. Not lose all of its customers) it really needs to revamp how it approaches customer service situations. Oh, and stay true to what they say! An absolute disgrace.
Not only did it take two weeks to get my item, I was sent the wrong item and refunded much less than I paid for it! So basically I had to pay for their mistake and have no recourse! I will never buy from them again!
I'd say I've returned around half of the things Ive ordered and loved the other half. Sometimes due to fitting or quality, but returns, especially in HK are so easy. Just reseal the bag it came in and drop it off at 711 no questions asked... both this site and Zalora
Tracking number that are useless, no follow up by email... contacted technical support 3 times and they gave me wrong informations like my order is delivered by poste canada. When I called poste canada, they told me they never had that parcel... I'm never ordering there again it's a big fraud.
This online company is terrible. I placed two orders within a couple of days of each other. Paid for premiere next day shipping. They did not come the next day. The one package was missing an item. Two pairs of mens large socks that I ordered were womens socks in a smaller size. I returned most items from the two orders. They only refunded me for one return, also ignored the fact that there was an item missing from one order - and most importantly, you can only contact someone via chat, no phone numbers. Everything about the company is set up to make it so difficult to get your money back that most people would probably give up and sacrifice the money. I managed to get most of mine back, except for the shipping they would not refund. Terrible experience!
They sent me the wrong item and wouldn't issue a return, moreover were super nasty with me when speaking to a representative (Nishant) who only repeated that they will not issue a refund or send me the correct item as it was company policy. I ended up paying $80 dollars for shoes i can't even wear. Never ordering from this site again.

My dress fit perfectly... pls take your measurements... I did and it worked out great. Also my dress arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Kudos for that... It was only an additional $6 to track. Dress was made of durable material... craftsmanship was awesome. Will be shopping there again and recommend it to my plus size divas.
Awful every other order has an issue and their premium delivery can take 7 days which isn't premium, Aman on customer service is useless and their chat function shows they really don't care about their customers
I've ordered from Asos before and did not have an issue, but I am not pleased with my recent/current experience with them. I placed an order earlier in the month for an upcoming wedding. Asos sent me an email with an expected date of delivery. The date came and went. I contacted Asos to inquire about my order. I was told that someone would get back to me within 48 hours, but it has been 3-4 days and I haven't heard nothing. Still waiting. I want the dresses, so I will try contacting them again, but this is terrible customer service. Someone should have definitely gotten in contact with me by now. This is probably the last time I deal with Asos.
Im surprised to see some bad reviews. I always have good experience with this service. Great prices, awesome choice of products, and on-time delivery. I havent faced a problem with delivery and returns, so I dont have experience with the customer support people are complaining about. So far, Asos is my first choice for an apparel store.
I recently bought a few items from them, expecting decent quality for the price. They do have some unique and/or hard to find items, however way overpriced. One of the items were small gold cartilage earrings, that in a week turned black. As much as I dislike forever21, they basically have the same junk.
Steer clear of this company. They are horrendous to deal with. My order was so late I cancelled it. I received a part refund but they kept the postage fee for something I have never received! I am now trying to contact someone to explain what is going on but my emails remain unanswered.

I ordered from them and cancelled my order right after due to a incorrect size I ordered by accident. They took 100.00 out of my account in April, 2013 and it is November now and I still haven't gotten my money back. After countless emails of sending them the cancellation email and my scanned bank statements they are ignoring my emails weekly. I am going to open up a investigation to get my money back with my bank. Stay far away from them. There customer service is horrible and everytime your speaking to a new person. Don't order from them please.
They does not delivers the goods that they sells. No tracking numbers, wrong items, no actions and the customer service is extremely bad. Uses 'template' answers to reply to complains. Refunds processing extremely difficult. Buy anything from them and you will regret doing so.
I bought my wedding dress on ASOS and I don't regret. It looks gorgeous on me and needs just a little shaping. Quality is not perfect but I'll wear it only once so it's ok. I saved a lot of money by doing this.

So I bought a dress for an event allowing for sometime for the package to come in. It will officially take over 30 days to get here when buying it stated 20 days... I thought it was a bit much but thought, well maybe they just want to be safe. Nope! It will take longer and they won't refund until you get it back and even so, they do within 21 days. Just don't even... they suck and the customer service also sucks... plenty of other options with less hassle.
If I could them a 0/5 stars I would. They tried to make me pay 90$ Duty fees at the post office for stuff I already paid 200$+ on so I told them to send it back. Nowhere in the process of ordering does it tell you this and in fact it told me "free" shipping. Horrible customer service, I couldn't even call anyone as they don't have a number only live chat. They did nothing for me except tell me I've got to pay it or send it back.

I ordered little less than $80 and paid $30 custom. This is ridiculous since they didn't mention this before the purchase and the person who was working at the post office said that they are doing this on purpose to make us pay the custom. I emailed them about this and they said their team is looking into it and never heard back from them for days. I had to contact them again and all they say is we are still looking into it. Funny thing is when I emailed them second time, I forgot to include my personal info including my order number, they didn't even confirm who I am and said they are looking to solve my problem. I also ordered three items and got only two. What a huge disappointment. People don't shop here if you want to loose your money and time. It is big, well-known company, but they are just bunch of thieves who are pretending to help you when something goes not right.
Absolutely love this site, if your male and want style at a fair price but at the same time want something different not the norm then this site is for you actually and her, they have what everyone else has, just different. And as i said at a fair price, I've not once had a bad experience, very nice bunch of people. Always a positive experience, tones of savings, shipping is fast ish. 6 stars for you lot.
