Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
First off shipping took 3 weeks! I received my box all destroyed & the clothes look beyond cheap, I definitely did not get what I paid for. Basically take this as advice if you don't want to get jacked. This site sucks, this will be my 1st & LAST time ever ordering off asos.
I placed an order back in January it's mid March still have not received. When try to contact them just end up in a chat that is endless as you give all details they ask for and keep being mysteriously chat disconnected!… I just want the product or money back and in and endless loophole to get either…horrible got taken for my money stay away!

ASOS' customer service is a disappointment. I have yet to receive my order (purchased in the beginning of April). After no tracking updates at all, no clear answers when I requested updates (was told to look into it myself) and then no product received on my end, I was told it should have been delivered and asked for proof I haven't received my order. I work for a company where customer satisfaction is of utmost importance so to be treated like this. Speaks volumes of what ASOS stands for!
The worst shopping experience I have ever had. I waited for more than a month and I did not receive my order. The customer service kept giving unacceptable excuses and asked me to wait. They didn't give back the money or any compensation. I will not recommend this website to any family member or friend. It's like stealing money from customers. Totally unprofessional
SCAMMERS! ASOS have blocked my account without issuing my refund and tell me there is nothing they can do because the account is blocked! What a way to scam money from people! Avoid at all costs. ASOS provide poor quality, faulty clothes and then block your account without letting you have your say. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they were so quick to block me for no real reason! Terrible customer service! Stay away! They're thieves!
A total disaster. I purchased a "raincoat" that was worse than wearing nothing, followed their return/refund procedures precisely, saw that the refund tracked as "in transit" for 2 1/2 weeks, contacted them and they claimed that the product had apparently been "lost" and they would turn the problem over to their resolution specialists. $80 down the drain.
The product was good and just like the picture but I got hit with extra fees. I was very happy to see that ASOS covers duty for purchases under 150$ but instead I got hit with another fee called COD remittance. I've got no clue what it is but I payed $14.59 for it on my 90$ purchase but had a 15% discount so 76.5$. The 15% off for new buyers pretty much covered my COD remittance fee but definitely watch out if you are buying! Oh and they used Canada post for my order.

There are a number of clothing sites like this for discounted women's merchandise that are basically scams. If the prices for the apparent value look too good to be true, they are! Size and quality are random, lots of deliveries never make it, there's no standard return policy, and no real customer service. Let the buyer beware!
I ordered several (3) pairs of jeans that they advertised as in-stock on the website. They arrived much later than the email notification specified, and then when they did come, two were the wrong style, but correct brand, and the third was not even the right brand. I sent them back and was told that one of the 3 was actually not in stock, and they would send the correct style for the other two. They then sent the EXACT SAME incorrect jeans a second time. I've now alerted them to this fact, and it's been more than two weeks and they still cannot even tell me if "the warehouse" has the correct jeans that they are still advertising as in stock (the ones that I've paid for). They will respond to online chat and Twitter DM's, but everyone says the same thing: we're waiting to hear back from the warehouse. No action, not helpful. There is zero excuse for a company this size having such poor inventory management and customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Was locked out of my account after forgetting password and resetting it. Customer service haven't a clue, don't read emails don't collaborate with each other and even ask you to respond to emails they have sent, but have no return allowed on them. Utter disgrace. There are plenty of sites out there to buy from and I will in future.
Read all the negative reviews. It's all true. You will not be able to reach anyone. No phone numbers, no e-mail address and chat will just take you to an automated response. There is no customer care because this website is a scam. I placed an order last month and it's almost a month now and I have not received the items I paid for. They'll send you a bogus tracking number to make you think that they are in the process of shipping it. These are scum bags. Stay away.

This mob of crooks have a great set up. First they send me the wrong Nike shoes then they cant replace them with what I payed for (out of stock). So I asked how about this other pair for the same price you already have my $$$, but no I have to send the wrong shoes back at my cost and then maybe get a refund in 2 months. Read there returns set up its got so many loopholes for them to squirm out of paying refunds or posting costs you cover to return wrong items. Online service is just all scripted answers so save yourself that pain. It was there mistake but you have to try & hope to fix, they will not work with you to solve your issue. Like I said I was willing to take another item at the same price, remembering they have my money and they say nothing we can do just send wrong item back and we will go from there. So you have 2 choices take your chances on more cost for a return/refund or just keep the wrong item and set fire to it on New Years. Cheers

Wow, I cannot tell how disappointed I am in ASOS. Absolutely fine until you need something. I explained I'd been bedridden for weeks being unwell, so by the time my returned items arrived at the warehouse, they were a little delayed. Despite speaking with someone and explaining, they have absolutely refused to consider this on a case by case basis and have refused my refund entirely. Pretty disgraceful when someone is physically unable to get up to return the package. The items are not damaged at all and are still on sale on the website, so this is pure financial greed and nothing more. AVOID.

This company lures you in with a first time purchase discount only to cancel your order the next day and block your account. No explanation given! No customer service to contact! No way to get back to them because the website has issues. Just pure awful experience! Don't recommend it!
I really wanted to give them a 5/5 but I don't understand why shipping takes so long. It took over a month to receive my order which only had 2 items. I was honestly very disappointed. If you want express shipping then you have to pay an additional $30! Which is wayyy too expensive in my opinion. I hope this is something they can fix cause I do love their clothes.
Despite the shipping, the clothes I purchased look amazing and just like the photos. The quality is also A+ and I'm very happy with the way everything looks. The Find My Size option on their website is really helpful when deciding on what jeans size I need and the jeans fit amazing.

I got most of my clothes and presents as they do some nice gifts - I have the next day delivery subscription which is ideal. Prices are good and there always seems to be a sale.
I just wish they did children's clothes as I could shop here too for those.
I didn't receive my item after 2 months of trying to contact them and they responded only once saying to check at my post office/neighbor etc. Then they just cut me off and stop responding completely... they won't either refund or re-ship the item. So basically stole my money... beware!
So call 4 days ship. My *ss. Asos so call claimed my order shipped 10/24/16. Umm hello its 11/8/16 now --- still nothing. No contact #. Only chat from un-useful. Asos chat person claims i have to call ups & pay a custom fee because my order is Stuck at customs. 4 different chats & each time i get a different story. The last person told me she will contact ups & email me. Yeah right. Lets see what happens tomorrow
I have bought multiple items from asos, even before the free shipping to Canada (totally love that), have always liked the products, on point fashion, decent quality very occasionally have I not liked how something looked. Never returned anything or dealt with their customer service. The one silly thing is they send items for free shipping without tracking which is annoying but I have mostly received the items within the expected delivery time
I strongly believe that at least half of all extremely negative reviews are not real and are placed by competition sites. In a world with full of Chinese one time use garbage products ASOS keeps the quality and patterns so high. I shop there over ten years - NEVER had a torn or stained item delivered, this is an utter lie, all items are delivered as they should, in a good time frame. The variety is amazing especially the dresses. You can return the item easily through your post office - they have already a sticker for your envelope and also a page that you can notify on what was wrong with it. After sending it back you simply wait the credit amount in your credit card. I never missed my money from ASOS. The site is amazingly friendly with a catwalk option so you can see the garment in move - how many sites have that? I will continue shopping in ASOS and I highly recommend it!
Ordered 2 items. One that i wanted the most, the other just for free shipment.
Few days after- I get an email that the main item is out of stock.
So they add extra shipment fee + send the extra item to me in full price.
After contacting customer service all i got is "this is our policy, no returns and no cancellation".
They can't tell if they have item in stock or not, they know it only after you pay.
Asos isn't worth your time... not professional and bad customer service.

Asos is an absolutely terrible company with the worst customer service ever. I had to pay an additional $65 dollars on my $165 order to pick up my package from the post office. Customer service was not willing to help at all. Order at your own peril!
They say some stuff about giving a 15% discount to cover sales taxes, this is clearly not sufficient.
Horrible customer service. Paid for 2 day shipping and 6 days later do not have the order. No personal replies to emails and no way to contact them. Pathetic! Do not buy from this company, you will make a mistake! ZERO STARS
I'be ordered a Versace Sweater and received a damaged parcel without the sweater in it. The horrible customer service of asos suspended my account after the claim and don't want to give me my refund!

Do not order from this place, I was looking for a dress for an event and found one that I loved at ASOS. I knew my event was coming up so I made sure to select a delivery date that would give me decent amount of time. Well, my delivery date came and went, when I DM'd ASOS to inquire, they said that my parcel had no tracking number. So let me get this straight... you sent a $200.00 parcel from UK to Canada and didn't think you should use a shipping method with a tracking number?! I was told by them that I'd have to wait till May 5th before they will do anything about it... that's 2.5 weeks from the delivery date that I had selected.
Also, May 5th will be after my event. No one seemed to care. No one offered to express a new one to me with tracking number, nothing. Pretty much, tough luck hopefully it gets to you on time. They got the money. Now it's not their issue.
Seriously, $200.00 down, no dress and gonna have to rush to find something new to wear. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
