I have had many bags and several belts... as well as a scarf or two examined by the terrific gals at Authenticate First. I have found them to be exceptional, professional, prompt and courteous. I wish I had heard about Authenticate First sooner! As a buyer of high end clothing and handbags online, I'm sometimes left with the nagging doubt that I bought a fake. Someone suggested trying this service, and I had them authenticate a Chanel bag, and found it was indeed a real one, leaving me much happier with my purchase. I plan on having all of my high-end clothes and bags authenticated by them. As a seller, I like to authenticate my items to increase sales and leave my buyers confident in me. Their service is reliable and reasonably priced for doing so. That said, you MUST send a lot of clear, high-quality images. I mean come on, they're doing this online so you have to give them plenty of images to work with!

Been using authenticate first for 5 year to authenticate designer items for my consignment store. Turn around is very fast. I never have to wait more than a day. The new website is simple to request an authentication. When researching authentication services prices, authenticate first is least expensive.

Authenticate First has stepped up their game in the authentication arena. Response are fast, customer service is great and the new online set up makes it super easy to know what pictures to take as you go over step by step. Other companies are very complicated and I am usually hesitant on submitting items for authentication. This has all changed with Authenticate First and now I am excited to submit items for authentication.
