Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
My fail-safe go-to site for really nice stuff and very cheap. Here's a little tip for everyone. Before you shop, do a google search for ASOS coupons. I usually find 20% off coupons, 30% sometimes if I'm lucky. Shipping is always free, but I've noticed lately that shipping became a bit slow. Definitely not a deal breaker though because you there's so much variety and the prices are unbeatable. Lovvvve Asos!
Ordered a pair of jeans over 15 days ago with a 2 days delivery, sent millions of email, contacted them trough messages, keep telling me they are checking were my package is as last record at the depot was 10 days ago. Asked multiple times for a refund and after telling me to wait 24h, then 48 they have just stopped answering me. Used to buy on asos all the time but will never do it again. Horrible customer service, full of patronizing people.
I got my order from post office today and had to pay around 60$ on the 190$ order for shipping and services, whereas in their website is mentioned the delivery will be free! Considering I was waiting for my order even more than due date and it was my first experience with ASOS! Overall, terrible experience.
I put in an order today for about $200 or so. Nothing too big. I got an email 30 minutes later saying they had canceled my order and not only that: they went the extra mile and closed my account completely. These guys are clownhats! If you want funky t-shirts, don't waste your time with ASOS. Just skip the small players and go straight to Amazon.
This company wins worst customer service. After most of my order wasn't delivered, and trying for weeks to work out the problem with 5 or 6 different ASOS customer service employees, it seems i may finally be able to get a refund. It really shouldn't be that hard. Great site but if something happens to your order, good luck getting anyone to help you. It requires maximum effort.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it.

Im a US customer and I really enjoy shopping on Asos. They have a wide range of clothing, different name brands and the selection is always updating. Most of my orders have arrived within the time frame listed but I have had items shipped much later than they should have. Customs can always be an issue as well and that is out of their control. My advice is to shop locally for anything you need by a specific date. Returns are free and easy if something doesnt fit or match their pictures. Would recommend!
Fell for the trap and good items they advertise online. However they package won't be delivered to you until you pay applicable fees, which you don't hear anything about prior to purchase (that is unless you spend your time scrolling through their FAQs for the tiniest details. So the Canada post notice I got required an additional $35. Please learn from my mistakes and spend your money elsewhere... also pretty sure the "help" chats are automated for a large part.
After reading reviews on asos I think I'll skip the cute black lace up boots. It seems the better business bureau has ALOT of complaints about this company were customers are not
Receiving thier items ordered and also not getting thier refunds. They also have a no contact number only a online assistant through text. This company needs to work on that.
I've bought from asos.com for 12 times since Sep 2013 to 2014. Female from Malaysia. Out of these many times only once have my delivery gone missing most probably due to local delivery or misplacement. Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive to Malaysia. After 5 weeks I didn't receive this particular order. When I wrote to asos customer service, they offered some advice to check with the local delivery. When I was sure that I knew it was lost they refunded me and also gave a 10% discount code for next purchase.
Overall I'm happy with my purchases as the quality of products are good and they always look true to image online.
I've ordered here four times each time my package comes within 4 days and that's with standard shipping. They have really cool stuff that is more fashion forward than what everyone else is wearing. I ordered two really cute bags, a huge knitted scarf for the winter, jeans, two pairs of shoes that I love and a couple others I don't remember at the moment. Everything is of good quality. The only bad thing is some stuff is a bit pricey but if you scope enough you can find awesome deals and some things worth splurging for. I would defiantly recommend this site!
ASOS is not good!
Im from North America. I was told by the site that if i spent $75, shipping would be free. This was not the case. I was charged $30 extra for duty. After enquiring about the extra cost, I was told by the company that i needed to spend $150 for them to cover duty. I went back to find any warnings about paying extra for duty there was nothing. I payed anyways. The quality was bad, and if i want to return i will need to pay $22 more. If i want to return these jeans that don't fit the total will cost me $50. There is no way to actually talk to somebody about these extra coats and They will not do anything about misleading me this way. I'm still waiting for my other 2 orders and its been 2 weeks.
Customer service is a 0. Quality 1 and over all experience with this company is a minus 10
Tip for consumers:
If there was a minus I would rate them the lowest i could.

As company you should inform that if you purchase a product from Canada you will be charged 70$ By custom for 160$ worth of products, i got told by customers service to contact custom before purchasing any product from ASOS. This will be my last purchase and I will make sure anyone else I know does not shop with this company anymore. Horrible company and most of all horrible customer service. If you're from Canada be careful purchasing product above 100$ because the product will not be delivered and you would have to go to post office and pay a ridiculous amount for your product. Be smart this company isn't worth paying 70$ custom fee for 160$ worth of products.
Got my clothes, not of great quality but I guess that's on me for trying it out... but the real issue is that they charged me an extra $52.46 CDN - i called the post office, and its not a duties or customs charge. Their website shipping/handling says that it does not charge any fees for orders over $150, and mine was definitely over that. The company added on a sender's fee, and there's no way for me to get a refund on this because they have absolutely no customer service. Instead, they have some stupid virtual assistant that has terrible word recognition software... soooo just saying. If you want to take your chances and order from here you can..
Customer service is brilliant! Always help with everything and refund you if anything is faulty, My reason for not giving 5 stars is that a lot of the clothes i have ordered from here have being not the best quality, but I guess that is not Asos's fault and they were always happy to refund me! I would def recommend to others! :)
WTF? I've never had to write a bad review in my entire life. I was so excited about this dress I ordered. Wanted it for my christmas party in december (ordered in october). NOTHING! I'm not in a foreign country or anything. I'm in Canada ffs (sorry for my language, I just can't help it!). Customer service is *poor* and won't do anything for you at all except tell you to call the whole goddamn neighbourhood and ask around if someone saw your package. Hilarious. They won't consider a refund. And to think that this was my very first purchase from them. Are you kidding me? So disappointed and upset. I'm not the richest girl out there. The least they could do was refund me. By the way, I was very polite during my chatting session with them (unlike exploding here). So really, a waste of money.and I'm going to finish by saying this: ''DO NOT EVER BUY ON THAT WEBSITE''. Thank you.
I order an overall dress, made by the Asos brand. The dress came a week late - with a strap sewn on backwards, so I made an inquiry into the fastest way to get a replacement. The customer service specialist told me not to worry- to dispose of the dress, and that they'd sent me a refund. Ten days later, still no refund. I've written about fifteen emails back and forth - to which a new customer service person replies, who I then have to explain the whole thing to, all over again. Now they're questioning the item, as if I was lying (I purchased it again, WHY would I do that if I already had a "free" one). Refund is still yet to appear, I doubt I'll ever get my money back.
Asos canceled my order, after being charged, twice without any justification or apology. I've been waiting for orders for 2 weeks. Last time, Asos had the nerve to tell me that there was a problem with my credit card when the order was already paid. Terrible service. I will never buy anything from ASOS again.
Tip for consumers:
I never received my orders.

That started a four hour process of web chats, messenger conversations and calls in an attempt to get hold someone at asos.
In the end they passed me to their escalations team where I spoke to Charles. He was quite happy to repeatedly interrupt me and come across as generally unhelpful.
My order never arrived and tracking updates suddenly stopped. It was a nightmare to navigate through Evry and Asos sites to chat with someone (queue took ages online), I had to contact Customer Services twice to resolve the issue. No update after my first chat either. I ended up asking for a refund as they were simply unable to help. All their automated contact bots are a nightmare. I will NEVER shop Asos again. To add insult to injury, they sent me a request to REVIEW my order even though it never arrived.
Tip for consumers:
Asos are useless. Stay clear. Their courier Evri is useless too.

all of them
Why can't other stores learn from ASOS? They offer free shipping and free returns all the time, and they have a great selection. They've always been so timely and accurate with their refunds- often I have to buy more than one size esp with lingerie because I never know what will fit. ASOS never minds and always refunds what doesn't fit. I love this site!
Their shipping partner INDIRECT is cheating the customers. Once you buy an item for international delivery, you get an email from Indirect asking you to pay almost 35% of the item price giving no reason at all. After a few research I found out that its a total scam, as you get no official receipt of the amount paid. They only give you the option of paypal for the payment, so the money is going directly to their account. After contacting Asos, they simply back out saying you can discuss this with Wndirect.
Tip for consumers:
If you are outside UK, expect to pay additional 35-50% via paypal.
I don't even know where to start. I purchased two items on the 8th of June and I payed a lot of money for the shipping fee. Its almost 20 days now and I haven't received any thing. They only emailed the order number, no tracking. Don't get me started with their customer service. Very terrible. No one should buy from there.
Tip for consumers:
They have a terrible customer care. I didn't even receive a tracking number

Save your time and money. Go to a proper shop or website, not these thieving charlatans
Asos don't have a clue
Sell poor quality clothes
Mess you around
Rip you off. You pay for an item and it doesn't turn up. You pay for an item and you get the wrong size.
They don't pay out refunds. Just be prepared for lies. They will keep your money.
Asos don't care. 0% rating
I was pleased, until now, with this site - the clothes were just like in the presentation, good quality, matching sizes, decent time of delivery. About two month ago I ordered a pair of shoes for an event and waited and waited, and after 3 weekes I wrote an email to the client service. They told me that it looks like the package was lost on it's way and they will send me another pair of shoes on their expense. The event passed, and again I waited for another 3 weekes. After that I asked for a refund and I got my money back in about 5 days. I have a friend who was in the same situation ( 2 pairs of shoes). It seems they have a serious problem in the shoes department.
Okay so before ordering from here i was super hesitant given all the bad reviews but I did it anyways & took a chance. Im so happy I did! I ordered monday night & all my stuff arrived thursday morning(today). I ordered 3 pairs of shoes(2 heels/1boots: all came exactly like picture) & a bikini which came exactly as i imagined. They gave me a tracking number the next day. From georgia to florida where i live. They also threw in a coupon for hellofresh which was cool. I ordered through paypal just in case i wouldnt get my items. Anyways yeah in def. Ordering again! Their selection of stuff is so diverse & so cute. Thanks asos! Ill spread the good word on you guys.
