Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Horrible company, hopefully they end up on watch dog. I ordered clothes over chirstmas and waited two weeks before I got an email saying thankyou for your return. I never received them in the first place, they said they would refund me. I only received a fraction of the money I spent and there is no contact number or email. Repeatedly emailed the careteam, too only get the reply over and over we are unavailable,
After placing an order on asos i began to see awful reviews. So I kept my fingers crossed, my first order just arrived and it is a bag. Was lovely and I like it. However I am anticipating my second order, I hope I wont be dissapointed.
I ordered a dress 9 days ago for a gift and today received a totally different item. The company is now out of stock of the item I ordered and I have no gift. All they are offering for this mistake is for me to go out of my way to return the item in order to get a refund for the dress I never received. The customer service was difficult to reach and unhelpful. I will not be ordering from this company again.
I did a order on a pair nike 270, it was a wrong on the shoe and when I contacted them for a return suddenly my order disappeared from my pages. I have now contacted the over ten times but they are not answering me. Not a serious company.

I have a few issues. I spent $85 on 4 ASOS items, and paid $30 in customs. At first I was okay with it because I had gotten such a great deal on the items anyway. Until I opened the items, i realized that they are poor quality. I cant imagine how upset I would have been if I paid full price. Then I noticed that they sent me the wrong item. I tried to create a return, but they expect me to pay $22 to return the item. They expect me to pay for their mistake. If they were to send me the correct item, I would have to pay customs again! Never buying from asos again.
Good afternoon, I want to leave a negative review for the company asos. I was a regular customer, once I ordered a hat that did not fit in size and I sent it back, I did not receive money for the hat. I wrote to the support service, no one answered my requests for a refund. A month ago I ordered summer sandals, they also did not fit, I returned them back, but also did not receive money for them. I contacted support, my messages were ignored. I do not recommend this store, with the return of money the situation is terrible.
This is my first ever review. I ordered over a month and a half ago. I paid extra for fast shipping, and was supposed to get my order two days after I ordered. After never receiving it, I contacted them multiple times. I received no help. It is now a month and a half later and I still don't have my money back or my order after contacting them over 20 times.
I chatted with JAMEEL on their chat help. He was insulting, rude, slow, and didn't solve my problem. They won't let you speak to a manager or offer any kind of help at all. ASOS SUCKS! Such a sketchy place!
If I could rate this site a 0 I would. I ordered a dress they took my money and I never received my item or even a confirmation. When I contacted customers service I've emailed back and forth 10 times! And each time was a different person. I gave them all of my information including a screenshot of my transaction with my credit card company and they still wouldn't give me MY purchase information! They refused to. It was like talking to a bunch of robots. Til this day I still haven't received my merchandise. Never again will I be ordering from such a terrible website.
The refund for a large order took a month. I sent the package with everything in it and somehow they were missing products so I never got full refund. The sizes are so off a $700 order and I had to return everything. Customer service was so slow and they had no solutions. Never ordering again.

The live chat doesn't work and there is no email address to be found.
When you get a bad product there is no point in returning it...
Asos is pretty nice, they have good prices and quality, but there is bad products also.
What i'm trying to say is... the website is good but the customer service is really bad.

1. I got charged for $116 for custom/tax = 30% tax/custom
2. Their photos are misleading!
In photos, they showed the skirt and top as a set, but only the skirt came... Don't show both products when it is not included. Now I got charged with custom so much, I don't want to order just tops

Returning is a hassle - again, I just got charged with custom/tax so much. When I asked the customer service on chat, she wasnt helpful. Just went over the instructions.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes... Only received one... They of course lied & told me they couldn't even find my order to begin with when I gave the lady the order number... I already knew at that moment she was wasting my time... Blah blah then she gives me that copy & pasted "we've sent this case to our specialist you'll get an email in 48 hours" yada yada yada... I just opened a dispute with PayPal to try to get my money back... Don't trust these influences. Do your own research, a simple search of these horrid reviews that I'm reading now would have saved me so much stress. DON'T DO IT. BUY ELSEWHERE

I live in Canada and this was my worst online ordering experience. This company has no respect for guaranteed service. I ordered with Asos before the covid crisis exploded and I never received my order even though the package would have been "shipped".
After several email exchanges(!), they finally agreed to pay me back, but make no mistake... not everyone gets a refund! Before ordering do a lot of research... otherwise don't order!
I ordered two dresses from this company and put in my correct address and they still sent the package to my old address and when I asked for a refund or for the package to be sent to the correct address, they refused and were super rude about it. I still have not received a refund and the customer service team is hard to get in contact with and were very belittling.
I spoke with a representative named Bethany, who would not allow me to cancel an order that was placed less than 12 hours ago. I accepted that policy, even though I know it's possible to cancel these things. That isn't what was aggravating though. I then tried to place a new order and asked if I could be granted the promo code that I used on my first order since I wanted a different item. She wouldn't grant it. This seems pretty obscene to me. It boils down to the person - any customer service rep has the ability to say yes or not to grant something like this, but she was just a terrible one. This is a very black and white situation that proves that ASOS doesn't care about its customers and hires subpar reps. I will be returning the original order with the item I don't want and I won't be ordering from ASOS ever again. I've been a customer of ASOS since 2007.
I love asos they have very nice things and it's not true they have a phone number. It's very hard to find but I spoke to a customer service before. Am disappointed because nothing fits. I order a size 10 and I got size 14 dress. I ordered a size 9 Boot and have gotten a size 7. When I tried on the boot I was like thank God. There mistake work out for me. And yes I order in US size. I read lots of reviews and because of that I wrote a bad one saying they better give me my money back. But it was nothing like that. The customer service was very nice and other got all my back. Nothing I bought fits but am just going to lose the weight to fit in them. Am obsessed with this site. When am stressed I just go on this website.
I gave 3 out of 5 stars. As for a first time buyer, I wasn't entirely impressed. Like I mentioned in the title, the package was delayed for whatever reason, the upside is that it was only delayed for a day and then after that the delivery was really fast. The design of my jacket is really good, but It was scuffed and obviously a really cheap faux leather material. The jacket was $70 so, I kind of expected more. After receiving the jacket I realized the security tag was left on. Which may not seem like a big deal, and hopefully I can go to a store to explain my situation and they would remove it for me ( I live in the US, and we don't have an ASOS here). So that is just a little annoying. I probably won't purchase from this site again, I would expect a little more convenience than this.
If you are from Canada, don't bother ordering from these guys. In fact, after all the reviews I read, I ordered anyways and found out everything those "disgruntled clients" had wrote about was true.

Complaint day 3 - They sent me an email saying the products were all out of stock and they would issue me a credit
Still waiting on my refund. Stay away from this fraudulent company, I know I will.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I made my first purchase at Asos. The parcel arrived a week later than the expected date of arrival. Fine. I bought three items of the Asos brand. The materials were very poor quality and I was expecting much more considering the prices for these items. I also found a USED Kleenex in the pocket of my Asos jacket! $#*!ing gross. I will never shop at Asos again. $#*! overpriced USED clothes. Appalling.
I live in Alberta, Canada. I've made 3 separate orders from Asos over the last couple months. I feel for the negative review writers but I have had 3 good experiences. The first 2 I paid the $20 express shipping which came within a few days as stated at checkout. The 3rd, I got the free shipping which came on time but I had no access to shipping company and/or status updates. I got one update when order first shipped but nothing after that, not even a delivery notice. I paid $25 customs for 1st order/2 items, $45 for 2nd/3 items. I just realized I didn't have to pay customs with the 3rd order/3 items and free shipping option! I've been really happy with the "ASOS Design" clothing line, good pricing for fair quality and trendy clothes.
I bought a gift card for a friend but it turns out they couldn't use it because they're in a different country and when I tried to get a refund they're customer service page just leads to a blank page, I waited an hour hoping that something would happen but nothing did, they are thieves. They WILL take your money and not even pretend to help if something goes wrong

This Online Store needs to get Closed, I was expecting a refund and the (customer representative told me I would receive an email confirmation for my refund today for almost $350 on, November 30. I was checking my emails (nothing) I have been trying to reach the customer service representatives and they won't respond to my emails or chat all day. I went to the site to check if theyr was any refund confirmation and i found out that asos has blocked my account! 350$! But for theyr bad Luck i wasn't born yesterday i will get my money back i promise. Be aware people, be aware don't waste your hard worked money and energy trying to shop here, they have so many negative reviews for reasons
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order a couple items that are perfect for my upcoming wedding. They then contact me the next day telling me they have cancelled my order and that they want me to provide identifying information verifying that I am who I say I am. Although they give me absolutely no reasoning as to why, and it is a great inconvenience to me, I provide this information to them and comply with every request they give. Then they tell me they are deleting my account. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I don't understand how they stay in business treating people this way. If you are tempted to buy from them, DON'T! They obviously don't want your business anyway.
