Autoloss. So thankful I called you to take my claim. Insurance was low balling me on a total out for hail damage at a insulting $9000 for my 2002 Excursion. Monica and her team turned around and made my return $16,500. Very easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Thanks again!

“Truely painful experience”

At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration. Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further. Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.

I just can't say enough how much I appreciate what Auto Loss and Monica has done for me when my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was totaled out in a accident. Within 24 hours of me supplying her the information, she had her appraisal done and sent to my insurance company. My insurance company wanted to only give me $17,700 for my Tucson. Monica's estimate was $4,300 more! It took about a week but my insurance company agreed to all the additional money! Thank you so much Monica, I could really use that extra $4,300!

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. My attorney, john Davis told me they were the best in the field. My diminished value claim settled for $7000, more. The report was excellent and my attorney stated it was a no brained thing. Thanks. Jared fil

I have worked with autoloss a few times and have been very happy with the outcome. Monica, and her staff go the extra distance to make sure I am always happy. I have a large family and it seems someone is always hitting us. Each time I have a problem I call Monica to see what she thinks about my claim. Many times after reviewing my claim she will tell me to take the adjuster offer. The auto claims she takes she never lets me down. I easily have cashed $10,000 in checks because of autoloss. The insurance company will not always give me the full amount in her reports but the settlements are close to the full amount. Thanks for the help, Alex Marty

All I can say is Wow! Monica is simply amazing. She fought for me and got a great settlement for my diminished value on my Jeep. With out her I would of gotten less than a 3rd of what they gave me. If you need someone to go to bat for you look no further. I truly can't say enough. My experience was perfect.

I took a chance and called on a Saturday morning. Monica answered the phone which was unexpected because I thought I was just gonna leave a message. I explained my situation to her and the problems they was having with my insurance company and she ran some quick numbers. And was able to give me hope that we could recover more of the cars value I opted for the $500 package because I didn't want to deal with the insurance companies she handled the whole thing. We received three times with the insurance company was offering.

Monica can help you! If you have had an accident, not your fault you need to file a Diminished Value Claim With the guilty party insurance company. This is where Monica and her company Autoloss comes in. You WILL Need her professional help to get paid. The insurance companies will try and tell you that fixing your car is enough, but is not. A properly repaired car still loses a substantial amount of resale value once it has been in a wreck. You need to get paid for this loss as well as repairs. Autoloss is the help and guidance you need to get your claim filed and get paid. In my instance with my 2018 Tesla M3 I received an additional $12,093.00. Give her a call and get your loss covered

My neighbor told me to call autoloss. I have used autoloss a few times and each time I was able to get thousands of dollars. I did have to call the insurance company a few times. I am very happy with them.

Had a total loss valuation issue. Insurance offer wasn't in the ballpark of the fair market value. I gave Monica the vehicle info & supporting documents. Then, Like Magic the Insurance company Doubled their offer. SUCCESS

Who can turn $250 to $4600? Autoloss can and they did. Monica settled the diminished value claim and State Farm sent me a check. I live in Georgia and and the 17 c formula is a ridiculous formula. Autoloss was able to get me a lot more money. Great job Martin

I made the mistake of using AutoLoss to provide me with a useful vehicle appraisal in my attempts to recover diminished value after being struck by another motorist. They essentially provided me with a listing of four comparable vehicles off of one of the search engines for pre-owned vehicles. They included a statement of the obvious regarding buyer preference between two "identical" autos, one repaired and the other original. The insurance company I was dealing with (State Farm) basically laughed when I mentioned AutoLoss. State Farm made several offers to settle, the final one less than half of what AutoLoss stated I deserved. Rather than drag this situation out any longer (7 months), I took State Farm's final offer. They could not have cared any less about the "appraisal" from AutoLoss.

The losses I incurred from the accident include the fee to AutoLoss...

My claim was against Allstate. I worked on it for a few months and a friend told me to call autoloss. Carl Kurtz the adjuster was awful to work with. He really thought $300 was a fair diminished value offer. Working with autoloss for a few months and a few demand letters later I was forwarded a dv check for the full amount I asked for initially. My neighbor told me to call autoloss. Monica saved me and my neighbor thousands of dollars. The fee is $275 and the customer service is really good. With the service like it is I don't know how they stay in business. I am very pleased and will use autoloss again. Stacey Williams Portland

In October I was involved in a motor vehicle crash in my 3 week old Expedition. I had heard about diminished value and asked the insurance company about it. I was told that in my state it was not really an option. I went on line and found Auto Loss and called Monica. She told me that we did have a case for diminished value and asked me for specific information. She explained the process to me and told me she would have my diminished value claim submitted to the insurance company the following Monday. It took the insurance company about a week to respond with an offer that was considerably less than what was fair. I contacted Monica and she wrote a counter offer up based on a fair assessment of the loss. I sent that in to the insurance company and within the week we settled.
There is no way we would have been treated fairly without the help we received from Monica at Auto Loss.

I am in total agreement with virtually every critical review of this company. 100% guarantee my butt. What a scam! I am having to take my DOV claim to small claims court and Monica will still not refund my money. USAA insurance wouldn't even give this report a look. Do yourself a favor and fight this yourself.
