Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
I order 7 dresses, received only two out of the 7 but was charged for the full address. The 2 dresses received were of very poor quality; I return the 2 dresses received back. I tried to contact customer service for the missing 5 items, I did not receive a reply from customer service to my emails, and no refund was provided. I will recommend staying away from this site.

Asos sent items that were the wrong fit. The item comes in a little plastic packaging bag which can't be used to send an item back. The return form online is useless because they do not privide any other option other than paying to have it sent back at FedEx or UPS. Not shopping on asos again.
I'm Canadian, therefore duties are a fact of life. $41 in duties on $150 is a slap in the bank account. It's unconscionable. It's a don't buy. So don't buy from these guys. It's a learning experience and I have. You should too.

How I wished I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this horrible site. It was my first time ordering from them and they sent my stuff to the wrong address! Never bothered to notify me, yet sending me advertisement all day on my email. When I contacted them, they were rude, non apologetic and told me I would need to reorder and pay for express shipping to get my items by the date of my event. As if I would ever order from them again!
Ordered a pair of shoes, size 9 -- They gave me US 7.5 Okay, mistakes happen, so I ask for a replacement pair which they sent a week later... And were ALSO the incorrect shoe size (again).
Their rep mohammed tried to call me out and say that I got what I paid for -- claiming that the shoes I ordered were actually US 9 and that I should have read the sizing guide.
I had to show him a photo of the actual shoe label saying that they were US 7.5, and their rep mohammed seemed upset about being corrected and now I will get a full refund and have to waste my time sending these shoes back to them.
I have read reviews that they "never received the returned shoes" even when the post office confirms they received the package. I'll update this post if I get my money back -- if not, don't be a sucker like me.
We ordered shoes for a Halloween costume, paid expedited shipping and they sent the wrong size! I was able to chat with a "customer service" person named Mendijoy but they refused to fix the problem even though it was their fault. They said I had to send the shoes back and do a regular refund. They also couldn't guarantee I would get the correct sized pair in time. Total BS! Please do yourself a favor and do not bother with ASOS pay a little extra and buy something worth your time!

Unhelpful, incompetent customer service. Don't have the ability to file a basic lost package claim. I sent out 4 returns via UPS (3 Amazon, 1 ASOS). UPS managed to lose all 4 of them. When I reached out to Amazon about it, they could instantly look it up in their internal system as lost packages and refunded my money in under 15 minutes. ASOS, on the other hand, did not have any information, could not look anything up and dumped all the responsibility on me to find a solution and file a claim. Despite being told (many times) that UPS themselves told me that ASOS would be the one filing the claim. Customer service was rude and patronizing. Never coming back here again. While I am not the biggest fan of Amazon, as a customer, i can say without a doubt, Amazon is going to crush you as a business in the long term.
Before ordering the coat, I specifically checked whether I could return it to the store if it won't fit. It said "free delivery and returns". When I received it, it turned out to be too small and of poor quality, for which I paid $89. As I wanted to return, it says it is not possible because it was a final sale. But they just fooled me. Moreover, now it costs less and I can't even return the difference of price. There is no communication for customers except chat, which does not help. Don't buy anything from them.

Коли я її отримала вона виявилась замалою і поганої якості за що я заплатила $89. Як я захотіла повернути, пише не можливо бо це був final sale. Але вони просто мене надурили. Тим паче зараз вона коштує дешевше і я не можу навіть повернути різницю. Немає ніякого зв'язку для клієнтів крім чату який нічим не допомагає.

Will never buy anything from this company if this is how they treat people who pay good money for something they have never received.
Returned my order with the label provided in the bag. The package lost - and its been 20 days! Contacted them - and they dont have a generated labels confirmation and they dont track them. I should've take a picture of the label - that what they said. And closed chat with me. WHAT? Worst customer service! Not sure if I even gonna get my money back... left with no clothes and no money! Dont buy from them!
Worst experience ever
When making an order I have applied a promo code of 17% discount, some items didn't fit so I shipped them back. ASOS received the items but then deducted the amount of the discount applied to the full order from the single items! So not only did I pay for the shipping, Asos got back the items and I received only 10-20 % of thir price that didn't even cover the shipping! Unfair! Will never recommend to anyone!
I've been shopping with ASOS for 7 years now and they never disappoint! I've only ever had 1 issue recently where my package was lost by the FedEx driver but that wasn't ASOS fault. ASOS then sent me a whole new package express shipping. They respond fast and delivery is always on time. I shop here because they provide good quality in clothes & also their service. I will always be a loyal shopper.
I used to religiously buy from ASOS whenever payday arrives but their store has really gone downhill. The products are marked up really high (for the outsider brands) compared to boutique prices. It's always a hit and miss for me for the clothes because some of the products do not reflect the images online. I've gotten my orders mixed up twice with them but thank god for free returns. Also sometimes, they gave me the wrong tracking number and I have to call my local post office to get the right tracking number. All in all, I wouldn't shop with them again. Their customer service, free shipping and returns are okay but it doesn't make up for the overly inflated prices and all the hassle.
Sends item to wrong address then says 'tough' reorder if you want. Nothing they can do to sort their issue. Then says item won't be delivered for another week and won't send 1st class as the delivery date is stated on the 2nd order, ignoring the fact the package should already be with me.

I've made an order that has the wrong address on it, I found it 2 hours later when the order was made.
I immediately contact their customer service and Mark the person who represents ASOS as customer service told me nothing he can do at all, I just have to deal with it.
I explained my situation to him that the address is in another city and it's impossible for me to fly there and find my parcel, and Mark refused to provide any help.
So it pretty much means that I can only lose my order and my money, too bad!

Awful experience with ASOS! I have placed an order on Jan 12 that meant to be delivered on Jan 20. The tracking was not showing any details and I've contacted the ASOS support twice - on Jan 20 and Jan 21. Both times I was told everything should be ok and I need to wait.
Today (Jan 24) I've checked myself with the delivery service and they've told me they indeed haven't even received my package! So ASOS didn't even check the status even though I've contacted them twice! Now after this awful experience they not even willing to provide any help despite making such a mistake on their side. They won't even agree to re-send the package with express delivery even though it was clearly the problem on their side and I should've received my package 5 days ago. Outrageous!
Ordered my items on 10/21, was told it would be 14 business days because I live in Canada. Its been a full month (24 business days) and still have not been delivered. Poorest customer service, have refused to resend my order or refund my money. Ridiculous.
Very poor service quality... I'm talking all day about a delayed delivery! They have lied to me about 3 times that my order will be delivered to me by end of 08/02, make me remained all day at home... not giving me the chance for a plan B... they insisted that have to wait till 00:01 in order to claim that my ordered is delayed... and now they informed me that i have to wait till 19/02... they do not care at all for customers...
My packages havent been recieved and everytime i email them they keep telling me to go check the postal office? Why did i put an address if its not going to be sent to my house? Also, when i went to the postal office they said that they havent recieved anything.
This is definitely the last time i ever order from ASOS. Ps if ur from the middle east dont even think about ordering from them because that's what will happen.
Worst customer service and worst online web
I've had about 10 purchases there at different times and every time my items are true to the picture, on time and have had good feedback from them. Would definitely recommend it although some of it is a little pricy. The website and app are both very efficient and quick. I love ASOS
All good from my end - the only cons is that it wasn't too clear for me that the sizes are UK. So I ordered a size 8 but out of 3 pieces, I had to return just one (too small).
The return was pretty easy - download the free parcel from their website, sent back and in a week time (if I remember well) I had the money refunded in my bank account.

They claim free returns but Canada is not on the list of the countries (btw. Neither is US?
There is no customer service (only an address you can send a physical letter to - what is this 1950s?)

My favourite clothing shop. Everything comes to me and looks like the picture, also, I am located not in Europe. Once i recieved a huge dress and then sent it back(but I had to pay for mail, now sending back from my country is free) I like the fact that there are different brands, I got a Moschino bag, for example. Sorry for my English, have a nice shopping :)
I didn't read all the negative reviews until AFTER I placed my order so I was pleasantly surprised when the three items arrived promptly. The items were of decent quality for the price. However, they were all too small. I had to return them and promptly received a refund. I will most likely order again, just a size up from my regular size.
