I ordered a pre painted front fender flare for my 2022 Chevy Silverado on the invoice I included the factory paint code on the original order invoice and they still sent the wrong color! They will not respond to my emails when I call they will not call me back they just tell me they will and never do! They leave me on hold for 30 minutes at a time they then told me to take a picture of the part on the truck so they can see the paint difference so I did and they told me that there was nothing they could do because I installed it which I didn't no hardware was used to mount the piece I was just doing what they told me to do a total waste of $500 dollars they are straight up scammers I will be leaving bad reviews on google and yelp as well!
I made the mistake of ordering parts from this outfit before checking on their reviews and with the BBB. BIG mistake on my part! They promise to send out parts within 10 days, doesn't happen, let alone a painted body part. BUYER BEWARE should be the name of this company. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Don't use them. Total rip off. I waited for months to get my order now 6 months later it's still not right. They don't answer phone calls, the lady who answers after hours of waiting hangs up on you, nothing gets resolved ever. The worst service ever.
Try calling the number on the website no one will answer and it will ring until it hangs up. Good luck on getting an issue resolved with no customer service. Also try to email them and see if they respond. I doubt it. Would not recommend that anyone use a business that is run like this.
The absolute worst company to deal with ever! The reviews of customer service hanging up on you are correct or putting you on hold until you just give up. Also, the manager is never there nor is the boss. These people should have their business closed. Still waiting on my parts and it has been a month. Do not use this company! Can not even cancel my order because there is always an excuse. The absolute worst.
Purchased painted bumper cover with delivery promised 10-15 days. Got automatic reply the order was submitted and 17 days later no delivery or response to repeated requests for order status.
Thought I'd write an update on my Friday review. Bottom line is after three months of fighting and reporting this company to the BBB of Illinois, I finally gave up. I never received the part I ordered nor a refund. This turned out to be $190 lesson learned. I hope for your sake you are reading these reviews before placing your order.
This business should be shut down by the Attorney General of Illinois. I ordered a front bumper, complete with year, model and Vin number for the car. I received a bumper for another year and model. I called them and essentially told where to put the bumper, not on the car. I disputed with the credit car all to no avail. They could care less about doing the right thing, use them at your own risk, you have been warned!
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Their customer service is nonexistent. I would NEVER purchase from them again. I ordered a bumper cover that arrived with broken plastic and the paint was done incorrectly. They shipped this part in a box without ANY labeling that said fragile, handle with care, or this side up. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and are refusing to return my money. They are blaming the company that shipped the product, even though there was no way possible for the shipping company to have known what was inside or how to handle it. It was not even padded with anything. I would avoid this company at all cost. I had to order the part from someone else and am now out $800 2 weeks before my wedding. I have never had a company refuse to let me speak with a manager. Please avoid this company at all costs!
I WISH I had read reviews prior to ordering. My experience could not be any worse. I could go on at length, but it's just too long. HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. Lies, deception, fraud... you name it. End result, no part, and I've YET to receive a refund... can only cross my fingers at this point. Looks like I'm out about $100.00 bucks. Thank God it wasn't more. The site LOOKS legit, but it's a total scam. Do NOT do business with these people. The lies and deception are so outrageous, you have to laugh, or you'd go mad. Ex... my barely english speaking customer service rep, "Martha" (can you believe that) told me 3 lies, IN THE SAME CONVERSATION! That's if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone. ZERO e-mail replies to repeated inquiries. Not ONE!
