Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Ive already spent about 3 hours trying to get this website to work! Im still not sure I placed an order. I fought with the site to create an account. And this super buggy site had me delete tabs on my iOS I had been holding for my work for months! I hate this company!
No phone number to call and take days to reply to emails. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a pair of men's shoes $150 and received the wrong size. I sent it back and reordered. Same thing happened again.
In my email complaining this happened twice in a row and since it was their mistake if they. Could send the 3rd order by express post because I needed it for a birthday gift.
I didn't get a reply back.
I ordered for the 3rd time thinking surely they can't get it wrong 3 time's in a row. To my disbelief the wrong size was sent again.
Clearly a size 43 is not 42.
I emailed again and just received an apology back. No effort whatsoever to rectify the issue.
Another deserving store received an order instead.
There is only one way to contact this company if they misplace your order or if something goes wrong-- live chat. The live chat does not work. I spent hours waiting for it to load on multiple browsers, using two different laptops and a phone, before googling it to find that I am not the only one with this issue. If something goes wrong with your order, and god knows it might with how disorganized they are, you will never be able to speak with a human about it. I may never get my money back. I will never shop here again.
$#*!ing horrible. I ordered a 1 day shipping and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I try and talk to costumer service and i'm waiting for over an hour to $#*!ing text Something. This business is unprofessional on how they handle things.
Less than 1 star! CharlotteJoy was the person i dealt with. Did nothing to help, was very pathetic. No empathy for customers. I am being taxed twice, and she did nothing to help. Maybe at least offer a code? Customer service sucks!
Return jacket and trousers. Unused, opened package and checked material. Decided to return. They have sent trousers back to me. When I asked why they said Inspection Team saying trousers were worn. Never ever wore them, didnt even try them on. Jacket was packed orginaly and trousers were open. Tad attached, brand new. Extra money for asos
SCAM. Do not order from asos. You will get dissppinted.

Ordered clothes and was offered free delivery. Package was not delivered to my home but instead I needed to go to Canada Post office to pick it up. Ok.
When I went to Canada Post was charged additional $68 dollars COD for my $170 order. Unexplained charges by both ASOS and Canada Post. Only accepted cash and debit. Shady.
ASOS customer service was useless.
Never again! Worst customer service and very slow return/refund
I bought two items and one did not fit so I returned it through their collect plus for the curiour to come and collect it. It was collected on 19 October, so after two weeks (last week) I've checked my bank and no refund was issued so I contacted the customer service. They said 72 hours to investigate so I gave them the order number and postage barcode again. It's been a week now and they still have not update me despite contacting them twice after that and all I'm getting from them is they will get back to me as soon as they can. They are very frustrating! Once I get my refund I will never go on that Asos website again!
Wow! I wish i came here to look at the reviews before i decided tu make a purchase with this horrible company, i order two very important item that i needed it for my best friend wedding, i never received them so i got in contact with them and apparently they just lost my package, but they wouldn't admit! And customer service is horrible! They dont even have a supervisor and also they dont want to send you another order or give you your money back, just straight steal you money, places like this one dont have to be open, people need to stop buying from this company if you reading this please take a second and read the others reviews! And save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else...
I'm very disappointed with the unexpected customs charge which was almost half the cost of the order. The clothes themselves were poor quality and the sizes were off. Returning them would cost me even more money. Customer service was so unkind and cold.
Tip for consumers:
avoid asos!

My daughter ordered for 129$ Total from ASOS with « free » delivery to Canada. I just had to pay 50,30$ at post office COD. Total was under the limit of 150$, eliminating the customs fee theory. I found a possible link indicating an addition of 5% federal sales tax for Canada, plus a 10,75$ Canadien post admin fees. So how could that amount to 50,30$? I can't stand those types of « surprises », so sorry ASOS, we won't be ordering again anytime soon.
I ordered a Needle & Thread dress and then after I placed the order I read asos reviews. People complained about the costumer service and that it took a super long time for their clothes to come. I had the opposite experience. My parcel came exactly when they said and I live in Canada. My dress arrived in perfect condition and it fit perfectly.
Be aware of your account being closed without notification or explanation. An online shopping site which offering free postage and return but then terminate service to customer due to return frequency? I had made thousand dollars of purchasing before getting deactivated without notice, then chasing after their customer service and being terminated time to time during the chat when I need to sort out the return for my last order (which has not been delivered yet and can no longer be lodged a return from my account). I don't think anyone deserve to be humiliated this way when you pay money for a service. ASOS need to learn their lesson. If you can not afford a sale or a service such as free postage or free return, DO NOT offer it.
Purchased $526 of goods at ASOS in multiple sizes/sizes to try on and review. Returned items via their USPS prepaid label as they guarantee free returns. When USPS lost my package, they refused to help track it and basically told me next time to insure it. Buyer beware - poor quality and poor customer care
I ordered some Items and paid extra. Well the items did not show. As a matter of fact I contacted Asos support who promised the items next day. 6 hours later my whole order were cancelled and I received nothing, I were like "Heyyyy what is happening?". I contacted Asos again. Sadly I just got rude and inappropriate answers. The support from Asos is simply not existing. To cut it short. I cant recommend anyone to buy from asos.com. It is a waste of money and their support does not exist
Reading other people's reviews for ASOS, I think the best way to describe it is that it's a hit or miss kind of business. I live in Maine and has never had any problem ordering anything from them. Return is always free, so I allow myself the luxury of ordering more than I would normally, trying them on, and returning what I don't like. Admittedly the quality of their stuff isn't the highest, and I don't expect anything I buy from them to last long. However, for about $10 a piece, when they're on sale, ASOS is a good site for a college student like myself.
I can't believe how rubbish Asos is these days, something has changed with them recently as I have shipped with them for a long time and always do the year delivery pass but I will not be doing that anymore.
They have made a mess of numerous orders I have placed this year, one order I placed for a Nars concealer they sent me an empty box!
They don't know what they are doing and when you email to get sorted they couldn't care less, my days of shopping with Asos are over which is a shame but they are not a good company anymore.
Asos has great products and options and the app is easy to use. Shipping costs are too high compared to other clothes sites and need to be reduced. I would shop on it more if the shipping was more reasonable.
I'm writing this review because After reviewing the previous reviews I can purchase Anyvitem from them. They wanted 73 dollars for a dress but I refuse to be taken
Thanks reviewers for leaving your review.
Long story short. I received the wrong item 3x in a row, still waiting on the correct size. Spent numerous hours talking to multiple customer service reps and was not offered any sort of compensation or token of appreciation. Worst part is I paid extra to become a Premier Delivery customer. Btw their chat customer service is THE WORST!
This site is exceptionally wonderful. Everything about it is great; prices, range of sizes, clothes, and free shipping. But the only thing I do not like about this site is that it takes sooooo long for them to get your returns back. It took them a whole week to get my returns back. Then depending on your bank it took them an extra 6 days to refund me my money. But other then that they are a great site. I wanted to send my mail as priority, but they encourage you to use the original packing, which makes perfect sense. Makes it easier for them to refund you your money... love this site still wish returns were faster with better options.
Tried on a dress after purchase and my skin was turned blue, first place I noticed was on my pregnant bump which obviously scared me as I didn't realise what it was at first then noticed it was all over patches on my body and label of dress. Obviously unsafe and take no care of their products. The dress itself is an Asos label.
Canadians beware:
Do not shop at Asos. You will not be able to get your refund from customs as thier website states if you choose to refund your products. You will only receive refund for what you purchased. I paid $613 in customs fees and have not been able to get anything back despite all efforts. No help from Landmark global or Asos.
Your request WILL be denied as Landmark global (the courier they hire to ship to Canada) does not respond to any requests for documentation you will need to obtain your custom refund from thr Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA).
Terrible company! They should be using another courier but clearly do not care about any of the Canadian customers enough to do so. CBSA mentioned they have so many unresolved or denied cases due to the fact Landmark/Asos have not helped canadians produce the customs documents (proof of import and export) required for them to provide the customs fees refund.
Just shop somewhere else. Not worth it.
I ordered a Ted Baker dress that I had been searching for for months. They sent the wrong size so I contacted customer service to request an exchange. Instead they refunded my money and said the dress is out of stock. The problem is, I would rather have kept the wrong size they sent than not have it at all, so I asked if they could cancel the refund because I wanted to keep it. They said they can't and that I have to return the dress even though I can't purchase another in the correct size. It was a terrible experience because I feel I'm an honest person and would like to pay for the dress. So now they're out $130, because I'm not returning it. All they had to do to prevent this situation was inform me the dress is out of stock and ask if I would like a refund or if I would like to keep the dress, but I guess that's asking too much of them.
First they sent a fake tracking number, then the product didn't arrive, sent a new tracking number that hasn't been updated in 4 days, product still hasn't arrived, they refuse to refund my money. This company is completely fraudulent and a scam. I have the emails to back this up
