Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Worst customer service, instead of trying to help you they keep repeating their script over and over again like its gonna help. Their international delivery sucks, my package was lost and no one was unable to help. They could not even resend it via express delivery as a compensation for the 2 months that i waited patiently to receive for an order that i never received. Id you are outside the UK and want to order online DO NOT USE Asos if you want to avoid disappointment.
They made a mistake with a size, now they ask me to pay 23$ to ship Them back for a refund, the only problem is that the pants cost me 26$. So this basically means that I'll have 3$ back for those pants. The customer service isnt great at all. This is their mistake and they want us to pay? No way. Shop somewhere else guys.
I purchased my item and paid for next day delivery.
I received two notifications the following day, the first saying my delivery would be between 12-2pm and then between 11-1pm. The two notifications were the only thing I received that day. I have spent two days communicating with their so called customer service. My first attempt their representative ended the char with no resolution. The second, gave no answers, telling me I have to wait another 48 hours. Even having explained my item was for an event in 3 days time. No reaction from them Shambolic! Having looked at other reviews, there seems to be a common theme.

Order several months in advance of when you actually need your product. Find an alternative retailer first.
Save your time and your money. They say youll get your shipment by a certain date but you wont. They dont provide a tracking number so they claim that they cannot do anything for you. Its a load of garbage. Its been a month and I still have not received my shipment and they have not emailed me back... Wish I ordered from Revolve or Missguided.
I was a fan of Asos until I've had a terrible return experience. I used their prepaid return label and it seems the package never arrived. I assumed "proof of postage" was the return label but their terrible customer service representatives refuse to look it up. Basically, they say I am liable since I didn't get proof of postage... although proof of postage according to UPS which I visited to try to track down my number, was the return label. Even when I asked their customer service reps to send me the city of their warehouse, they refused. Basically, they aren't incentivized to find the return because they rather take my money than keep me as a customer. Never shopping there again as I am out $150 and will definitely be returning the other half of my order I was planning on keeping (another $150) due to my poor experience.
I purchased a few clothes from this site, and the site claimed shipping was free. I was not charged customs but was charged a COD shipping cost - cash on delivery - I. E. the company did not pay and left the charges to me when I got the item. I tried to contact the company but was told "it wasn't us - talk to the post office". Seriously?
I am angry because I was lied to. I get that shipping costs, but don't call it free then charge me later, but claim you are not charging me - the shipping company is. Pathetic.

No customer service! Chat people not there to help or simply don't understand English. If you happen to have any issue, the decision will be made against you and your money, even if you happen to be a long time customer! Absolutely nothing is taken into consideration.

Very disappointed lately with their service. Was Asos customer for many years. Received items without tags and was told by customer service it's normal that many their items has no tags which is not true. Never before I received any items without tags.
I recently bought from one of their company ASOS and were charged a surprised Cash on Delivery remittance fee of more than 25% of my order (102 out of 397CAD). This was never indicated when shopping with them, and I was redirected as a "custom fee" at first, which clearly isn't. I feel this is very disrespectful to customers, and Wish to have this taken care of, but customer service says it's not their fault, but Canada Post setting this Cash on Delivery fee... doesn't make sense.

I paid for a product that was never delivered, I waited one month and a half and then I contacted them and I was informed that the item is now out of stock. Communication is difficult as the replies are automatic and I have wasted time and money. Dont buy
I ve purchased multiple times from ASOS and always got the orders in time! The quality of the products is good and the diversity of products is simply satisfying! Prices are great and I will definitely continue ordering from them!
I bough quite a few summer pieces from Asos. The Nike swimsuit didn't fit so I sent it back. The sticker scanned correctly in the garage and it was sent back. Asos are saying they didn't get it. When I contacted the garage I sent it back by they said this never happens and that the item was definitely returned so the fault is with Asos. I will never order anything from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them and I will never allow my daughters to buy from them either.
I ordered a pair of $100 metallic adidas and they sent the incorrect size. After contacting them, they resend the SAME incorrect size again. Now they are telling me that I need to reorder the shoe and repay for the shoe and shipping even though they have already sent me the incorrect size twice. I am a frequent ASOS customer and this has "left a bad taste in my mouth". I won't be ordering from ASOS anymore. The company does not provide a phone number and their email customer service is inadequate. I am over this company.
I ordered now for around 1 month and half and never got my package, tried to contact them and they never answered me. They blocked me from my account and they stopped answering me! Thiefs! Never buying again with this company!

I have been looking for a red raincoat for my upcoming trip to London. The ASOS website made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for AND offered the right price. I was hesitant to order my raincoat because of all the negative reviews regarding shipping. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I received my beautiful coat faster than I anticipated, but also the quality was above and beyond what I had imagined. I would recommend ASOS to anyone looking for style, quality for the price, and quick delivery.
I ordered an order and it was expected to come today but when I asked them they said it had been delayed and will not be able to ship until Monday which is after my whole family leaves and no one could retrieve the package for me they refused to cancel the order and no one will be able to get the order they didn't even tell me that the delivery would be delayed I had to tell them that ups didn't have my order and I was fairly concerned. Anyway I ordered 3 times from this website and they were good experience but now never again! She said that they couldn't change the address nor cancel the order but was it my fault that you guys couldn't send my package no it was not.
I went on their website to create a return label and ASOS never emailed me the return slip. This happened to me for the second time. I purchased from them again thinking it was just a glitch. But it happened again. And it took me moving heaven and earth from their customer service to email me a return label. I think this is purposely done to deter customers from making returns! Buyer beware, I made a complaint with the BBB and will never shop from this fraudulent retailer again!
Sadly, the customer service has taken a nose dive. I ordered 2 items at 11am with a 10% off student voucher code. 3 hours later they released a 15% off coupon code. I waited to speak to someone in customer service for almost 15 mins before someone could tell me that adjusting the price and honoring the extra 5% and adjusting my price was against company policy. Surprising and shocking.
I've made 2 orders to Asos, one went fine, everything fit fine, the other and more recent one, i ordered 2 pairs of shoes and both were a size smaller than what i ordered. I decided to just not worry too much about it because one of the shoes seemed to be big enough to wear. On just the first wear, the sole decided to rip off of the shoe and so i returned them. 2-3 weeks later no refund and so i try to reach out to customer service 3 times with 3 different people, Mohamed, Kamran, and Aqib, none of them able to help in the slightest and then just ending the chat out of nowhere. I probably wont ever buy from asos again and neither should you.
I have ordered at least 30 dresses from this site and loved everyone of them.the quality of the dresses are excellent and i have never had a problem. I recommend this site to everyone. I am now an asos addict!
ASOS closed my account without any explanation. Ok, I suppose it is their right. But then they processed merchandise return a few days later, and since I paid with a gift card, the refund went back to the gift card associated with my closed account, to which I have no access. All attempts to resolve the issue with them were futile. In response to BBB complaint, they said that only the original gift card purchaser may contact them regarding it, and not the gift card recipient. However, when the original purchasers contact them, they are told that the recipients should reach out to them.
Ordered something but never received it. They say they never received the payment but it disappeared from my bank account! They say they don't have the money - a third party is involved - and so they won't give me a refund. I've been waiting for TWO MONTHS now and I think I'm not getting the refund ever. They say they are not to blame and they don't have updates. So if you want to lose money quickly: order with Asos!
I've heard horror stories of ASOS shipping and customer service, but I ordered a dress with 2 day-shipping (an extra $12 but worth it because I needed it ASAP!)
It came just as described and even before the 2 day shipping said it would get to my house.
Will return to buy from again!
If I could give zero stars i would. I got charges 83$ on 300$ order and nobody could provide me break down of those fees, they say it is government of Canada fees, but it is not, the price was printed on the actual label, I tried talking to carrier ands they say to contact ASOS.
Shoes I ordered were mens size 10 and not womens 10 which were too big for me. Dress was too small and sweater had snugs. Now instead of refunding they issued me a voucher.
After trying to contact them for months, i just get robot email replies asking the same thing over and over.
Found a number for head office, going to call them next.
ASOS is great if everything is going ok. However, if something goes wrong then prepare to fall into a deep pit of the darkest despair. They can only be contacted by email, Facebook or live chat. The only people that can deal with complaints are the call handlers meaning that they just tell you what they can't do, there's no way of getting anything but the most basic problems resolved and worse of all, no one takes ownership of a query. I've spoken to countless people over several weeks, none of whom read the whole thread before responding and meaning that someone will ask a question, you reply instantly, then need to wait another 48hours (at least) for SOMEONE ELSE to pick it up and ask something totally unrelated as they have not bothered seeing what went before. Their Facebook page is full of people complaining as it's the only way to get a response and it sounds like a lot of them have it a lot worse than me, but I can assure you it will be the last time I ever use the site.
