Autoloss. So thankful I called you to take my claim. Insurance was low balling me on a total out for hail damage at a insulting $9000 for my 2002 Excursion. Monica and her team turned around and made my return $16,500. Very easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Thanks again!
At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration. Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further. Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.
The Autoloss team did an outstanding job of representing me against my insurance company.
They were able to negotiate a fair settlement which resulted in thousands of dollars more than the insurance company had offered. Thank you for doing a great job.

I had a great experience with working with Monica and her team at Auto Loss. My BMW was was in pristine condition before it was hit by car while it was parked. I reached out to Auto loss and Monica was extremely responsive and very helpful through out the process of recovering the diminished value for my car from the insurance company. She worked with me in providing all the necessary and supporting documents and i was able to settle for a $6000 check for my car. I highly recommend the team at auto loss.

I spoke with a few diminished value companies. Monica at autoloss was the only company to call me back. Within 24 hours I received a diminished value report. State Farm sent me a check for thousands. Arlene

Don't be sucked in by there claims and being polite. They are there to get your money only.
There generic forms sent to the insurance company are worthless and scare no one.
You have to do the negotiation your self or spend the money on an attorney
Not some one with out a voice.
The 250.00 spent only added to my diminished value loss.
BE WARNED.
Fist car accident ever, 2023 vehicle with less than 200 miles - I was at a stop sign, likely $15k or more damage. Ugly!
Should be open and shut claim - Monica said to wait for the itemized repair order then call back - I asked about what the process is - she hung up on me. Where on this Earth are the manners, at least say good bye before hanging up. Needless to say, I have zero interest in doing business with this company.
Monica and her team were awesome. They helped me through the whole process, communicating and assisting when needed. Would definitely recommend this anyone needing help and getting what you deserve for your vehicle, couldn't be more happy
How can you turn $300 into $4700. Hire autoloss. American family sent me a check with little issues. Mônica is nothing more then amazing.
The insurance company stated they knew autoloss was would pay 75% of autoloss quote. Found Money so I was very happy. Jim German
Thanks so much and It was a pleasure working with you. Monica Fisher
Not to put down their methods but obtaining a diminished value figure using auto auction results is something anybody can do plus this method isn't accepted by the insurance companies. Do your due diligence and find an auto diminished value appraiser that uses only dealer quotes. They are very hard to find because that method requires diligent work. Always check a company's BBB rating too. This company has had multiple complaints.
Working with Autoloss was a pleasure. My neighbor told me about diminished value and gave me Monica's number. My new Toyota has minor damage due to a wreck but I knew someone owed me money. Within a few weeks I was able to call
Farmers and have them mail me a check for over$3400. The check was more because of Autoloss. I was very pleased with them and would use them again in a minute. Thanks, harry Weinberg
I just got done dealing with Monica at Autoloss in Portland. I initially contacted her in mid June after my 01 Tundra was stolen and totaled and after getting ridiculous offers from the insurance company to settle.
Although this took a while to settle and we had to get an umpire involved, I did manage to get what my truck was worth after all. One word of advice, these things take time and the insurance delay tactics are at play so lot of patience is required.
Sad I had to go through this but Monica@ Autoloss team made it bearable.
Thanks so much Alvin. Rarely, do clients have to go to umpire but I am so glad you received thousands because of it. Call me if you ever have any questions. Monica Fisher
Initially, I was only offered only $500 for my diminished value claim. State Farm tried to screw me like all insurance companies do. I had used Autoloss before so it was easy to work with them. After many demand letters by Autoloss staff and Doug calling my adjuster I settled for $5600. The process lasted 4 weeks. Great bang for the buck. Yisa GUI
Hi Yisa- It was great working with you again. I always enjoy hearing your fun family stories and let me know if we can help you or your sister. Thanks, Monica Fisher
I was dealing with an unprofessional claims adjuster that simply couldn't justify their low ball settlement offer. Thanks to Monica and the Autoloss team, she helped me increase my settlement amount from $54,000 to $60,000. Money well spent! Thanks Autoloss!
Autoloss worked with me every step of the way and I accomplished what I wanted
In this diminished value claim. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
If fact I'm telling all my friends about this experience.
Sondra Wentling
First, I would like to say that more people are likely to send negative reviews rather than positive ones. I've had only a positive experience from AutoLoss. They were able to get me a settlement 3x more than the amount originally offered to me, and for that, I will be forever grateful!
Monica and her team did outstanding job!
If you don't get this company a try, you're doing yourself a huge injustice…
They provided a useless appraisal that the insurance company rejected (appraisal is a generic pre-accident value, not post accident appraisal). They will advise you to get a quote from the dealer for post accident value while emphasizing to NOT tell the dealer about diminished value. It's important to note that dealerships do NOT provide appraisals unless you are there to buy a car..., hence, you can 1. Lie or 2. Go pay for an appraisal. Don't waste your $250. Find a professional appraiser who actually inspects your vehicle!
This company cannot help you with a diminished value claim. When I spoke with the owner about their services she verbally told me that her company guaranteed they could get a diminished value claim or they would refund their fee. When it came down to it, the claim was declined, and she pointed to a carefully cloaked clause in their contract that got them out of honoring their money back guarantee. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Work directly with the insurance company. AutoLoss does not provide value or honor their word.
Tip for consumers:
SAVE YOUR MONEY. AutoLoss does not offer value and their pitch is really slick. You can work directly with your own insurance agent, or the company that is processing the claim.

I paid $275 for a service that guaranteed a full refund if I was not able to get a diminished value claim from an insurance company. AutoLoss provided a report that the insurance company had no value to them or impact on the claim. AutoLoss pointed to a carefully cloaked clause in their contract that did not match their sales pitch. In the end, I did not get a diminished value claim offered and AutoLoss refused a refund.
We tried to help Teri and we asked her to send us a copy of the prior loss so we could amend the claim and help her further. She refused to send us the prior loss information so we could help her further. Feel free to email us and we can send a copy of the thread showing us asking her many times for the prior loss. I explained to her that she could get it from the body shop, the adjuster at the insurance company, or the Carfax. She refused to help us at all. Monica Fisher
Monica and her support team helped me through filling a diminished value claim from a car accident for brand new TeslaY. They listened to my situation, needs and I felt very well taken care through the entire process. Thank you So much for all your help and support!
I live in Houston Texas and I was rear ended by a geico insured. The driver stated the loss was my fault. After 14 months of fighting them I won. Next, I wanted to get diminished value on my new car. After another long fight I was able to receive $3500 for my diminished value claim. Autoloss was great help. T m
I was recently rear ended and the other parties insurance company offered me $980 for
The diminished value on my vehicle. I contacted Monica@ Autoloss and she appraised
The D. V. at $3700. She explained the process clearly, responded to emails quickly, and offered to support me through the entire process, which in my case was brief. I received the full appraised amount from the insurance company within a week of Monica sending them the appraisal.

I am happy to give AutoLoss (Monica) a stellar review. She really came through for us. The total loss valuation provided to my insurance adjuster by CCC was very low compared to what I was seeing on the internet. I invoked the appraisal clause in my insurance policy and was very pleased with a $10k adjustment. She was prompt and professional. KUDOS!

I agree, with the other reviews. Go without autoloss ands good luck. Autoloss saved me thousands due to the report and help. State Farm lied to me for months. They had never heard of diminished value. What a joke they are. Doug creek

Highly recommend Monica and her team! My 2020 Honda Accord was involved in an accident a few months after purchasing it. They helped me get a few thousand from the insurance company I was going after! After a month of me trying to do it myself, I finally reached out to Autoloss and I'm glad I did!
Thanks Elizabeth. Call us if you ever get in a wreck again. Monica Fisher
Absolutely entirely a SCAM. Quick to take your money. Their poor skills show no results. Not worth you money. Communication is non existent at best. Customer service poor. Huge SCAM.
I do believe any of the reviews that are five stars. Their trick is that they state money back only if they get less the appraisal report which is $250. Run from these people is a SCAM and the owner is incredibly rude.
They send a slew of paper work that is meaningless, have you chase down the insurance company with no results. The insurance company laughs at what these people send via email.
Called the BBB and supposedly this is a common problem with her.
BEWARE!
Monica and her team are the nicest to sell you on the first call. Then become savage monsters afterwards. They're using templates that don't work. Their methods are outdated and they make you repeat the same steps even though the insurance company denied the demand for payment on diminished value. She couldn't get Us a dollar after months of trying and then says thr money back guarantee doesn't apply lol. She won't respond to emails in a timely fashion, her emails are short and unprofessional. And again doesn't even honor her own claim of 100 percent guarantee if it doesn't work you get your money back. She'll start adding more steps to prolong it and won't do them herself she'll say you have to do it. She's a real criminal and thief.! Beware she has no idea what she's doing and she's as rude as they come.

I am sorry you were disappointed with Autoloss. It is our goal to make every client happy. At the end of the process if you dont have at least the appraisal fee you would get your fee back. Please see the refund policy on www.autoloss.com. Monica Fisher
While diminished value claims do take a few weeks to resolve Autoloss made the process as painless as possible. Autoloss filed the needed paperwork for me. I spoke with a few employees a few time and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. After a weeks of serious negotiations I was able to negotiate a few thousand dollars over my initial offer so the process was definitely a big plus. Thanks, Carolyn
Carolyn we make a great team with you. Monica Fisher
