Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Don't buy from them! Took them more then an hour to answer one question they could have been answer within 5 mins!
Waste of time and useless! The person first chat with me then left the chat and when I reconnected made me wait for another 40 mins! No joking! 40 mins to send me term and condition! So ridiculous!
I have been ordering from ASOS for years. I had one problem with a shipment and they quickly refunded me. I found out that sometimes the packages get flagged by customs and it wont make it. Other than that I love them. I order from them all the time and usually sent half of the stuff back with no problems.
Didn't receive 4 of my ordered items and by the time everything was sorted out, 2 had gone out of stock. Not a huge deal honestly, but I did ask for a discount on a future order for the inconvenience. Again, it honestly wasn't a big deal for me, but as a regular customer, I wanted to see the level of customer care offered, especially after such a mistake on their part. Such remedial discounts are quite common in retail, so I was surprised when they adamantly refused me one. I enjoy the large selection, but customer care has been disappointing thus far.
I bought a size 32H swimsuit top from mercari thst is ASOS brand and it holds absolutely nothing. A few jumps and everything spilled out the middle of the top. Designing a swimsuit for people with bigger chests means they require more coverage and support. I go to the beach or water park to do cannon balls, slide down slides, and have fun. Unless i were sun tanning completely still, this top is useless.

I recently purchased a unisex oversized belted trench coat in sand from ASOS's Collusion range. As a lover of anything oversized, I was not disappointed. I would advise not to size up, as I got the trench in my usual size and it was perfectly oversized. I got this on sale for £26.75 and it was originally £45, the trench is 100% cotton with satin-style lining detail. I mostly love the sandy colour as this complement's majority of the outfits in my wardrobe, the press stud buttons, and the tie waist also add to the beauty of the trench. This will be worn majority of this spring season.
Company are a bunch of scammers! Beware they charge you for next day shipping even when you did not choose that option. Their customer service is useless and could not do anything for me... like remove the delivery charge which I did not choose!
Made a purchase 3/8, returned by 3/12. After 5 attempts of trying to reach them (I should have never trusted a company who doesnt have an actual phone number), I'm now being told they have no record of my return. Keep in mind, tha company sends you a return shipping label. Moral of the story, looks like I'm out of a significant amount of money, and Asos lost a customer. Can't wait until Amazon puts them out of business!
I ordered a bunch of clothing items and paid for an express delivery which stated that I would get my goods today (Friday) but I haven't received anything. When contacting customer service, they did nothing but say that I just had to wait til Monday which is one day less than a standard delivery. Also, they would not refund my express delivery fee now. Instead, I have to wait til the parcel arrives and then contact them again for my money, even though customer service could see that my parcel hadn't arrived. There is a reason people order express delivery! Last time I'm ever shopping at asos.
Don't shop here if you care about being a valued customer. If they mess up your order or do anything wrong, you'll take the heat for it. It's super risky if you do end up ordering as customer service will be no help if anything goes awry.
I placed a order for 4 pairs. I discovered to my surprise that I had to pay CAD 100 in duty taxes. When the order arrived, all the shoes were one or two sizes bigger. Now I have to return them, hoping that they will receive the package, otherwise I will not get a refund. What's more, I have to pay for the return. The website information displayed on the items description is misleading: "free delivery and returns". Returns are NOT pre-paid.
I ordered a top and it was supposed to arrive a week later, guess what... two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the top and I am not being given details regarding tracking. Poor service, this is the last time I'm buying from this site
Chose express shipping, additional cost of $11, for a 3 day delivery. Nothing arrived. Now have no gift for mother in law for mother's day. Customer service has now advised that I need to wait 20days for the items to arrive. Their express shipping is a scam, they never intend to honour the service they're revenue generating off an empty promise. Customer service is a sham, say they'll help and then don't actually do anything. Will never order from them again.
This evil company sent me a hideous pair of running shoes (nikes) which I did not order. I got nailed with huge import fees, and now they wont return my money. I sent back the shoes on Dec 2, its now mid Jan and no one will answer my messages. This so-called company is an enormous rip off. Criminal.
I made an order for 5 pieces of clothing. Only one piece of clothing arrived in the box. Payment method was through a VISA debit card.
I then contacted ASOS Customer Service on 13 Nov. ASOS replied, saying that they are now not accepting future orders from me because of missing orders across various accounts from this address. This isn't possible because this is my first time purchasing from ASOS, and I only moved into this address in November. This address was previously rented out to other tenants who may have had issues with ASOS. I offered to provide my tenancy agreement but they refused to communicate further, beyond telling me that they will not accept future businesses and will not be refunding a single cent. They refused to provide further details regarding supposed "other accounts" belonging to me. They have also refused to investigate this with their courier
Be careful of this website when buying.
Very bad business and horrible customer service. Never got my order delivered they keep changing my delivery date. I been waiting for a while already.
Emailed customer service and all they said is sorry for the inconvenience. That all. Scam. Value your money and go shop elsewhere.
I was a member of their A List scheme which came to an end last year when they emailed me a voucher code to compensate. The email made no mention of any expiry date so I naturally thought there wasn't one. Tried to use the code yesterday only to find it had expired. Have been in contact with customer services but they refuse to replace it. Absolutely unacceptable.
I purchased a suit for a wedding as part of the bridal party. The jacket had no tags on it and it was tiny. Via email, I asked for an exchange. "Stephen" was very friendly and promised an expedited replacement. After a week I contacted the company again. "Martin" was cagey and would not refer me to a supervisor nor give a phone number. Ultimately "Nafisa" said replacements were not allowed for US customers. I'm apparently stuck keeping this tiny jacket and normal sized pants. Beware, this is a foreign company with bad Chinese made products and no phone numbers.
I ordered Fila disruptor low white shoes three times and one of those orders was placed by custom care (custom care is an whole other story I could write about as well, my god) and also that order was the wrong size. I just do not understand one bit of how the... this could happen. It's just absurd that asos has people working for them who can not even send the right size. I will never ever buy anything from asos ever again. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life.
Don't waste your money here. Total scam artists. I never got my package and yet I was still charged and they wouldn't refund me (because they don't know if it never arrived?!). Rude and unhelpful on there dumb instant message. Shocking that this business can exist. Honestly don't bother with ASOS unless you want to risk not getting your item and them keeping your money.
So my dress came, it was late but taking into consideration what's going on due to COVID not overly delayed. My disappointment started when the dress was missing 2 buttons. No big deal, I contacted them to send replacements. Their reply was the big disappointment: please mail back the dress for a refund and order another! Are they crazy? They expect me to pay to mail the dress back and order and wait for a new one? Could they not simply mail me 2 buttons? I'd have to be desperate before ordering from them again.
I will never order from the UK ever again. I'd get better service from China. Why on earth ASOS would use UPS i-parcel as one of their carriers? If neither of them has no idea how to do their job properly? My phone case was $19... pricy right?! But I thought "hey its ASOS I heard of this site before long ago and they are pretty good" but NOPE.
The shipping process is a goddamn nightmare. My item was supposed to come yesterday and I didn't received it. They said they will give me a replacement next week and if not I want a refund back. I hope they don't screw me over again with the replacement or refund.
Man I never knew ASOS were frauds. I never even bothered to read the reviews. I'm also staying far away from UK sellers from now on and before I order from a site that appears trustworthy I'll need to read the reviews. Btw I'm convinced that all positive reviews here are fake!
Ordered some clothes for my wife and they arrived on the date they indicated. I had to pay an extra $29 on delivery in Canada for a $140 purchase which was essentially the GST plus a small duty which I was expecting. Clothes are decent quality for the price that was paid. No complaints. Was worried when I ordered as there were numerous bad reviews but I was pretty happy with the service and the clothes.
Very bad experience. Made an order ******* on 2nd January 2018. Yet to receive it and they are not offering to help. Telling me to sort it out myself. This will definitely be the last time I will be using them. They don't even deserve a 1 rating.
I should of looked at reviews because I wouldn't have thought twice and bought from the site. Asos charged me a third for some fees I had to pay before receiving my package, took forever to arrive. The clothes I bought were incredible cheap didn't like a single thing, completely different from the picture. After returning the whole package, they deduced me from the full refund even though everything was in perfect condition, the way I got it.
They usually respond to my simple emails but when i actually had a problem they totally ignored me i emailed them at least three times and never once heard from them! I got a dress and sent it to be dry cleaned and it totally shrunk even though we followed the exact care instructions! Im still waiting to hear if they can do anything about it but they keep ignoring me and of course there isnt any way to call them which is again pathetic!
