Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
I bought asics gel exalt 4 from them. They took ages to deliver a wristband instead. After complaining +++ for for weeks they responded by saying sorry the shipping co made a mistake and they were going to refund me 32% only. They said it was not their fault but the shipping company's. In short they are thieves don't ever deal with them
Good for anyone who has had great and memorable experiences with asos; for me its been a nightmare! I'm still waiting to know the status of my delivery :( after 54 days. Now they insist on sending replacement if reported missing; to be honest I want a full refund.
I'm frustrated and exhausted! I have stopped sending emails to the "care" team... not useful, almost automated and all I get are repeated responses.

You will be hit by customs charges approximately 40% of the cost of the item. Don't do it! Better places to shop and won't need to pay insane amounts upon delivery. Shipping times are absolutely horrendous. I have been a customer for over 7 years and these insane charges And receipt delays are only getting worse.
Don't trust the two day shipping...
Also, if there is a discount on your order, and you return just one item from the order, instead of a pro rated refund amount, they take the entire order's discount off that one item, which means they get merchandise back in stock but you only get pennies back as a refund.
You can never speak to a real person about customer service issues.

Their customer service team is extremely frustrating. There was no description of a cropped men's polo. I bought it for my 6' model and the model wearing it is 6'2". The polo is cropped out of proportion it looks like a joke. Description is misleading and images are false advertising. They refuse to assist me with returning and insist I pay $25 on return when the product is $40. Makes no sense. Incredibly frustrating.

Just look elsewhere. There are better sites, with better quality, and a more trustworthy team working behind it. ASOS really takes your money and looks the other way.

I was a regular user of ASOS but will never be using them again after they failed to deliver my order and won't redeliver the items or give me a refund.
It has taken them 5 weeks to tell me this, and their reasoning is because the delivery guy gave my parcel to a random person who signed for it, so they class it as a successful delivery'. Their customer service is truly shocking, robotic AI messages. Shop elsewhere!
Horrible/no actual customer service. Paid for expedited shipping (2 days), but didn't receive item for a week. Was scolded by their online customer service and then accused of lying and told I was dumb. Will not shop here again. They treat you like you're less than human and offer no assistance. Greedy and money hungry. They don't care about the customer, they care about making a buck. No business from me any longer. They don't tell you that you must have a printer to return items.

Ordered a Hugo Boss shirt and was sent a jacket from their own ASOS label. Colour was the same but it was my impression, from a lack of a receipt sent with the package, they were aware this was not what I ordered and were hoping I'd be satisfied with the substituted item sent. I'm not. I then spent 15 minutes on their customer service chat and was told I'm responsible for the cost of returning the garment but they'd refund that cost once the refund was processed. I'm going to assume the refunding of the 27 dollars it's costing me to return their error is going to become an issue as well. When I enquired if the item I had ordered was still available it of course was not. To the gentlemen who handled my enquiry for returns, thanks, you were extremely polite and professional and I'm sorry you work for this company.

I kept an inexpensive t-shirt I ordered but the more expensive item I ordered was substituted with a cheap house label.
It's a bad company. They sell the clothing at low-mid price. The quality is as good as walmart. If you live in Canada Qc you will be charged for each package you received even if they said free shipping. I got a 31$ fee from DHL for one shirt worth 36$ and another 14$+tx from Canada Post for something worth 64$. Basically cost me 150$ instead of 100$. Totally not worth it. Plus the company customers service is $#*!.

"Click & Collect" is NOT free, even though their website says so. I had packages delivered to the UPS store and was charged $5.00 per package as a collection/holding fee. Initially ASOS said they would manually refund for these charges, and then when I sent them the receipts they said they were actually not responsible for this. Rep was very dismissive. This is completely ridiculous considering they advertise this as a free option on their shipping page. Will not continue shopping with a company that can't even get this right.
Asos cancelled my order and blocked my account after making ONE purchase due to suspicious activity. I know they recently made changes regarding returns but this was the first time I ordered. Now they will not give me any explanation as to why saying it will be looked into. Meanwhile I can't even order from their site. Probably for the best. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used to love ASOS - it was my go to online store. Now it's just a waste of time. You never actually know if you're going to receive your items or not. You're just told to basically "wait and see". There's no tracking links or information as to whether your order has even been sent half the time. And you can't even speak to a human being anymore. Never again will I order from them. It's just no use especially if you need something for an event. Looks like I'll be left without an outfit. Again.
After waiting for 2 month for my order with their slow replies and unsure replies they said they will send a new parcel telling me it will cost more due to customs then i was following up 10 days later they replied after boxing week saying they ran out of the staff i bought and they refunded me and money will be there in 5-10 days without my consent or anything This is very disappointing and disrespectful of them and they didn't care about their customer satisfaction nor there was any compensation for the time wasted

I placed an order. They lost the item and kept on saying all different things. After weeks, they told me the order was cancelled. They sent me a complimentary code which does not work. This company was very good before. Now it sucks. The management should train their representatives to provide better customer service. It has become a junk full of liars. They cheated me... still they are not able to resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Have ordered twice from their US site and overseas shipping was faster than some domestic companies. Returns were easy, and the clothes were as pictured. I'm still getting the hang of the sizing,, which seems a little all over the place. As far as service, I emailed Customer Service about my refund, and they were responsive, if not the warmest. Not sure why all the horrible reviews--it makes me nervous to order again.

I placed an order more than a month ago and aid for expedited delivery. Not only I did not receive it but they say they did the delivery in a very weird address that does not even exist however, with the "wrong delivery" information they were able to process my credit card. Ordered a pair of shoes for christmas last year as a present for my partner (ordered them at the beginning of november with express post which gave plenty of time for them to arrive). It is now february and i have still not yet received them. I have been in contact with ASOS numerous times over the past few months and i just keep being given to so many different people. Also the old excuse we will get back to you, yeah another 3-4 weeks later and i finally get an email due to me chasing them down. Paypal has given me my money back, since then i have contacted ASOS to get the same shoes at the same price as they were on sale at the time. Least they could do would be to match the price for their stuff up and consistent lack of customer service. Oh yeah, that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing! Absolute disgusting customer service! I bought a maternity dress on here for a wedding, was very hesitant with all the negative reviews, however the dress was actually gorgeous and great quality! It arrived a few days earlier than the estimated arrival and I had no additional shipping fees (I live in Fl, USA). Sizing while your pregnant is a bit difficult, I ordered a 4, (which is my usual size pre-pregnancy) but it was a bit tight on the top. To be fair, I'm also bigger than usual being pregnant so not really the companies fault lol. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Asos is terrible their products often look nothing like the pictures suggest. Their customer service is even worst. When they no longer care to help you with your problem they stop answering your emails. When you return the products you can spend up to a month without receiving an answer or a refund. They partially refunded my returned goods and I have since been trying to get them to refund the rest but they keep replying my emails with automated ones. They products may seem good but it becomes a struggle once you need answers. They are extremely disorganized.
I've been a customer of ASOS for many years, and loved getting different things to wear. I would have been a loyal customer for many years to come, but sadly they're going downhill fast, and I won't be using them again. Deliveries either don't come next day as you've paid for, or go to random addresses! Customer services, when they eventually reply to queries or complaints just pay lip service and send out pre written responses. I'm fed up with being inconvenienced, emailing them to no avail, and even when I told them id never use them again, I was given instructions on how to return a parcel (huh? I've been returning parcels for years!) and presented with a bye then email. I would have hoped they'd try to retain customers, but they just don't care, so I leave them frustrated, annoyed and disappointed. My advice - just don't bother with them - your parcels will arrive late or not at all, and don't expect customer services to treat you like a valued customer when you complain.

Ordered some trainers for my niece & had my order confirmed. A couple of days later I was told it was running late but I would have it soon. Then a few more days after that they emailed to say my order wasn't in stock & have refunded me! It's incredibly unprofessional, it's left me livid! Just the standard automated sorry nonsense! It's not good enough, I will be sure to highlight this farce on every review site possible & on every social media platform!
