Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
Basically, I just didn't get what I ordered at all! Then, I returned the shoes and still haven't seen a refund. The shoes I received weren't all that ugly, just not what I paid for… Do not recommend at all!
ASOS are useless if anything goes wrong. They offer next day delivery if an order is placed by midnight (Mon - Fri) but when the delivery company lies about delivering your package you have to wait 48 hours for them to "investigate" then 48 hours for them to request another parcel is dispatched.
I ordered 4 items from ASOS. Two monokinis and a matching bikini. I returned all four items because they were too small and received a refund for 3. I contacted them via chat (they have no customer service number which is annoying but besides the point), and she said that they would contact me in 48 hours. Well, four days later I had still not heard from them. I contacted them again, and the woman said they inaccurately sent my request over and it would be an additional 48 hours before I heard from someone. Not only that but she misspelled my name wrong twice. Not only did they mismanage my return, they mismanaged my customer service request. The misspelling of my name makes me feel as if they are a careless company with no priority for customer service.
Ordered shoes from this company. Bizarrely, I was not contacted by post office when they arrived and they were returned. I was promised a refund. Nothing, I contacted them again and was promised a refund on a specific date. Nothing. Money is gone. Do NOT use this company. Impossible to contact and your money is gone.
I ordered a size 8 and a size 9 of the same shoe and they delivered the wrong sizes twice now! First they delivered two size 6s and this time I got a size 6 and a size 7. I'm not ordering from them again.

I made a pretty big order which had included a $300+ watch. I received the package, box damaged and looked like it has been opened. Upon opening I had noticed the watch box had been tampered with and to no surprise the watch wasn't inside.
I contacted ASOS and post to try and resolve the issue. Post wouldn't do anything unless ASOS asked for it. I sent photos and described what happened and was told they put in a refund. The next day I got an email saying my account had been deactivated for fraudulent activity and that no further contact will be made by me. I'm still trying to fight it but getting no where.
Long story short ASOS stole $300 from me and made no effort in an investigation. I've bought from them multiple times so to be treated like this is unacceptable. I would not buy from here if my account was still active and advise others to do the same.
Most horrible customer service i ever had to deal with. They sent me the wrong package and i paid the customs. They wanted me to reorder my item it was out of stock, when you are chatting with them they take minutes for every text and never answer your questions. I had to send the wrong item back because they said they will refund the item and the custom charges. Three weeks later never got my money back, contacted them and they told me they will send it in 2 weeks but without the custom charges.
Moral of the story, i lost money, time and patience trying to get them to understand and answer. They are dishonest and shouldn't even be allowed to sell.
Had to pay $20 sgd delivery fee through the Asos website and an additional $40 sgd import tax and custom fee to the courier just to receive my shirt which is almost double the cost of my purchase. I'm also unable to return the item back through the Asos website if I'm unwilling to pay for the import tax fees. Ridiculous. Buy at your own risk!
I'll start with this, I love Asos and I've ordered from them many times, but I'm so disappointed with how they handled my situation. I made an order, and it was delivered incorrectly. I tried to see if they could simply redelivery the order. But NO, they have policies and procedures, so they could not simply try to send it again. I have to wait for a refund, and now the shirt I wanted is out of stock, and the watch I wanted is $5 dollars more. My feelings were grossly disregarded. They are a soul-less company.
I bought the Floral Hipster Bikini Pant and Top, it costs $50. Floral is very popular in this year since I find the promis wearing same styles to the beach. The shipping takes only 3 days. The work of the bikini is very good but the Pant is a little bit to big.
I'd like to shopping in asos again, I think the design's really good.
My package is lost ASOS do not want to accept the fact that it have not been delivered they actually ask me to go around and knock on all doors in the building and then go to all post offices in town and see if the package is there. Budbee was to do a in person hand over of the package but they did not deliver the package. ASOS keeps asking the same questions and I reply but they say I should reply once more and then again and again. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Then they close the chatt. I have to start over and the same thing. Do not buy things from ASOS. It will eat up you time.and the quality of their products are really low to. They tell you to wait and then they close the chatt. This is like a joke for ASOS

I recently just did my first order with ASOS. It took them over 2 weeks to get my order. Had some items that I needed to return but I couldn't sign back into my account. Kept saying my account got blocked. Their forgot password doesn't work. I emailed them 5+ times but kept getting the same email telling me that they will get back to me but never did. So now I'm stuck with stuff that I can't fit into. Horrible customer service. I feel like I got scammed with this website.
Purchased with ASOS in 2017 and had a far better experience so I am in shock with how downhill the service /customer service has become. I never received my order as it was "delivered" to the wrong address. ASOS advised that they delivered to the address in their system HOWEVER, I did not provide said address. It was not a prior address nor an address I am familiar with. A completely random address! Their suggestion is that I go knock on a strangers door and request my package returned. In reading the reviews and the complaints on the BBB, this same situation has happened to many others. Not sure what type of scam this is but changing addresses and claiming the package was delivered to said address with no signature required and no picture to confirm delivery seems they are taking money for purchases they never actually send. I will never, ever, ever order from ASOS again.

The order ******* arrived 3 weeks late. Since the order arrived late, I did not open it and decided to return it back. The tracking number showed the order already returned back to ASOS. Now, it is more than three months fighting with ASOS to refund me $195.5 and they have not issue it yet. They are trying not to refund me without any valid reason. I will sue asos.com. I was a regular customer with ASOS.com but now I will not buy again from them. Be careful. Don't buy from ASOS.com. The worst customer service I have ever deal with.
I have ordered from Asos a couple of times before to the Netherlands and Slovakia without any issues however, since I have been in France it has been an absolute shi* show. My first order was sent back because I placed the house number at the end of the street name instead before it and the delivery man was too much of an idiot to look. I have accepted this as my mistake although it took them 2 seconds to take my money and 3 weeks to return it. My second order was placed begining of October and I still dont have the package or my money back. The tracking said it was delivered to my house while no one called me or brought the package. Asos told me to go looking behind bins or some other area the delivery boy could have left the package or to try the post office. At the post office they told me the package was sent back however Asos did not have it. All I've gotten past month and a half is a bunch of sorrys but nothing done. Horrifying service!
Took just shy of two weeks to arrive, I was never informed of any delays, I was advised it would arrive early with nothing else communicated, customer service was shocking, their is no one to call, just an online chat where you just get passed around from pillar to post not a single person between them all could help it was like talking to a wall which just kept fobbing you off hoping you would go away, just a disgusting service, I even wrote a complaint to have this escalated & they just don't care… defo go & buy elsewhere & get a better service!

I am extremely frustrated, I spent over $400 at ASOS and instead of receiving all of the clothes, I received a 25 lb weight in the mail. They totally scammed me, no one from customer service is responding, there is no way to get in touch with them, there goes my paycheck from last week, super disappointing :(
This company has only ever disappointed me. I have bought from here maybe 20 times? And I'm not exaggerating, literally everything I have bought from them I have ended up having to return. The quality is absolute GARBAGE, the clothing never looks like the photos, the colors are off, the sizing is ALWAYS off. It's like they are trying to mislead you. Please save your money and never even LOOK at their website.

Terrible customer service. Advertised on the website "free shipping to Canada". DONT listen to that. I had to pay an extra $42.09 at the post office, almost half of what I spent on my bridesmaid dress. The lady at the post office said this is not the first time someone had to go in to pay customs on an order from ASOS. I emailed customer service 3 times and got the same exact generic answer from each one. They all said they can't control the custom charges, but if my package says FREE delivery to Canada like it said, there are NO CUSTOMS. Clearly my package didn't come from Canada, but that is FALSE advertising and they won't admit that they did wrong.
I ordered a dress for my graduation ceremony this Saturday to ship within 2 days but it turned out that my dress would not come before Monday, two days after the graduation ceremony. I contacted customer service and they said they could not do anything and it was not their fault. I $#*!ing registered for the 2-day shipping option and I ordered it like last Friday. They have 7 days to process a 2-day shipping order and they failed and the screwed my graduation. And now I could not cancel the order and they said I had to contact USPS by a 20-digit tracking number. The customer service person was very mean and unhelpful and not empathized. I will never purchase anything here!
It took them THREE months to email saying they received my return and another month until they said the refund would be processed AS A CREDIT because it took them longer than a month to receive the return. I paid 30 in duties on a 90 order and then 30 to return the entire order. So I spend $150 dollars and they wanted to give me an ASOS credit. No thanks, I won't be shopping with your company again. I finally got a hold of someone on chat and they said they can't do anything and they have to submit a request to another department. After a week I did not hear back so I went to chat again and the lady said it would take another week at least. It's ridiculous and their products are NOT worth it, terrible quality brands and you get hit with a ton of duties.

3 months ago I ordered a few things. I didnt like one of the items, so I returned them. After 2 months I still have not received my money back. And I see that I am not the only one with that problem. I find it ridiculous that they do not give people their money back. And this is seriously a crime and someone should really do something about it. They dont even deserve one star. The customer service is also the worst thing I have ever experienced.
I purchased two dresses, my total was 100 canadian dollars. I was charged 50 dollars duty to get them passed the border, and one of these dresses ended up being completely incorrect. I ordered a UK10 and was sent a UK24. In response, I had to ship the item back and pay for shipping in order to get a refund for the dress! When expressing my concerns they completely disregarded the duty fee in emails, when I asked for a reference number they directed me to a third party company that couldnt provide me with any substantial refund. I will never order from this website again, I can't believe I need to justify their own mistake, I feel like I have literally burned money.
I personally think that materials and quality depends on the range of price you would like to spend on ASOS. When I first bought collusion's T-shirts which was around 20bucks the quality was really unexpected. I was really disappointed but again I bought this collusion unisex oversized check blazer set spending more than 100bucks I was pretty nervous at first but then, I am really happy to receive the quality I expected and the size guide is just perfect. I am loving my new suit
