Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
ASOS are absolutely shocking. After sending my order to a wrong address in a wrong country TWICE! They now tell me the delivery left the order behind the recycling bin and so I should check there. I live in the Netherlands so a little hard for me to check. Customer service staff keep copying and pasting the same message to me and are refusing to refund. I am honestly appalled by this out of this world terrible service. No refund for over a month now. No comprehensive responses from the team other than me asking to continue waiting
I ordered my product about a week ago, and it said it shipped. Instead it said it was supposed to be here friday (its now tuesday) and the tracking is non existent. The tracking just sends me to a page that just says "You're package will be with you soon" Thats it. Thats all it says. I've been waiting for this package for a while and nothing.
I ordered a dress which ended up being too large but I really liked the dress. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but still maintain my original discount (had gotten 15% off discount). I tried to reach out to customer service but there is no phone number so I had the option to reach out via Facebook or email. The email account didn't work so I tried Facebook. I never got a response on Facebook and instead got an automated email about 1 day later directing me back to the website. There was never an opportunity to speak to anyone to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE customer service if you cannot even speak to or contact a representative.
I ordered my first dress from asos. It was for a wedding. It was a long see through maroon halter dress with an awesome flow when I walked. I had it tailored because the top was a bit loose and it was long. I also had slits on both sides and it was so pretty! I got it for only 30 bucks! When I got the dress it was EXACTLY how the model wore it. I had so many compliments on it
I have been told that my item would arrive august 5. It was way later. I had to pay additional fees to pick it up from the post office. Not only that I have to pay to return it too because the size recommended was way off. I also am disappointed that it looks nothing like the image on the website. It looks like cheap fabric. I am never ordering from here again! Shein is more of a loyal place to shop.
Tip for consumers:
Save yourself the trouble. You want to pay an arm and leg for something that may or may not arrive on time and on top of that the sizing may be off? Not to mention the extra hidden fees upon picking it up from the nearest post office which they never mentioned that they would.

Dress
The dresses here are a little more spendy than what I am accustomed to, so i knew i was taking somewhat of a risk. When i got the dresses, they fit me perfectly, the material is nice, the look flattering. I haven't been this happy with a clothing order in a long time. It was money well spent. I will definitely be shopping here again.
I purchased a pair of jeans for $48.50 from their website. When I received them, they were way too tight, so I wanted to return them. I found out that the return policy forced me to pay $22 to Canada Post for the return. Basically, I'm now paying $22 for a product that I am now returning, and when I talked to their customer service, they told me they can't do anything about it. Well you lost a customer and gained another bad review. Not a very smart return policy for a company that only sells online.
Idk why this site get so many bad reviews but I decided to take the gamble and bought 2 shirts and a pair of boots. The shirts are great quality and I love the way they fit. I got my order without any hassle. Guess I'm lucky lol I will order again!
I bought some shoes from that site and i paid everything they were asking for and then the shoes came in and had to pay an extra $40 for shipping and handling etc and a bunch of other random trash but they shouldve just charged me upfront. Never buying from there again
I do not like the fact that they are now using Royal Mail to deliver orders.
I have shopped with ASOS for over 7 years a few hiccups along the way, but customer services have always sorted out any problems that arose quickly and my goods were always delivered by My Hermes, now Royal Mail has been awarded to deliver for them. When I placed my recent order I was unaware of this fact! My ASOS parcel was due for delivery today... oh it came but I was unable to answer the doorbell in 16 seconds... so off it went again. I am not prepared to travel on a 16 mile round trip to my local sorting office and Royal Mail advise me that they are unable to redeliver the next day so I have to wait 3 days for goods that I have paid for. And I am not prepared to do this waiting around business. So the goods can go back to ASOS and I will not place anymore orders through them until they go back to using a local courier.
Worst Customer Service ever! I have tried to reach out to customer service on many occasions. They have never helped me and always try to find reasons to blame the customer. Today I chatted with GLADYS. She kept trying to blame me for why she couldn't help. This is not the first occasion this has happened either. I am done shopping with ASOS. Never again. Senior management needs to look into the practices of the customer service department and how they treat clients. Unacceptable!
I lived in Uk about 10 years ago and was a regular asos customer, their stuff was good and returns and refunds were smooth. Imagine my excitement knowing I can order from ASOS from Canada where I now live. I knew I would be charged some fees as I have ordered internationally to Canada before, imagine my surprise when I called canada post and was told I will have to pay 64 cad on goods worth about 160cad. I'm so upset. I don't even have the zeal to go get the package from canada post. Asos should have made this known how high the fees are on their website. They just have a generic info about fees and even when I calculated the fees, I didn't think I would pay anything more than 30 cad. Also to return is about 23 cad, so no use returning. So in the end, if I don't like the items, I would have wasted almost 250 cad. Once I get my items, I will be closing my account with asos. Not with ordering from here if you live in canada.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from asos from canada.. exorbitant fees!
I just ordered 5 clothings from asos. 4 of them are asos brand and one of them is Adidas. The total was 132 cad. I read through the reviews and I came across a lot of negative reviews. I'm not sure if it's true. I got 2 questions though, do I have to pay duty fees and taxes? And is the quality good? Someone please help me.
I saw a pair of Adidas that I really wanted--not available through the US website, but found on other sites--ASOS had them substantially lower--about $40 less. Never heard of the company, took a chance. Got them brand new within a week--I definitely recommend them!

Horrible experience with ASOS. Ordered the space Hippies 04 and received the Blazer Mid tops instead, a week later then promised. Free shipping cost me $16 CAD to even receive the package and $22 CAD more to return the wrong shoes.
Technical support couldn't be reached for hours in the '5 min cue'.
Its projected to be received by ASOS in over a month. Who knowns how long till they send me to proper shoe... maybe by next Christmas and i'm sure i will have to incur more shipping costs.
Hello.
Today Asos made a racist change against Morocco.
They changed the delivery fees.
If you want to get free standard delivery you need to spend £200.
Before you needs only to spends 20£ to get free shipping.
While all arabs and world countries needs only to spend 20£ to receive your parcel for free.
And why standard delivery fees was 3£ and now became £20?
Why this racism against Morocco?
Check pictures below to see the fees difference between morocco and other countries in africa.
Asos uses a service called APG to ship to Israel.
They decided themselves what are the taxes I should pay before the item has arrived the country of destination. After speaking with the local customs, i was informed that this is illegal, as I should get and invoice explaining what i'm paying for, and this could only be done once the item has arrived by the local customs.
A total scam. They are trying to charge an amount disguised by "taxes".
I ordered a dress and paid the extra fee for quicker delivery to wear to an event, they not only sent me a random dress i never ordered but when i confronted them about it they said they are going to send me the correct order, come next week still nothing, i contacted them again and spoke to Evelyn who was rude and just told me my order is stuck in the warehouse and did not want to discuss it any further and closed the chat on me (this is unacceptable especially when someone has spent their hard earned money and you cannot even provide them a timeline or if they will even get their order) till this day still no dress and no refund... this company is becoming to be more and more of a fraud, if you want to risk your money then order from this disgusting company, they need to be held liable for lying to their customers and the fraud they have become!
Well thought I would come on here and share my experience of Asos, I have only purchased once, and unfortunately they sent me one item in the wrong size, but the customer service was fantastic and I was able to return the items (as unfortuantely I didn't like the second dress!) and all was well. I will buy from again. They do have some lovely things and great pictures.
The app will tell you that your order has been shipped while your items still remains with them.
Customer service lie to buyer's repeatedly sending them on a goose chase to go look for an undelivered parcel at the PO.
If you're interested in buying from Asos residing outside Europe or Living in North America don't even bother because you'll never get your order. Might as well want your refund because nothing is ever going to be delivered to you, I'm SAfcn
Tip for consumers:
If you wanna buy at Asos now just know that even when you die you never going to get your order!

Website has really beautiful dresses and most are great quality. Sometimes some are not the best quality. Returns are so easy! That is an extremely great feature. Free returns! Each package comes with a return label and you just put the things you don't want back in the bag and it has a resealing tab. Then place label and send back. Super awesome. I mostly get dresses and skirts from them.
I ordered a dress using their size chart and even got confirmation from their team to use that size chart as a guide. Based on that I ordered the wrong size- it was way OFF( it was soo bug) I ordered a smaller size which fit. When I went to return the other dress, it almost cost the price of the dress so the Free return shipping is misleading. I emailed customer service and and I had to send another email to get a response. In the end they didn't nothing for me. I will never order from the site again. It's to much of a hassle and the sizes are messed up. I guess when you can't find a phone number on the site- that should be a red flag!
I used the sizing chart to order two pairs of shorts. They arrived and were so huge! When I wrote ASOS they said the sizing chart wasn't really the ultimate guide, but that it says somewhere on the website to order your usual size. How is that helpful? I ended up paying just as much in shipping duties and return fees as the items cost and they refused to do anything about it.
I ordered 4 products online at a reasonable cost, and the the process was uncomplicated. However, the post office didn't bother to deliver my package to the destination. I contacted AusPost and Asos and they were very supportive. Then I had to go there and pick it up, one week after the estimated delivery date.
When I received the package everything was fine. The products looked great like in the picture, and fit me perfectly.
I made a mistake re sizing of shoes, UK versus Aussi etc. Upon sending several emails to ASOS, they responded promptly, and the problem was ironed out.! My mistake: P
The shoes I ordered were of great quality, and I would order again from them...
Cheers :)
