Whenever I'm in need of an authentication, I without a doubt use AuthenticateFirst! Their prices are fair and the turn around time is SO quick, sometimes even quicker than what they advertise. You can also order digital certificates for authentic items which come in super handy when you plan to resell! That peace of mind from knowing your item was professionally authenticated is always worth it!
You cannot argue with a company that doesn't use common sense and is out to just make a buck. Don't fall for it, people. Look up their reviews - there are a TON of bad ones. TONS. And the fact that the company isn't willing to look into bettering their shady practices or even speak to people in a more kind and less condescending matter, really says a lot about their legitimacy. Some people live with themselves only because they are in denial about their bad behavior. Shame on you, AuthenticateFirst.

They change the results in an unprofessional manner. I checked my bag before and it got authentic result, then I did it again with another picture (same bag) then got another result. I told them this problem and they erased the results of the first money. They can really check, but they are really unprofessional. If you want to check gucci, then you should rate it somewhere that specializes in gucci rather than them
UPDATE:: After I emailed them saying what they did was unprofessional and sent them other certificates, I told them to change the results and asked them to work seriously, my account was unable to useable. (image below)

First of all, we did not erase any results. Second of all, even though the serial numbers were the same, they were NOT the same bag - the QR codes were different.
You are trying to scam people, you are blacklisted from using our services again!
I paid $1700 for a YSL College Bag 1 year ago in which authenticatefirst deemed authentic. I provided them with photos of the bag WITHOUT the serial code (I did not realise that I didn't provide this) and they DIDN'T ASK FOR IT, AND DEEMED IT AUTHENTIC. I tried to sell the bag and the buyer said that the item was counterfeit so I reauthenticated the bag and it was in fact counterfeit. I contacted "Gina"/authenticatefirst though email (they don't even have a phone number) and they replied what seemed like 2 of the same automatic messages saying "We stand behind our expert's opinion that the bag is authentic". I have lost $1700 out of pocket and will never use this service again, I have found better services with faster turnaround and are accurate.

I have been using Authenticate First to authenticate my pre-owned handbags for several years. I have used their services at least 10 times. Couldn't be happier!
I contacted on 1/22/18 them to Authenticate a Chanel bag and from the first email I mentioned the bag has not code or card. They mentioned they can help. I sent the first pictures (many pics). I also mentioned in other emails that it does not have holograms. They keep asking for more pictures. Every time I sent more and more pics, I asked for confirmation of being receive it because I wanted to make sure I sent the right and needed pics, and I just got answers few days after, that it is not an easy process, it would be sent to another person, they need more pics... Conclusion, until today I got an email about a refund from them and they were not able to authenticate it without Hologram and Made in France sign by email or inhome. Basically, very simple question from the beginning of the process.So, be advised that you wont receive a good service, fast and reliable. You will deal almost with a machine responding your emails saying, need more pics, not easy process, contact the seller. Very bad experience. PS: they wont refund the whole money if you pay extra services.

Normally this is a fast and easy process as you can see by previous comments - it was not the case in this authentication. You mentioned that it did not have a code or card, you did not mention the Chanel heat stamps, which was a determining factor. We would not waste your time or ours if we knew right away we were not able to authenticate the item. We had to go back and ask for you to show us they were or were not present. Unfortunately many times clients say a marking is not there, but they are not looking in the correct spot. Regarding extra services - this is covered on our site. I was excited to purchase my Louis Vuitton Multicolore Monogram white marakumi Takashi(2004) speedy 30 in white, however, I purchased the item off Kijiji and of course there? S always a shadow of doubt when I comes to authenticity if not purchasing at the Louis Vuitton store. So I decided to employ the services of Authenticatefirst and they were able to reassure me and authenticate my piece as authentic... Granted I had a photo authentication complete, I sent them 60+ photos in various angles and lighting, close and far, to ensure the accuracy and precision of the services. They were able to validate the bag, which made me happy, but also what? S more impressive is that they had my order completed in 6 hours! It was great! This is a service provider I would recommend to anyone in a time crunch for selling their luxury item - who needs validation NOW! I use Authenticate First to authenticate luxury items that I buy and sell online. Receiving a COA from a trusted business gives my buyers peace of mind. Additionally, I use their services to authenticate my personal items that I purchase for myself, which helps me make informed decisions about what I purchase.
I cannot afford to buy luxury at full-price, but I especially cannot afford to buy a fake. Authenticate First offers services starting at only $10, which, for me, is more than worth the peace of mind. For items I sell, I upgrade my purchases to include a Certificate of Authenticity to help my buyers shop with confidence.
Other sites have asked me for as little as only 5 photos, whereas Authenticate First asked me for as many as I could provide. The process was really easy and got back quick and kind responses to each and every question I asked. Superb in that way.
However, I'm not pleased with the Certificate of Authentication as it states on it, "Not valid for Paypal or other disputes." As a seller, this gives every scammer on eBay a window to use against you and say your purse is fake. The reason I have my items verified is to show they are authentic and by saying that right on the paperwork, it leaves you wide open for an SNAD case. So then you have no choice but to pay more money to get their "written statement."
I asked for a COA. Nothing more. I didn't pay for a COA that states on the paper that this is not to be used for disputes.
If I were a buyer and saw this as a part of an auction I would steer clear because to me, this is saying that, "In our opinion it's real but you can't use this COA to file any disputes."
In other words, this paperwork is not to be used as validation of the item's authenticity.
They should really let people know that this statement will be put on their COA. Had I know, I would have never used their service.
The COA cannot be used for disputes because it does not contain the required information that ebay, paypal or credit cards require in dispute situations. This has nothing to do w/the opinion given. They require certain information to be present which is not listed on our standard COAs. This is why we offer written statement service, which is 6-8 pages and satisfies all of the requirements. No one in over the 70K COA's we have issued, have used it for SNAD situation.

I paid for an authentication review along with and extra $20 for expedited service which is 24 or less, stated by them, I reached out numerous times without reply when it wasn't within the time frame, it wasn't until I said I was going to reach out to PayPal for a dispute that they wrote back, upset that I would call this a scam and SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT.
DO NOT USE. There are other numerous sites to have your things authenticated and for cheaper than they charge! All these other reviews have 5stars because they have emailed saying if you leave a 5star review you could have a FREE AUTHENTICATION!

It was beyond our control that you could not find the code and we should not be slandered because of it. This was your responsibility to find it, and it was obviously there.
I purchased a Valentino rockstud spike bag from a reseller and sent in images to this company for an authentication certificate. I sent in EVERY SINGLE angle including the box, dustbag and tags.
I took it in this week to consign and was questioned on the authenticity by the consignment company. Following this I had it professionally authenticated in person AND by another online authentication company. BOTHHH have returned claiming the bag is COUNTERFEIT.
I am now thousands out of pocket over the negligence of authenticate first who will now shift the blame for their unprofessional and rushed service as an "opinion" for legal reasons.
