Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
It's been 30-days since my order was shipped from ASOS. I'm still waiting for the package. Estimated delivery date was over three weeks ago and I've had an open dispute with ASOS about the shipment for over two. ASOS hasn't claimed this to be an issue and proceeds to recommend I continue to wait for the package to arrive.
Package is a single shirt, shipping was paid standard shipping, address was street address within U.S. Five emails to ASOS asking for a refund with no progress.

I was supposed to get my shipment in june 28, I emailed them and the reply was there was a problem with shipping the items... why would you take our money for nothing then! They said they will only be able to refund once they have the shipment back in the warehouse! How this is my problem! What if the items were lost does this mean i will never have my money Back!
Stay away from ASOS!
Item sizing is completely unreliable on the website. They elude that duties are included in checkout price (which they are not), and return shipping is over $22. I wanted to return an item and would already be paying over half of the item in shipping and duties. Customer service was completely unhelpful and did not want to help in any way. Will never purchase from them again.

After losing few of my returns they have closed my account. I clearly got punishment for them making mistakes and losing parcels however as much as I accepted this I have made a return of my order that has been partially refunded for some reason whilst all items has been returned.
God knows what was behind that person mind but they have literally pick and chose few items to refund and ignore rest of them that were in the parcel returned back.
Now Asos refusing to refund me for the items I have returned( my whole order) and obviously decided to keep these items too.
How wrong is that? I have contacted ombudsman's services it's just a shame that they won't do anything to help you But turns you away every time
What happened to rest of my clothes that I've returned? Will they be resold? And I have to still pay for them?

I am beyond disappointed with ASOS products. I ordered 257.16 worth of swimwear, and waited excitedly for delivery. Despite the "Free Shipping" that is mentioned everywhere on your website, I was hit with a 90.00 charge at the door for shipping, a completely unexpected charge for me. In fact, had I know about this huge extra charge I would never had purchased the swimwear. You can then imagine my further disappointment when all items were too small. Despite having used your sizing charts,; the bust size is too small. Now I am going to have to ship the items to you, and pay for that shipping. How much money is it going to cost me to NOT to have any new swimwear? And when we took the time to write you and ask, we were basically told, tough luck.
Ordered 135$worth of items which had to come in a month after the original order date(which is already more than a lot) and my order never showed up told me to wait another two weeks. I talked with customer services more than 5 times on different days and they never helped me. Worst customer and delivery services i have ever seen.
Never again will I order from this site. The quality of their clothes is somewhat decent, but their sizes are so off that one item will be large and one small for the same size. I tried to create a return, and it was supposed to email me a label. Not only did I not receive an email, now the site won't let me create another return label. I have been emailing customer service for weeks, and they send me generic instructions on "how to create a label". They don't care. They have my money and there's not much I can do. HORRIBLE
I like this online store. Beautiful products, good quality. Good customer service. Free delivery and returns. Quick delivery. I paid 9.95 GBP for an annual premium delivery - this is a good option if you are thinking of making more than one purchase. I made an order from UK, the product arrived in one day. Klarna payment is a great solution if you are waiting for your monthly salary.
Hello, I placed an order and paid for express delivery. The order was supposed to arrive yesterday, when I go to see the link to track it I see that it arrived Thursday 21st instead of Friday 15th. The problem is that on the 21st I am traveling. That's why I had to choose express delivery and even their customer service team doesn't respond and they just let me write alone in the chat.
I've been shopping at ASOS for a little over a year now and I'm just as in love with it as I was when I first started purchasing from here. Their clothes always come when they say they will, they fit nicely (Usually true to size) and look the same as they do online. Only problem is that they take a long time to be delivered, sometimes 2-3 weeks depending on how busy they are but other than that, amazing. They also always have great sales going on and great deals so it's definitely worth checking out. Probably half my wardrobe is from ASOS, now
The good thing about Asos is that they have everything you could want. So you Can shop for all occasions on asos. The bad thing is everything else. The shipping always takes 2+ weeks and I live in the states. They send you wrong items all the time. And the customer service is terrible. They don't care about their customers. If you get sent a wrong size from another company, they just tell you to keep it and they'll send the right one. Asos? Nope. They're so greedy they want it back. Now I have to waste my time for their mistakes
I purchased couple of clothes and shoes from them and requested 2 day delivery. After 10 days of not receiving it they told me that it is the fedex's fault and now I found out that fedex could not deliver it because there is nothing inside the package to deliver.
I am very mad at them and would rate this irresponsible act 0. Their customer service is abysmal.
In the beginning, I was somewhat impressed with their online presence and wide range of product offerings. I ended up purchasing 2 coats for around $170 CAD (one of which being on sale). At the time, I was unaware that this company was from the UK as they made it very difficult to find out where they ship from. When I went to pick up my package from the post office, I was hit with a $90 Cost of Delivery fee that I was unprepared to pay for. After paying the fee and getting the package home, I was disappointed with my order as the coats did not fit and quality was not good. I was forced to send them back, which is a $20 fee; something that is free with other online clothing companies. As friendly as the customer service was, their answers were often cut and paste and never actually answered my question as to why I had to pay $90 upon delivery when I was not warned. Overall, if you are from Canada or even the US, there are much better options out there, cheaper options as well.
I purchases the Barbie collection shoes and they did not send the original Barbie box and refuse too after I spoke with there so called managers and also charged he 122.00 for custom. Do not buy from them they are dishonest

The clothing on the Asos website looks amazing, but once it arrived the quality was so cheap, the colors are dull, the fabric doesn't look at all like the one displayed, even the cut was off, it was supposedly 3/4 long sleeves and the shirt that I got had sleeves way above my elbow. If you want cheap quality clothes go to Aliexpress, same low quality and it will be much cheaper!

Clothes are decent, but the customer service is terrible. I qualified for a promotion that was happening, returned part of my order because it did not fit, and the entire promotion was taken off and i received no compensation for my refund. I even actually went NEGATIVE sending back clothes because i needed to buy a box to do so. This doesn't add up, because the promotion had different levels of qualification. I still qualified for the promotion, but simply not the original monetary amount. I returned $105 of clothes, lost my $100 of promotion (which means $5 refunded for $105 worth of clothes,) and am left with a live-chat response of somebody who has no clue of my situation. First time buying from the company, and it's my last. I'm also returning the ENTIRE order. A large company pulling a shady tactic looks terrible, and i do not want to fund a company that's cutting corners with my own money.
I ordered two bras from ASOS. The duty charge came to about 150 dollars. Which is fine I expected to pay duties. I open my package to find out that ASOS sent me the wrong size bra.
So I messaged them and they want me to send it back. Which yeah, if I ordered the wrong size I would be okay with sending it back. But now I have to pay to ship it back to the warehouse AND pay new duties on the bra for their screw up? No. When I spoke to customer service about my concerns they basically told me it wasn't their problem and it was mine but that's why they have a discount code? And then never answered me back. Honestly this place is absolutely garbage. I will never shop here again. Waste of time and money.
I ordered on the 6th of September, and I did not receive any emails saying that my order has been shipped or is on its way. I contacted customer service three times. No tracking at all for 12 days. The customer service won't place a new order for me, they won't offer me the same discount code I had when I first placed my order, and they won't pay for express delivery so I maybe can receive my order before my holiday. They ask me to wait 4 more days when the order obviously is lost. Then I won't have time to receive a new order. It's the worst experience I've ever had. Not only are they not willing to resolve the problem, but they also won't even give me my discount code "back" for a mistake they did. This was my first time ordering from Asos, and it will definitely be the last time.
Asos packaged up and shipped my package out quickly, which is great! But Fedex lost the package after a day in transit. I was waiting a few days to see if there was any movement, until I finally got a email asking me to rate my items with out any items. After emailing them they started a investigation to see what happened to the package, and it turns out the contents inside the package were missing when Fedex received the package.
8 days after getting any explanation for my package they have yet to offer to re-send the items or refund as they are still investigating. I get there are internal things that need to occur, but that is a ASOS/Fedex issue, not the customers. To no promptly offer to send or refund the items after almost 3 weeks of the initial shipment is just ridiculous.
I've purchased a lot through ASOS, but never again.

I have used ASOS for years but I recently encountered a problem and the company was of NO help at all! I did not receive my package for over a week! They did not issue refunds, even Amazon does better and they are valued at a lot more. Terrible customer service! Customers beware... they will eventually disappoint you!
If you order through this site outside the US be prepared to pay an additional 55% of what u payed for you order in additional postal fees. Absolutely outrageous! I payed $112 on an order that was $205.

I live in Morocco and I created an account to be delivered in FRANCE at parents' house, stupid that I am I put the equivalent of almost 2,000$ in gift ticket! I made an order of 300$ and a few hours after my account is blocked... I send the passport... and I receive an email that says my account is suspended (thank you Gabriella) and that my future requests will be systematically ignored (without no explanation). When I go on the livechat, the support is execrable and completely rude / harsh!
Result: 2000 $ lost (Aie!). Site to run away at all, it's intolerable to treat people and steal them! If you want proof of orders I can provide you NP!

I bought a hat 3 weeks ago and never received it. I paid extra for 3 day shipping. I've been tracking the package, but it's apparently been stuck in customs. I've sent asos 3 emails, and no reply. They do not have a customer service phone number you can call. I lost $50 and there's nothing I can do about it. Very frustrating.
Ordered a pair of boots off of ASOS. Followed the size chart and size assistant, but boots came in and they were way too big -- my feet could easily slip out of the boot. I messaged customer services to ask for a refund as their item did not fit the size description, and they asked me to pay for shipping back, which was 50% of the price of the boots. I am disappointed. I will not buy from them again.
