Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Asos's delivery is a joke, they lost 7 of my deliveries - back to back. Please stay away from their site. I know free delivery sounds attractive, it attracted me too, but trust me its a sham.
When i complained customer care kept sending me generic emails with the same content, inefficiency doesn't begin to describe them. They couldn't care less if they try tried.

Ive been shopping with asos for years now. The quality is usually low for the prices they charge but I dealt with it. I just received my latest order (a pair of shoes which arrived dirty and stained!) The most revolting thing was that in the shoebox was a candy wrapper! This shows that they have no quality check in place! I contacted them and instead of offering an apology they just matter of factly stated how to return the item. Thanks! Doesnt help me at all considering I now dont have a pair of shoes to wear to an upcoming event. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Of all the orders I've done with them I've only encountered problems twice and both were cleared up quickly and cheerfully. The second time they went especially above and beyond. Their in-house denim is of good quality.
The CEO ought to be ashamed of this place. The service is the worst. Customer service consistently end chats. They offer no sound help at all. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this place. Colors aren't what they look like on the site. Sizes are made for kids. And the people working there could give a rat's a$$ about the problem. I took screenshots of the conversation. Despicable.
Absolutely terrible company i ordered 2 orders one been a coat paid an instalment of £25 through klarna and still haven't received any of my orders, now on day 3 and I pay premium delivery. Spoken 8 times to on line chat who all say the same thing, that my query has been passed to a specialist team and they don't know if I will receive my orders. Logged onto my ASOS account only to find that my account has been blocked. Asked again on on line chat told they can't tell me anything but not too worry the specialist team are looking into it. This is absolutely terrible and has caused me anger, stress to point of me crying. I now know my instalments will be taken each month of £25 to klarna plus the £20 for my other order and there is nothing I can do about it. I know I will never receive these orders. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and I have spent thousands to this on line shop.

I was extremely skeptical about ordering from asos after reading all of the negative reviews, but I was surprised with how satisfied I was with my order. I ordered about $150 worth of clothes (jean skirt, suede boots, body suit, and two shirts!) which qualified me for 2 day express shipping. I wasn't courting on getting my package on time after reading the reviews, but sure enough two days later I came home and saw the package sitting outside my front door. The clothes were of good quality, the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the sizing was a little confusing (im not familiar with European sizes). I would definitely recommend spending a little more to get the express shipping.
Both time I ordered from ASOS, the "carrier was delayed" and my items were 3 weeks late. I ordered maternity clothing so you can see how this was problematic. The first time it happened, customer service said it wouldn't happen again. So, I took a change. HUGE mistake. They need to fix their carrier problem and be honest with customers. I will never order from them again.
Purchased online on the Canadian ASOS site. Order included free delivery for a total order of $119. Received the order at the local post office with a COD charge of $16.75. Talk to customer support. It's apparently taxes and duties. There is nowhere on the order or online where it suggests there may be extra charges. This is short sited on ASOS' part and seems like sketchy business practices. I will not order from ASOS again. Lets hope I don't have to return this purchase cause I'll be out my $16.75. I am also VERY DISAPPOINTED, like so many others.
Ordered dress for my daughter was guaranteed arrival on time for her graduation then they delayed shipment 30 days. Can't use dress as graduation over. No phone number and horrible chat conversation with I don't know who. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. I don't trust any company that doesn't offer a live human to speak to over phone. Bummed

I bought 4 pieces of clothing (2 tops, a pair of jeans, and leggings) which they told me would take around a week to ship. All of my purchases ended up coming 2 days early and were all fairly nice quality. I was a little concerned with the pants because I bought them size 'tall' but I am 5'11 and sometimes 'tall' can still be too short. However, the pants fit great and were by-far long enough. Now I live in Chicago so I am not sure if living in an urban city helped my order arrive faster, but overall I really enjoyed shopping with ASOS!
I ordered sum dope $#*! overalls for 70 bucks and they came on time they are new never worn and they look pretty koo... NOT BAD. Dont beleive the hype my first time ordering and everything was good. I recommend this site for anybody wanna stay stylish at a reasonable price..
Promotion was free shipping when you order two pairs of jeans which we did then had to pay for shipping when collecting from post office. Jeans did not fit then we had to pay again for shipping. Still waiting for refund. Their website has no links to monitor debits or credits. Customer service non existent.

Great products, horrible customer service. I have been ordering from them for several years, I recently had an issue with an order being sent to a wrong address. When I contacted them, instead of assisting me with my issue they gave me a condescending useless response and directed me to their returns policy! I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and was shocked at the caliber of customer service from such a big company. I won't be ordering from them again.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! I received an email from ASOS on 4th December stating the refund has been processed. It is now 31st December and I have not yet received my money back! I had contacted asos (chat) twice now and by the second time talking to them I got notification that supposedly they had refunded the money into my account. They said that customer care will be in contact with me in 3 days. It's just such shocking service by a well-known company! Extremely unprofessional and I will never shop with them again! My refund was $416! Which is a lot of money to wait for the refund to be in my account. The fact that I've had to follow up twice and do their job for them because they obviously just do not care! Easy enough to take my money but not easy enough to return what is mine! I still have not received the money and needing to wait another week to see the money (if I ever do!).

I've ordered from Asos for many years, and i've returned many items and if they ever make a mistake they rectify it, they are the best online shopping site in the business, i've tried many others as well and i always read reviews so I have to let people know they are a good honest business not like some of the other sites i've come across.
I ordered a package that was suppose to be delivered by oct 12. It's not almost two weeks past that date and the only answer I am given when I try to CHAT (why the hell no customer service number?) is that they are contacting the carrier. The tracking number has shown NO updates on where the package is since Oct 9th?! Said it was leaving NJ, a short distance from my home in PA, and nothing since then. NO ONE knows where it is?! I demanded a refund tonight on their chat and was told he would "hand the issue to the right team". Anyone have any suggestions on how to force this fraudulent company to give your money back?
Their selection is always on point and delivery is reliable. Half of my wardrobe is from ASOS and everything is really unique and well made. It's cool that they have a wide variety of merch for different price points. You can get designer stuff or a nice dress for a fancy occasion and cool clothes for half the price that you'd get somewhere like Urban or American Apparel.
Great shopping experiences! They have great items, and i love the student discounts, although i realized that they increase their price quite often :( the shipment length is decent, remembering that i live in the States. The live chat people are not as helpful as their competitors, but i give that a plus for having that service. One of my requests would be the sale, and more discounts please!
I placed my first order and was so excited they had the shoe I was looking for. When it came it was the next size larger. I logged on to see if I made the mistake, and soon found out they were sold out in my size and just shipped the nearest thing. I also noticed that the price had gone down. I emailed them and they said there was nothing they could do. They included a 10% off coupon for my trouble. Very cold email and point blank. Ship our shoes back and keep an eye on the shoe. We may get it in again, we may not. The shoe isn't terribly big, but it's the point. They should credit me on the sale price at the very least. It went down before I even received them. Very poor customer service.
Last Saturday 3rd February before midnight made next day delivery purcheses. Confirmation came by email at 00.40a.m. Happy With my husband we will have new shoes for my annual job awards gala. Waited 4 days and delivery havent arrived. Contacted Custumer service. Get information- delivery company have issues.well that is not my problem. Asked for compensation. Get offer of 10% off next purchases. I refused it. Employees in Asos have 40% off. Tryied to refund my purcheses and premium delivery for whole year. Chated with 5 agents. Took me that almost 2h. Wanted to cancel whole shopping but one of agent already re send my order. So now need to wait to be delivered and after return it and after claim refund.
Really unhappy and disappointed. It was my and my husband last order in Asos.

This company has $#*! quality. I ordered a couple thousand dollars of merch and returned most of it. I've spent thousands here over the years. Now they wont refund 856.00 worth of returned merch and canceled my account with no ability to contact customer service saying they suspect my account is fraudulent. This was after I spoke to an agent the day before who told me it was their error and I would be refunded the next day. This from the company who got their stuff back and wants to steal my money, ok?! I don't recommend supporting such a dishonest garbage company.
I bought some items from ASOS, and paid heavy in postage from Canada to return most of them that didn't fit. When I contacted them, I was told i could return for free from US. So ordered again, and I have been messaging and awaiting shipping label from them, 15 emails and 3 weeks later, they are no longer going to send me a label after making new purchases.

Terrible company. Yes they might have a lot of choices and decent prices but they are terrible company. Two times they are sending me wrong size. When I ask for help all you can get is chat and you do not even chat with a human first. They will not help any other way unless you return the item. I understand that they want it back but also they need to understand that people work and simple have no time to go to the post office to return things. Check the size before you ship. It's not that hard. No I am not taking time off work so I can get to the post office before they close and return item that ASOS screwed up. I will definitely not buy anything again from them and for sure do not recommend this company.

I ordered 3 dresses through ASOS and as I'm currently living in South Korea wasn't sure how long it would take. It only took about 3 weeks and the fabrics are even better than the pictures make them out to be. Measurements are also pretty true to size. I'm super happy and will definitely use them again!
