Excellent Customer Service

Good customer service experiences are far and few, but this was one of those rare moments where every box was checked. The teamwork was impeccable so if my device is ever damaged again, I know I'll be in good hands at this is the location and I would also recommend people to be serviced at the location because the level of attentiveness and care that I received throughout was phenomenal and refreshing.

Excellent service and quick in store repair!

I came in to get my back glass repaired. Luckily they had my part. The in store repair tech talked me through the whole insurance process with ease and assured me the repair would take only 5-10 mins max. It sure did only take about 5 mins. I will definitely be taking my phone here next time it needs a repair!

They really do make it easy

One of our family cell phones got damaged, cracked screen. Because of the easy to use MyAT&T app I was able to confirm my insurance coverage. So easy, So streamlined, So friendly, So professional. Our Specialist scheduled an appointment with a conveniently located nearby repair shop that day. And this was Saturday! Unbelievably awesome! We had our phone fixed and back in our hands w/in a couple hours. No deductible! Zero! Nada! Zilch! Thank you so much!

I recently visited uBreakiFix by Asurion at Tucson Mall and had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was prompt. A special shout-out to Jake, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the repair process. The store offers free diagnostics, a low-price guarantee, and a 1-year limited warranty on most repairs. They handle a wide range of devices, including phones, tablets, computers, and game consoles. Highly recommend this location for any tech repair needs! ​

I phone repair

Asurion was remarkable. I'm a Park Ranger, yet the service tech came to my location that day and had my phone repaired in 30 minutes. He was great, very friendly and more then accommodating. I couldn't have asked for more!

Fast and easy service

So, as most things happen. I recently paid off my phone and of course managed to drop it square on the edge of my screen. I was lucky enough that it was covered under Asurion. I went in with such a. Let's face it negative mentality, thinking I was about to pay for more services/repairs. I walked into my local AT&T store and was quickly assisted and my phone was repaired under warranty! Talk about turning a frown upside down. I could not be more happy with my experience. Thank you again for such a nice and easy experience! I will definitely continue to purchase the insurance on every device in the years to come!

Back screen cracked

The tech at at&t Hanford his an excellent job he just didn't do the back screen but the front one too he made my phone practically new.
Keep having technicians like them and keeping hardworking and also fast the time they say it takes that's what it is.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to file a claim and how quick they repaired my son's phone. By the time I left asurion and got home. I received an email that his phone was ready for pick up. Such excellent and professional service. So glad we have this protection.

I broke it they fixed it...

No one wants to break their device, but if you do Asurion is the way to go. Making a claim was super easy and from claim to repair was super fast and painless. Having the insurance through my carrier made the process seamless and I only had to pay my deductible. I hope to never need the service again but it is good to know that I can rely on Asurion to handle my device issues.

Excellent Experience

The tech that fixed my phone was nothing short of AMAZING. He was alone in the store and I felt well taken care of. The electricity went out for a few minutes in the mall that we were in and he used his phone light to continue working. Just Excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it. I just knew he was going to say come back tomorrow but he didn't. Thank you

Amazingly easy

My son's phone was cracked. I filed a claim online one night, and the next afternoon the tech was at my house at the scheduled time. He fixed the phone, offered a glass protector, and was on his way. It could not have been easier or more efficient. Definitely worth the price for insurance.

Cracked Phone Screen

The Asurion representative came to the house within the time frame I selected. He gave me advance notice of his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was pleasant and had me sign the consent. Everything was done inside his work van in my driveway. It took roughly a half hour and he was on his way. I was impressed with how quick everything was, and I liked how they came to me. It beat having to go sit at an AT&T store for a period of time. It's definitely worth paying for the insurance.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE

My experience with Asurion was very professional, fast, and friendly. By me being on a job assignment away from home I dropped my phone and it cracked my screen. Went to at&t and they directed me to asurion right down the street from where they were at. I was expecting that I wouldn't get my phone back until 2-3 days but low and behold i was completely shock when Aiden told me it will be ready in 2 hours. I was super excited 😄 and grateful to have my phone back on the same day.

One, two, three easy peasy

As for filing my claim when my mobile would no longer hold a charge, was straight forward, however, I have another claim to file and your system isn't at all easy, in fact after numerous attempts your system provides a 800 number. There should be a prompt to file another claim.

Quick, Easy, and Effective

Wow! Where can I start? Scheduling was a breeze, technician arrived on time, he was extremely nice, and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend if you need a repair! Fixed my iPhone screen and didn't have to wipe or reprogram it.

Black screen, they came to my home to fix

Top notch service. The gentleman arrived on time. Came to my door, told me it would take 15-20 minutes to diagnose. Exactly 15-20 mins later he was knocking on my door and i had a fixed screen. Couldn't recommend more. So much easier than traveling all the way to the store and waiting hours when it is 35 mins from my home.

Broken screen!

I just called Asurion under my iPhone warranty and they gave me all the options to fix my broken screen and they complied with my request. Just like that it took me 5 minutes to schedule the service at my place of work. Incredible! This doesn't happens with other companies
